                      My account was blocked due to suspicions of fraudulent activities, but I can't understand what these suspicions were based on. All my actions were limited to standard functions of the service, such as deposits, betting, and withdrawals. If my actions aroused suspicion, this might indicate issues within the Parimatch system rather than any wrongdoing on my part. Blocking an account without clear explanation is frustrating and hinders the normal use of the bookmaker's services. I hope this situation will be thoroughly reviewed, and I will receive a detailed explanation of what happened, along with the possibility to regain access to my account. I was simply using the service's features!

                      After I wrote a complaint to Parimatch support, providing all the details of my account and transactions, a few days passed and I finally received a reply. Support apologized for the situation and said that the blocking was caused by a technical error in the security system. They unlocked my account and provided a detailed explanation of the situation. The support representative apologized for the possible inconvenience and assured me that they are taking measures to prevent similar failures in the future

Eventually, the problem was successfully resolved, and I managed to withdraw half of the money through several payments, as requested by support. I'm now waiting for the remaining amount

                              I've been playing here for quite a while, having registered 6 months ago. Everything was fine, although sometimes withdrawals took a bit longer but within reasonable limits. However, in the last 2 weeks, the situation has become critical: withdrawals are taking several days, and sometimes the money even gets returned to my balance. Today, something strange happened: after two consecutive losses, I placed a bet on an increase and won. However, when I checked my account, the bet was not recorded, and the money remained in my balance. How is this possible?
