It's already the 9th day my deposit is not credited. I sent all the proofs of deposit in BTC. There were 3 deposits made, two of them were credited, but the largest one is not credited.
Support completely ignored me for the last 5 days, then replied to me with "Sorry for the backlog" and then no updates.
Then I was informed that BTC deposits can take more than one week to be credited! I am not happy with the terms and conditions of this casino.

After asking to be transferred to another support manager, I got real help. Manually, the support agent found my transaction and the money was credited to my balance. I was advised to email support right away so that my money would be credited instantly if I deposit via BTC, because the system sometimes takes a long time to process such payments.

    One of the worst customer service among casinos. I deposited money to my balance but it was not credited to my account even after many hours. I wrote to customer support several times and each time they asked for some new information and the response was very superficial. I spent a lot of time communicating with the support staff, but I never saw my money in the payment balance of my account. I expect to be helped at least on this site.

    The transaction was blocked as suspicious. Parimatch support staff advised me to contact my bank support, and they gave me this answer. After a long communication with the bank support, I confirmed that I knew why I was making the transaction and that I was depositing in the casino of my own free will. Apparently, this reassured the bank staff and they helped to process the payment. The money was credited to my Parimatch account.

      I registered on Parimatch 8 months ago. I bet on cricket. I win or lose, but everything goes smoothly. But one day I funded my account through Parimatch mobile app. The account shows the added money, but it can't be used because my account now has a status of "Verification Required".
      I contacted customer support and provided the documents as required, but they told me that they need a document from the bank confirming that I am the owner of the account. The problem is that the bank has not been able to give me this document for 2 weeks now, so my money is still in my Parimatch account. After that I have very bad impressions of this casino.

      I still managed to find a compromise with the site's customer support staff. I provided them with a copy of my bank account statement and this way they were able to verify my profile. I realized for the future that it is better to verify immediately after registering a profile in the casino, as verification can take a really long time.

        I always thought the negative reviews weren't true, but it finally happened to me. I tried to withdraw my winnings but they nullified my efforts. I sent all my documents to Parimatch security. They are still not giving back my hard earned money. I will definitely find a way to contact the owners of this casino and I will tell them the whole truth about how customers are treated here!

        The money was withdrawn until the last rupee. Apparently, the support staff read the reviews left on this site, because I was immediately written to and asked to give a detailed account of my problem. Of course, I was skeptical about it. But I decided to take a risk. And the support really helped me. I hope that such problems will not happen again.

          I got banned because my account name didn't match my personal information from my documents. I just made a deposit and 5 minutes later I was banned. The support agent who helped me was quite rude. He said I was banned because of a gambling addiction.
          Still waiting for my account to be reactivated with the money that is in my account. I am willing to change the name on my account to my real name. Just give me my money back.

          I don't know if the Parimatch staff have woken up their conscience, but my Parimatch account is now unblocked. This is probably because I updated my Skrill account details, as I registered there before I changed my last name. My first and last name now match in Skrill, in my personal documents and in my Parimatch account.

            This site provides services for betting and making money. It is really a very easy way to make money. I like it, I can bet on any sports it looks very fast. But I started to notice that the loading time of this website is getting worse because many people prefer to bet in the evenings. On weekends the website is much faster, so I notice a pattern in this.

              It's been 3 days since I deposited the money into my account, but it hasn't been credited yet, even after sending screenshots of the transaction to support via email. No response yet. I don't understand how the money can take so long to be credited to my account balance? Because of this error I can't place bets! I want to take my money back and put it in another casino!

              I was advised to use a different bank card to avoid such problems in the future. I don't have time right now, but I plan to test this advice soon.

                I spent an entire day trying to get help from their customer service after they failed to fund my account after making a deposit. Although I waited 3 hours after making a deposit to contact them (as required by their rules), they didn't care. I missed a few sporting events where I was going to place some live match bets and as of writing this review, my money still hasn't been credited!

                I was credited the money in full. Also the bonus freespins were credited as a loyalty policy, as explained to me by the support person. Nice to do business with you guys!

                    I made a withdrawal of 16000 on 15 Feb 2024, But till today I haven't received that amount. I have mailed and talked to 100 customer agents. Every time they come up with new answers.

