I can't log in to my Parimatch account. I get an error that I entered the wrong login or password for my account. But I am sure that I am entering the correct data. Unfortunately, I have quite a large amount of money on my account that I would like to withdraw, but losing access to my account leaves me without my money. I don't know what I should do next and I definitely need help.

    Parimatch is refusing my withdrawal request. They request my transaction history of my bank account. I have transactions that third parties should not know about. Why should I send my transaction history? I've sent all the necessary documents. But I haven't received any money in my balance yet. I have Rs 7000 in my account now which I can't withdraw.

    The support agent assured me that my data, including screenshots, would not be transferred anywhere and was only needed to make sure that I was the real owner of my account and my bank card. I was also allowed to block out other transactions from the screenshots of my bank statement, and to show only the transaction related to my deposit on Parimatch.

      Be careful before you start working with this casino. If you have a problem with withdrawing your winnings or depositing, your request will not be answered until a month later at the earliest. The customer service and technical support is not professional and is in a very bad situation in terms of ethical communication. I am unhappy that the technical support team never solved my problem.

      My problem was fixed after all. Probably after I left this review. About the ethics of communication: I was assured that the support agent who consulted me was interviewed and promised that such situations will not happen again. I was also given 30 freespins to compensate for the inconvenience caused to me. Unexpected, but nice.

        I have a suspicion that Parimatch are manipulating the slots. This has happened since I started making frequent deposits. I am sure you can no longer win after depositing large amounts to your balance. One time the game froze up. The second time the game didn't even want to start. This caused me to stop winning and it became disgusting. After that I decided to withdraw the remaining capital, but my withdrawal request was rejected. This is lawlessness and lawlessness.

        When I contacted support, they advised me to use a different browser and to clear cache and cookies so that the games would stop freezing. These tips helped. But the withdrawal of funds was canceled, because at the time of withdrawal I had a lot of active bets. I was advised to create a new request after I had no active bets. As it turned out, it helped.

          They are not interested in customer problems. I deposited money to my balance this morning and it is still not credited to my account. What kind of app is this where you can't deposit without problems. I have written several emails to the support team, tried to contact them but there is no response from their side. Worst experience.

          Parimatch support wrote to me and reassured me that such cases happen and that money is not always instantly credited to the account balance. And that a lot depends on the payment method chosen by the client. They asked me to wait another 24 hours. I waited - the money was credited to my account even earlier than 24 hours.

            Today I made one payment of 20k Indian rupees through Crypto, but it is still not reflected in my gaming account. Checked the bank statement - everything went through successfully. No one is responding to the mail.
            Screenshots have already been sent to tech support email address. Now I feel insulted and humiliated.

            I had to send a few more letters to the technical support e-mail listed on the site. After that they contacted me, found the transaction in CRM, and then my money was added to my balance.

              They allow you to deposit money but then reject your withdrawal request.
              It's been a week and they are not responding properly. They say if I write to them every day they will lock my account.
              They just say they are still checking my documents. But I sent all my documents a month ago.

              Finally my profile was verified and the money was withdrawn in full. So we can conclude that if you constantly pay attention to your problem, then this problem will be paid attention to. Parimatch support did help, but next time I expect faster help.

                The app does not allow you to cancel a match. The match was interrupted due to terrible weather, but I didn't get my bet amount back. I will publish this review everywhere until the Parimatch customer support team refunds me for this unfortunate error!

                Parimatch team wrote me that the money for that bet will be refunded within 7 days. It's a pity that they didn't offer me such a solution right away. So Parimatch still has a lot of work to do to avoid such mistakes in the future.

                  How long does it take for customer support to solve my problem? I am trying to disable 2FA dual authentication because I lost my cell phone with the phone number I used to register on Parimatch website. Sent several emails with my account details. No response. It seems that I have to wait forever. I still can't log in to my account and even more so I can't withdraw my money. This is very tedious.

                  It's a funny coincidence, but almost immediately after I left this review, I finally got a reply from Parimatch. Double authentication was disabled for my account so I could change the phone number listed in my profile. Thanks to the support that I didn't lose access to my account permanently after all.

                    I made a large number of deposits on the site, but 2 deposits went missing. This money has not been refunded to me, or even transferred to my account. When I contact support, I get an automatic reply that the money will be credited to my balance soon. I don't trust anyone anymore, especially Parimatch support.

                    My colleagues at work advised me to email Parimatch to get my problem solved faster. I took their advice and wrote. Indeed, I was contacted almost immediately, replying to my email. In 20 minutes both deposits were displayed on my balance.

                      It's been 3 days since I submitted my withdrawal request and it still hasn't been processed. When I try to contact support, they suggested sending an email to their email address detailing my problem. I have written to them 4 times but still no response from them. When I write again to support, they send a template message that specialists are dealing with my problem, I need to be patient. But it's been 2 days since these specialists are working on the problem. They can't even process a small amount for withdrawal.

