When I started using the Parimatch app, I was pleasantly surprised by its functionality, but soon encountered problems that significantly spoiled my experience. One day while trying to place a bet I noticed that the app started working very slowy. Buttons were not responding and pages were loading with a huge delay!!! This seemed strange to me, especially since everything was working smoothly previously. The app continued to exibit the same crash and slow loading. I began to suspect that the problem might be related not only to the app, but also to the browser I was using to access the Parimatch site on my computer!!!

Reinstall the app to fix any possible software glitches. I uninstalled the app from my device and re-downloaded it from the app store. After reinstalling, the app worked much better.

At some point I noticed that the site started showing interface errors: some buttons didn't work and pages didn't load properly. At first I thought it might be due to problems on my side, but then the glitches started to apear in the game. I tried to place a bet on a sporting event, but the event selection function just wouldn't work. Eventually, the game I decided to play started giving erors and crashes, which of course was extremely frustrating. I rechecked my internet connection and made sure it wasn't the problem. I'm waiting for them to do something about it!!!

They apologized for the inconvenience and promised that the problem would be resolved soon. They also advised me to check for updates on the site and to keep an eye out for notifications about possible technical work. After a while the glitches really stopped and the site started working properly again. I was grateful for the prompt resolution of the problem and attention from the support team. This experience taught me that in case of technical failures it is important not only to take basic steps, such as clearing the cache, but also to actively contact the support team with a detailed description of the problem.

Having trouble with the Parimatch app, it was quite annoying. At some point, I noticed that the app started loading slowly and some features didnt work properly. Every time I tried to place a bet or just check my balance there were glitches and all this happened for a few days!!! I checked my internet speed and rebooted my router, but it didn't work !!!

In the end, using a different browser helped me bypass most of the problems related to the slow loading of the site. Although reinstalling the app and updating to the latest version didn't solve the problem completely, I found a way that significantly improved my experience using Parimatch.

They informed me that the issue occurred due to a transaction error related to a technical glitch. The support team proactively addressed my issue and fixed the error as soon as possible.

Faced a serious problem when I tried to make a deposit to my Parimatch account!!! Every time I tried to make a deposit, it failed and the funds were blocked in my bank account but did not go to the platform. This caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration. Initially, I decided to check all the details I had entered when trying to make a deposit. I made sure that all the details, card numbers and other details were entered correctly. Even after I double-checked and corrected any possible errors, the problem continued to persist. The funds were still blocked and I couldn't use them for betting!!!

At first I tried to solve the issue on my own, but without success. Then I contacted the support service, but the response was very slow, and I waited for a long time for a reply. When finally the answer came, I was offered to check my documents and provide additional data, which also delayed the process. In the end, the problem was resolved only after I posted my issue on social media and drew attention to my situation.

Suport service did not respond for a long time, and after the situation was resolved, I had to provide documents several times. Unpleasant impression of the servis!!

Eventually, after correcting the data and contacting support again, the funds were unlocked, but the whole process took much longer than I expected. This left me with an extremely negative impression, as such delays and problems with deposits can significantly spoil the gaming experience and cause unnecessary stress. I hope that in the future, Parimatch will improve their processes to avoid such situations and ensure a smoother operation of their platform.

After witdrawing funds to my bank acount I discovered that the amount of money received was les than stated. Suport claimes that this is because of the comission but it is significantly higher than stated in the rules!! I am waiting for an explanation and a refund of the mising amount!!!

After the match end I never received notification of the bet results. Parimatch usually sends notifications but this time there were none!!! This created confusion and I did not immediately realize that I had won!!!