                    Customer service is very pathetic. They only send BOT messages in chat

                    Please Stay away from Parimatch

                    After 37 Days of Marathon conversation from Parimatch, I got my 16000 in my Bank Account. Every day I used to mail them and personally chat with Parimatch agents. Parimatch doesn't eat your money but sometimes it takes time to deposit and withdrawal ( Like one day to 50 days )

                      I was scammed when I tried to withdraw my money. They demanded identity documents and also photos of the bank card, so I sent them. Then they asked for clearer photos. And when I provided everything, they asked me to send them a bank statement. I sent it, and then they asked me to take a picture with my passport and bank card in my hands. But that was not the end of it. They asked me to send them pictures of bank cards from different angles. What kind of mess is this? I sent them a total of over 50 emails, but to no avail.
                      I am so frustrated that I will take a video of this obvious theft and expose Parimatch Casino.

                        I've never seen an online casino where you make a deposit to your balance in order to place a bet on an event you've been looking forward to for so long, but you have to wait hours for your deposit to show up. They take advantage of this so that you lose money. These events go away and you are forced to bet on events you didn't plan on. The customer service acts like robots. They are constantly unable to help you in any way. Disgusting opinion of the cooperation!

                        This is amazing, but the problem was that my bank automatically rejects such payments. I had to use the services of my second bank, with which I cooperate. So Parimatch is not to blame here.

                          When I tried to withdraw money from my Parimatch account, I was asked for documents. I immediately wrote an email to Parimatch security service. Security asked for a national ID card, I sent it. In addition to the ID, I sent them an email with a picture of me holding my documents in my hands. Parimatch then sent me an email that my account was blocked. Since I own a store selling tea, I provide free wifi to customers who come to my store. Therefore, my IP could be used to register Parimatch account by the visitors of my tea store. At the same time, the email address, debit card, e-wallet and the rest of the information belong to me. If you don't want to work with me anymore, please refund me from my account and then close my account. Now my account has been locked and I have not been allowed to withdraw any money. Please give me my money back.

                          Parimatch customer service agents asked me from which ip address I use Parimatch application. As I understand, after this information they put my ip into white-list so that my account will never be blocked again.

                            Hi, I am from India. I made a deposit 1 week ago. I won a couple of bets and when I tried to withdraw, the security stopped me and asked me to provide more information for verification.
                            So far I have not been able to withdraw my money, the support staff is not helping me. There is literally nothing they can do, the only thing they are there for is to tell me to calm down and wait another day.
                            The verification staff in general look like bots that don't help at all and answer you the same thing over and over again.
                            They don't have the skills to respond to situations like this. So I feel like they just want to sit back and wait for me to forget about my problem so they can take my money.

                            I decided to meet the Parimatch specialists' demands in order to withdraw my money after all. I had to go through additional verification, including video verification. So is all this necessary? I don't know. But now my account is verified and I can withdraw my winnings. Not a very pleasant experience, but it's better than if I couldn't withdraw my money.

                              I have played with so many casinos and they all pay out winnings.
                              But what about Parimatch? They will help you deposit in all kinds of ways, but what happens when you want to withdraw?
                              They will block your account when you win. I want to withdraw my winnings but now I can't do it.
                              Contacted customer service, they ask me to create another withdrawal request. But how can I do that if my account is blocked? Customer support always repeats the same useless words.

                              It was only after this review that they helped me. The account was unblocked, after which I was able to get another application for withdrawal.

                                Provide me with the only proof that I had more than one account! The funds are not credited to my account. Why do you say in every email that the funds have been credited to my account?

                                  Honestly, the Parimatch app is totally impractical, I always have problems depositing or withdrawing money. The bonus they offer is always a total mess. The customer service never works, no one answers. Honestly, this is not a good experience. Now I have Rs 50, 000 to withdraw but I have no way to withdraw it.

                                  I started looking for the same problem on the vastness of the Internet and came to the conclusion that it could be related to the fact that you need to try a different payment system. I can say for myself that this method worked.

                                    As far as customer service and support, I don't like the manner in which they communicate. It is unprofessional and disrespectful. You will find it extremely difficult to get answers to your problems. I always have a lot of problems with deposits and withdrawals and it makes me suspect that the company is manipulating my money. All I want is to finally be heard and have all the problems I have had with this casino resolved.

                                    I was contacted by another support person and helped me to solve my problem in my favor.
                                    Different agent gives different answers. Every time they come up with a new answer. They are scammers.
