I have been playing on Parimatch for a long time and have never encountered withdrawal fees. However, during my last withdrawal of winnings, I was charged a fee of 5000 rupees, citing a profit tax. This surprised me because there were no such fees before. I am surprised and disappointed because I have not observed this phenomenon with other bookmakers.

      I contacted Parimatch support, and their representative explained that in some cases, after depositing funds, profile verification is required for the money to be credited to the account. After successfully completing the verification process, the money finally appeared in my balance.         I won a substantial amount - 10, 000 rupees, but encountered a problem with card verification. When I tried to access my profile later, the website page wouldn't load. Why wasn't I informed that the card needed to be verified before starting to play? If I had known that the card needed to be verified first and then make bets, my impression of the company would have been different.

          I rated the Parimatch site five stars for its beautiful design and user-friendly interface. However, the advertisements are overwhelming. They appear when first entering the site, while placing bets, and even when making a withdrawal request. I'm already paying a commission for using Parimatch services, so why do I have to see ads as well?

          The support staff informed me that these are not advertisements but special offers from Parimatch, and they cannot be turned off. Eventually, I installed AdBlock, and now those messages are gone.

            Deposit Issues via Mobile App

            I use Parimatch both on my computer and in the mobile app. When I want to top up my deposit through the app, I don't receive an SMS from the bank with the confirmation code. I have to go to the Parimatch website to add funds to my balance. This is a bit inconvenient....

              At Parimatch, some odds were lower than expected and bonuses are hard to find. Delays in crediting deposits and canceled bets due to errors seriously spoiled the impression of the platform.

                        I've been a registered user of Parimatch for quite some time and have never encountered any issues. I rarely played and didn't invest too much money. However, due to problems with the second betting company when depositing funds, I decided to transfer my funds to Parimatch. Until today, everything went smoothly; I was able to deposit and withdraw funds without any issues. But this morning, after requesting a withdrawal, my account was blocked. I have completed full verification, and I have long since confirmed my identity. My gaming has always been purely for entertainment, not for enrichment. I've been playing in various betting companies for about 4 years now, but I've never encountered such a situation. I hope that Parimatch will return my funds.

                                I attempted to deposit $100 into my Parimatch account, but the funds did not appear in my account despite following all the instructions. I contcted customer support and provided all the necessary evidence, but the money still hasn't been credted. This has caused me frustration, given my active engagement with the casino. If the issue is not resolved, I will be forced to look for an alternative, as such treatment of customers is unacceptable.                                     When registering on Parimatch, I don't receive the activation code to my email. I've tried using several different addresses, but all without success.