                      Still managed to find a solution. I didn't like how long I had to wait, but the finance department of the company did approve my withdrawal request. I hope I won't have to wait so long again for my problem to be solved.

                        I don't like the Parimatch app. There is a lot o[censored]nnecessary information, the design is uninformative, the font is too small, sometimes there are hang-ups. It is much more convenient to place bets on the site itself. But the problem is that I have little free time and it was convenient for me to make bets from my phone on the way to or from work. Please do something with the application to make it convenient to use.

                        I didn't expect this from Parimatch, but one of the app testers wrote to me and asked me to provide more detailed information, including screenshots of bugs. After I provided all the information, this person promised that all the bugs of the app will be fixed in the next update. As a thank you for the help, 75 freespins were credited to my account. What a service :)

                          I have initiated withdrawal on 19th february2024 but time frame s passed yet I didn't received amount yet

                            Today it's been 5 days and I still haven't heard back, verification still hasn't been completed

                            After many days of no response from Parimatch support, I finally got an answer about the profile verification on the site. They told me to send my identity documents again, but with a different background and angle. They also told me that the photos should not be cropped and all data on the documents should be visible and legible on the photos.

                            I don't think I deserve such poor service in my life. I've been trying to withdraw my winnings for months now with no luck. Whoever answers my chat messages is horribly stupid and when you are about to get a reply, they send a generated reply and don't reply again. I've also tried chatting in chat, but no one ever responds... Every time I try to withdraw money, they reject it... I'm starting to think this site is not really honest.

                            I had to email them. Thankfully, a more adequate and professional employee started communicating with me via e-mail. Finally my winnings were withdrawn, I just had to correct the errors that the support manager pointed out.

                              It's already the 9th day my deposit is not credited. I sent all the proofs of deposit in BTC. There were 3 deposits made, two of them were credited, but the largest one is not credited.
                              Support completely ignored me for the last 5 days, then replied to me with "Sorry for the backlog" and then no updates.
                              Then I was informed that BTC deposits can take more than one week to be credited! I am not happy with the terms and conditions of this casino.

                              After asking to be transferred to another support manager, I got real help. Manually, the support agent found my transaction and the money was credited to my balance. I was advised to email support right away so that my money would be credited instantly if I deposit via BTC, because the system sometimes takes a long time to process such payments.

                                One of the worst customer service among casinos. I deposited money to my balance but it was not credited to my account even after many hours. I wrote to customer support several times and each time they asked for some new information and the response was very superficial. I spent a lot of time communicating with the support staff, but I never saw my money in the payment balance of my account. I expect to be helped at least on this site.

                                The transaction was blocked as suspicious. Parimatch support staff advised me to contact my bank support, and they gave me this answer. After a long communication with the bank support, I confirmed that I knew why I was making the transaction and that I was depositing in the casino of my own free will. Apparently, this reassured the bank staff and they helped to process the payment. The money was credited to my Parimatch account.

                                  I registered on Parimatch 8 months ago. I bet on cricket. I win or lose, but everything goes smoothly. But one day I funded my account through Parimatch mobile app. The account shows the added money, but it can't be used because my account now has a status of "Verification Required".
                                  I contacted customer support and provided the documents as required, but they told me that they need a document from the bank confirming that I am the owner of the account. The problem is that the bank has not been able to give me this document for 2 weeks now, so my money is still in my Parimatch account. After that I have very bad impressions of this casino.

                                  I still managed to find a compromise with the site's customer support staff. I provided them with a copy of my bank account statement and this way they were able to verify my profile. I realized for the future that it is better to verify immediately after registering a profile in the casino, as verification can take a really long time.

                                    I always thought the negative reviews weren't true, but it finally happened to me. I tried to withdraw my winnings but they nullified my efforts. I sent all my documents to Parimatch security. They are still not giving back my hard earned money. I will definitely find a way to contact the owners of this casino and I will tell them the whole truth about how customers are treated here!

                                    The money was withdrawn until the last rupee. Apparently, the support staff read the reviews left on this site, because I was immediately written to and asked to give a detailed account of my problem. Of course, I was skeptical about it. But I decided to take a risk. And the support really helped me. I hope that such problems will not happen again.

                                      I got banned because my account name didn't match my personal information from my documents. I just made a deposit and 5 minutes later I was banned. The support agent who helped me was quite rude. He said I was banned because of a gambling addiction.
                                      Still waiting for my account to be reactivated with the money that is in my account. I am willing to change the name on my account to my real name. Just give me my money back.

                                      I don't know if the Parimatch staff have woken up their conscience, but my Parimatch account is now unblocked. This is probably because I updated my Skrill account details, as I registered there before I changed my last name. My first and last name now match in Skrill, in my personal documents and in my Parimatch account.
