                                There was an error updating the live betting odds and I was being offered incorrect odds. After the bet was accepted, I discovered that the odds had changed not in my favor!!!

                                  Hlo I need your support I play parimatch casino my player id is[protected] on 30/07/2024 I made deposit 3500 inr through phone pay my payment has been deducted from my bank but not credited in parimatch account I contacted customer support of parimatch they asked me about My payment slip I gave them they told me my money will be credited in 5 to 7 working days in my account after 7 days my money has not been credited in my account or parimatch account I contacted again customer support they asked me sent bank statement of current date I gave them bank statement of current date but my money is not refund they asked me same things again and again today 22/08/2024 my money is not refund in my bank account I hope I get help by you

                                    Some payment methods are unavailable, while others take too long to proces. This is very annoying, especially when you have to use diferent methods for different transactions!!! Convenienc and efficiency are important when dealing with finances, and such limitations create inconvenience. I hope that the company will improve the availablity and speed of payment processing to provide a more satisfactory experience for users!!!

                                    In my case, using cryptocurrency has really simplified the process of depositing into my account.                                       My deposit never showed up, and even with cryptocurency there was no refund for a full week from the time of deposit. This raises questions about the reliability and responsiveness of the service. I hope that the problem will be resolved as son as posible and I will receive my deposit so that I can continue to participate in betting and gaming on the platform!!!

This is pleasing considering that the issue with crediting has been resolved and my funds are now available in my account. I am now more confident and can continue betting and participating in games on the Parimatch platform. Thank you for resolving this situation and I look forward to a positive experience with this service in the future. Of course, if the problem is actually solved by Parimatch employees.
