It is impossible to contact tech support. I have not received an answer for my ticket in tech support for the second day already. Why should the client run after the company and not the company after its clients? My problem has a high priority, I can't deposit money, because I get an error that my bank card doesn't have enough money to deposit. But this is not the case at all! I have checked my card balance more than once, and I know for sure that I have enough money! Sort out this problem.

Couldn't get in touch with support and my deposit wasn't going through because of a card balance error. But found them on social media and wrote there. It took them a little time but they fixed it. Now I can bet again as well as before.

    Unfortunately, I am still unable to place bets at Parimatch due to errors occurring when entering data before making a deposit on the site. Even with careful verification of the information, I continue to encounter problems that do not allow me to deposit money. Such problems with depositing spoil the impression of the company.

    Finally solved a problem on Parimatch! The problem was with entering data before deposit. I double-checked everything, made corrections and now everything works! Now I can safely place bets without unnecessary problems.

      I made a UPI QR deposit of Rs. 70, 000 to PlayerID[protected] earlier today, but it hasn't been credited to my account even after 10 hours. Despite attempts to contact customer service, I haven't received a satisfactory response.

        I was talking to an agent of this company to ask how i can withdraw the money and they asked me to verify myself by sending them my Aadhar card details. I did that and 5 minutes later, all my money was withdrawn and sent to Ukraine without my permission. It was 32600 rupees and when i asked them just 5 minutes before how to withdraw all my money, they did that.
        Please help me....

        This is to let you know that I have deposited 5k into my parimatch account, but the same is not reflecting in the parimatch account. My bank has been debited with rs 5000 as well, while connecting your customer support he told me that my transaction was failed, which is completely wrong. I request you to kindly look into this and do the needful

          The support has assumed that my parimatch player id is my bank account number..
          But both are different. I only putted my UPI I'd while withdrawing money .

          And they are saying they'd released money .

          But on that UPI I'd I didn't received any money and they are assuming that they send money on my bank account number and they are assuming my parimatch player id as my bank account number.

          Request you to clear the misunderstanding.

          And i need my money as soon as possible to my UPI I'd which is [protected]@ibl

              Parimatch app

              I lost 6 lakhs due Fraud app.
              There deposit system is fake and withdrawal is fake .

              They manipulation on every game.

              I addicted because of social influencers who promoted on daily basis.

              I may end my life by very soon..

              Hi. I don't like the small variety of games at Parimatch Casino. If you bet on sporting events or you like to play poker, you won't have a problem. But if you want to play slots, you will notice that not all famous casino games are present here, as well as not all popular game providers are presented here

                I have been betting on this site for the last 5 months. I use Nettler to make a deposit. One day I wanted to put money on my deposit, but Parimatch blocked my account and said they need selfies with my ID, so I sent them my selfies. After that, they asked for a code from SMS from the phone number I gave when registering. I gave them that code. But after fulfilling all their demands, they did not unblock my account and did not refund me the remaining money deposited in my account.

                The problem was that I refused to provide photos of my passport and driver's license. But without these documents my profile would not be restored, as it was explained to me. After I complied with these requirements as well, access to my account was restored again. I hope this is the last time I will have to send my documents for verification.

                  I really don't like having to re-enter my account login and password several times in a week. I used to be able to log into my account and play slots for months on end. Now, however, I have to waste my precious time entering my account details. If this is a technical problem, please do something about it! After all, such errors have a huge impact on my user experience and even my desire to play.

                  I was contacted and was advised to reinstall my browser or try to log in with another account. I reinstalled my browser and the problem went away. I think it was due to the fact that this browser had been installed on my computer for over a decade and I had never cleared cookies in its settings.

                    For a long time I have not been given bonuses and freespins, although I used to get bonus money on my account often, as I make quite a lot of bets every day. Where did this greed come from? Now I think once again whether I should deposit more money into my account. I hope that Parimatch will return those promotions for regular players, which they had during the 2 years that I cooperated with them.                       It turns out that it took so long to withdraw the money only because my bank was blocking such transactions. I don't know what it was related to, but I tried adding another bank's card to my profile, and then tried again to withdraw my money from the deposit. It worked as I guessed it would.

                        My withdrawal not credited even after 4 months, let them resolve my issue, i have observed issue resolved within 1 or 2 days in this website, I can 100% tell they were all fake reviews and they are paid to write a fake review

                        If parimatch have guts then resolve my issue

                          Bad site that is not very pleasant to deal with. You make your first deposit, then they ask you for 2 to 6 different documents to prove your identity for a simple $120 deposit. After you send in all these documents, you still won't get a refund, and may even have your account restricted, which is what happened in my case!

                          Parimatch staff explained to me that such strict verification rules are related to Indian legislation regarding casinos and other financial companies. After I provided all the necessary documents via email, access to the account was restored and the account was verified.

                            Their odds are always lower than their competitors. The day before yesterday I was paid twice at the wrong odds, the third time I took a screenshot just before the end of the match. I complained and was told my screenshot was wrong. It turns out that all they do is copy sports betting as their odds fluctuate, and then still offer the worst odds.

                            The problem was that the money for winning bets didn't show up in the balance right away. So I didn't see all the money I was supposed to get. Everything is fine now. It was enough to clear cookies in the browser to display the actual balance of the game profile.

                              Parimatch saying that my account will be blocked.

                              I have been using my account for years and I have put a lot of money into my bets. When all of a sudden I won some bets, making good money, I received an email from Parimatch saying that my account will be blocked. I can't even understand why I will get such a punishment. I didn't expect this from such a well known company....

                              I registered an account, placed my first bet, and then received an email from the casino's customer support stating that they no longer wanted to do business with me. They can't or won't give a reason for such a strange decision. This came as a shock to me, I have not encountered anything like this before, although I have worked with a lot of casinos and betting companies.

                              A customer service employee wrote to me and explained why my account was blocked. It turned out that the Parimatch website prohibits the use of automated programs that can place bets for the player. I found these programs on the Internet and did not know that they were banned. The most frustrating thing is that these programs did not help me win, and my account was blocked for unfair play. There are no remarks to Parimatch company, they are doing the right thing to monitor the fairness of the gambling process.

                                Horrible company. I made a deposit and now Parimatch is denying it. All that their help shows is that they suggested I contact my bank. I have contacted my bank but the support rep assures me that Parimatch have taken my money. The bank can't help me in any way as I voluntarily topped up my gaming account balance. Now I do not understand what I should do next and where to turn. I hope that the casino support will contact me and help to settle this situation. Otherwise I will have to go to the main office of the company.

                                Just as I thought, the support agents rushed to help me and that's not sarcasm. The transaction was found manually, the money was deposited, they gave 1000 rupees as bonus which I can use for betting.

                                  Can't log in to my account, not even to the start page of the site. Error code 403. Can't contact customer service, I get an automated response to an email. Overall, it feels like I've been scammed. And the worst part is that I have money in my account. Very suspicious company.

                                  The problem was the VPN I was using. I didn't know that the Parimatch site opens only when accessed from Indian IPs. I disabled the VPN and the site started to open as before. I didn't know about this peculiarity, but I'm glad that the problem was solved even by myself.
