Hi. My account has been blocked. Reason for blocking: having multiple accounts on the site. Why did my work colleague registered 5 accounts and all his profiles are active, but I registered only 3 and now I will never be able to use the site? That's very unfair. Furthermore, all 3 of my accounts have money left on them that no one will give me back now. Just know that when you have more than one account on Parimatch, they will block you and not even refund you a single rupee!

I recommend everyone to be careful with the number of accounts. At first it was frustrating that I was blocked. I wrote to support, explained the situation, and they helped me sort it out. Now I can enjoy playing on the platform again.

I bet on Indian cricket every week. But last time I had 2 winning bets and 1 losing bet. So I should have been charged for 2 bets. Instead they charged me for 1 losing bet and did not give me money for the winning bets. What's the point of betting on sports if even if I win I don't get my money? I can only call this experience at PM casino a negative one. I hope that in time the rest of the players will realize it.

5 days ago I tried to deposit 4000 rupees with RuPay, but I failed. For some reason the payment is constantly rejected, although I entered all the data without errors. I can try to deposit using other methods, but I find it most convenient to use RuPay. I want to get advice from PM support, I want to be able to deposit without any problems.

Well, I solved my deposit problem, but to be honest, I'm still not sure that everything will work without glitches in the future. All these technical glitches and payment rejections still seem suspicious to me. Maybe it was just a temporary fix and the problem will come back again. But for now, I decided to try depositing via other methods, just in case. You never know when these technical glitches will come back again.

For example, in the game Gates of Olympus out of 10 bets placed maximum 2 are profitable, the rest are losing bets. In the game Royal Fruits the situation is even sadder. If you bet on sports, the probability of winning is much higher, but why should I bet on sports if I like to play games? I don't see the point in such games, and I'd rather play at another casino then PM.

Instead of continuing to suffer in the casino, I decided to try my hand at sports betting. And what's interesting is that it turned out to be fun and even profitable! Now I enjoy the gaming process at Parimatch and get pleasure from matches.

I have participated in several PM poker tournaments and once even reached second place. I was supposed to get 5000 bonus Indian rupees for getting a win in the tournament. But instead I didn't get anything. No one contacted me or explained the reason why my winnings for winning the tournament were not credited to my balance. I think that the team of Parimatch site doesn't care whether this money will be credited to my account or not. They do everything so that I have no desire to participate in such tournaments anymore. If no one from the technical support team contacts me, I will be completely disappointed.

To be honest, I was sure that this Rs. 5, 000 would remain forever in the void. But apparently someone is working there. I hope it will be better in the future. I will keep trying poker, but I have been using the service for a long time.

You claim to have processed the funds through my UPI ID ([UPI ID]), but it hasn't reflected in my bank account. I've already provided bank and UPI statements as proof, yet the withdrawal remains incomplete.

Betting on sports at Parimatch is tedious. Not all sports matches are available on the site. Also, the odds can be very inadequate. To win even a small amount of money - it requires a lot of time and knowledge in sports. But what worries me the most is that the part periodically disappears, as if I did not make this bet. For me it is a big mystery where a part of my bets disappears and I would like to get an official answer from Parimatch regarding this problem.

As for the disappearance of some bets, it turned out to be due to data updates or rule changes. You just need to wait for a while and the bets will reappear in the history. Now I can safely continue to make my bets. I hope there will be no more problems, because I read the comments here. The rest of the service seems to have improved.

I don't like that my Parimatch site doesn't open very often. Every now and then I get an error saying that this site is not available in my country. But I know for a fact that this site is available for players from India. For some reason the PM site opens on my office PC, but I rarely get it to open on my home PC. The support staff is silent as usual and not giving me any response. I appeal to other players: if anyone has had the same problem, I request your help.

It turns out that the reason for my problems with accessing Parimatch was always in my browser! I just cleared my cache and cookies and updated my browser to the latest version, and everything worked as it should. I never thought that such a small thing could cause such problems. Now only the extensions are gone.

It's time to tell you about my problem. I registered on Parimatch because I saw an advertisement on the internet, which said about deposit bonuses for new players. I registered and deposited 11, 000 Indian rupees on my balance and automatically received a welcome bonus for it. Nowhere did it say that the bonus had to be wagered in order to be able to withdraw it from my balance. Unfortunately, I didn't know this and was very disappointed when I tried to withdraw my winnings but didn't see the bonus money there. Now I have to play for at least another month to withdraw my bonus funds. It's kind of crazy.

It's all very easy with Parimatch. Instead of worrying about the bonus that needs to be wagered, I decided to just enjoy the game and let the winnings grow. In the end, I was able to withdraw a bit more without too much effort!

Contacting Parimatch support staff is the same as winning the first place prize at some World Cup. No matter how many times you write to technical support, you will never get a response in time. Just know that they will reply when you are no longer relevant to solve your problem, and that is very frustrating. Sometimes you may feel like you are left alone with your problems, and that feeling will never leave you.

Who would have thought that solving a problem with Parimatch would turn out to be so simple! Instead of spending hours on endless attempts to contact their support, I just found the answer to my question in their knowledge base. Perhaps next time I'll refer to the FAQ first before wasting time trying to get in touch. Although support also responded, I figured it out on my own as well.

Yesterday I tried to deposit 15, 000 Indian rupees but after depositing I saw only 12, 000 Indian rupees in my balance. I don't understand why my balance is missing as much as 3, 000 rupees and where they could have gone. I request PM technical support to help me find the missing amount of my recharge.

Finally figured out this verification thing on the site. Just disabled the popup blocking and everything worked as it should. It's good that I figured it out quickly, otherwise I was beginning to worry that I would lose access to my account.

I am not happy with the performance of the PM app in India.Firstly, I noticed that there are a large number of games missing here that are available on the site itself. Secondly, placing bets here is a true problem as the layout of the interface elements is not at all the same as on a PC. And I am now discounting many minor issues that I found during my day to day use of the app.

Changing personal data on the Parimatch website was not the easiest task. The process was complicated and involved additional checks, which created a lot of problems and difficulties. I spent a considerable amount of time and effort just to update my personal details. I think clearly not up to the level o[censored]sability of the site. Hopefully such problems will be resolved soon.

I have not been able to withdraw money from my account for over a month now. After receiving a rather large winnings, I was asked to undergo a profile verification procedure, which of course I could not pass, although I provided all the necessary documents that I was asked for. Nobody ever tells me the reason why I can't pass the verification. And without verification I can not withdraw my money, because verification, as I was told by the tech support staff, required by the authorities that are involved in the regulation and licensing of casinos. This is such a vicious circle.

Payouts on Parimatch can be delayed, which is a bit inconvenient. I can't say that it happens all the time, but I have personally encountered this situation. I hope they will improve their internal processes and make payouts more prompt. Earlier, the payout process could take 2 days. But now I have to wait at least 5 days, and it is very frustrating.

Not going to lie, it was a bit of a letdown, talked to support and the problem was solved. Waiting a couple days is fine with me, especially if it solves my problems. The money came through. Conclusion: sometimes it pays to be patient, especially when it comes to payouts on gaming platforms.

They haven't been responsive or taken any steps to address the problem. When I contact customer support, they claim that experts are investigating the issue, but then they abruptly end the chat without any resolution. Additionally, they won't allow me to raise a ticket. I like that PM site has bonuses for the first deposit, but sometimes activating them proves to be a difficult task. I encountered a situation when the bonus activation did not happen automatically, so I had to contact the support team, but they have not yet given me a clear answer on how I can activate my bonuses.
