Interface problems: inconveniences with the display of some elements on the Parimatch site prevent comfortable use, and even after attempts to clear the cache the problem is not solved. Given the global status of Parimatch, I expected a smoother and more intuitive work on the site. I hope that technical difficulties will be eliminated soon.

After updating my browser and checking if plugins and extensions are up to date, the problem on Parimatch was solved. Now I can use the service without technical difficulties. It turned out that the problem was on my side, and I am grateful to Parimatch for support in resolving this issue.

    I am now having serious problems with my withdrawal on Parimatch. Did I have 17, 000 stolen from me or is the refund proces so badly delayed. This is the third day I have been waiting but no change. This is unacceptable and I hope that Parimatch will take action to resolve this situation. Otherwise, I will go to court

        I wrote to support. Never replied, but the money came. I don't think they helped with this and didn't write back. Waiting a few days for the money to come to the card is not very pleasant.

            It's been a few days o[censored]nsuccessful attempts to withdraw money from Parimatch, and so far there are no explanations. The work of the service leaves much to be desired. I hope that the problem will be solved and I will be able to get my money.

              For the last four days no funds have been received on my account. Judging by the information from the support service, this may be due to delays, which they have been warning about for several days now. Given the previous withdrawal problems, I expected Parimatch to have already fixed all the flaws. Even with a small last deposit, losing money is a serious concern.

                I am having serious problems with my withdrawal on Parimatch right now. They stole 15, 000 rupees and the refund process is dragging on. Third day of waiting and no change.                     Having decided to divide the amount into several small parts and withdraw it step by step, I successfully withdrew the money. This approach proved to be successful, and in the end all the funds were successfully transferred to my account. Now I can continue playing on Parimatch.

                      Processing a deposit within four days is quite a long time in today's realities. The good thing is that eventually the money appeared in my account and I'm ready to bet again. Perhaps Parimatch should reconsider their transaction processing times to improve customer satisfaction.

                        I invest 500 rupees in parimach app.

                        That money is not credited any where in this time.
                        Somany times I informed the customer service centre,
                        they are replyed but not get my money.

                        I submitted all documents already.

                        I did not receive an activation code to my email when I registered. I've tried three different email addresses already, but nothing worked. Does anyone else have the same problem? Maybe I should try using a VPN? Searching the internet didn't bring a solution to the problem, it seems I'm the only one with this problem

                                  This isn't the first time I've had to wait for money to show up in my account, and it seems I'm not alone in this situation. Hopefully banking will speed up and the funds will arrive in the account soon. It may be due to time delays or technical issues, but it's still a little unnerving to be in this situation.

                                  The money eventually came in, but these delays are just nonsense. Sometimes it takes a few days and sometimes even longer. I guess I'm starting to get used to it, but it's important that Parimatch actively works on improving its service. Otherwise, many users will simply stop using it.

                                    After making a deposit into my account, I found that the funds never appeared. For two days, I actively communicated with Parimatch support, providing all possible evidence of the payment. However, they kept asking for additional documents. Finally, I was informed that my deposit was below the minimum amount, and then they simply closed the chat. After that, I spent another whole day communicating with technical support, providing all the evidence and screenshots of bank statements, but the staff just stopped responding. As a result, I decided to use the services of other bookmakers.
