For a long time I have not been given bonuses and freespins, although I used to get bonus money on my account often, as I make quite a lot of bets every day. Where did this greed come from? Now I think once again whether I should deposit more money into my account. I hope that Parimatch will return those promotions for regular players, which they had during the 2 years that I cooperated with them.     It turns out that it took so long to withdraw the money only because my bank was blocking such transactions. I don't know what it was related to, but I tried adding another bank's card to my profile, and then tried again to withdraw my money from the deposit. It worked as I guessed it would.

      My withdrawal not credited even after 4 months, let them resolve my issue, i have observed issue resolved within 1 or 2 days in this website, I can 100% tell they were all fake reviews and they are paid to write a fake review

        Bad site that is not very pleasant to deal with. You make your first deposit, then they ask you for 2 to 6 different documents to prove your identity for a simple $120 deposit. After you send in all these documents, you still won't get a refund, and may even have your account restricted, which is what happened in my case!

        Parimatch staff explained to me that such strict verification rules are related to Indian legislation regarding casinos and other financial companies. After I provided all the necessary documents via email, access to the account was restored and the account was verified.

          Their odds are always lower than their competitors. The day before yesterday I was paid twice at the wrong odds, the third time I took a screenshot just before the end of the match. I complained and was told my screenshot was wrong. It turns out that all they do is copy sports betting as their odds fluctuate, and then still offer the worst odds.

          The problem was that the money for winning bets didn't show up in the balance right away. So I didn't see all the money I was supposed to get. Everything is fine now. It was enough to clear cookies in the browser to display the actual balance of the game profile.

            Parimatch saying that my account will be blocked.

            I have been using my account for years and I have put a lot of money into my bets. When all of a sudden I won some bets, making good money, I received an email from Parimatch saying that my account will be blocked. I can't even understand why I will get such a punishment. I didn't expect this from such a well known company....

            I registered an account, placed my first bet, and then received an email from the casino's customer support stating that they no longer wanted to do business with me. They can't or won't give a reason for such a strange decision. This came as a shock to me, I have not encountered anything like this before, although I have worked with a lot of casinos and betting companies.

            A customer service employee wrote to me and explained why my account was blocked. It turned out that the Parimatch website prohibits the use of automated programs that can place bets for the player. I found these programs on the Internet and did not know that they were banned. The most frustrating thing is that these programs did not help me win, and my account was blocked for unfair play. There are no remarks to Parimatch company, they are doing the right thing to monitor the fairness of the gambling process.

              Horrible company. I made a deposit and now Parimatch is denying it. All that their help shows is that they suggested I contact my bank. I have contacted my bank but the support rep assures me that Parimatch have taken my money. The bank can't help me in any way as I voluntarily topped up my gaming account balance. Now I do not understand what I should do next and where to turn. I hope that the casino support will contact me and help to settle this situation. Otherwise I will have to go to the main office of the company.

              Just as I thought, the support agents rushed to help me and that's not sarcasm. The transaction was found manually, the money was deposited, they gave 1000 rupees as bonus which I can use for betting.

                Can't log in to my account, not even to the start page of the site. Error code 403. Can't contact customer service, I get an automated response to an email. Overall, it feels like I've been scammed. And the worst part is that I have money in my account. Very suspicious company.

                The problem was the VPN I was using. I didn't know that the Parimatch site opens only when accessed from Indian IPs. I disabled the VPN and the site started to open as before. I didn't know about this peculiarity, but I'm glad that the problem was solved even by myself.

                  I have been working with Parimatch since 2019. I had quite a positive experience: I could lose, but, in general, at the end of each month I came out in a small plus. But yesterday my account was blocked without any reason. Besides that, I had some money left on my account, which I won't be able to withdraw now. It is a small amount of money for me and I am ready to accept that I will not be able to get it. But my impression of Parimatch is now extremely negative, I have no trust in this company. Thank you, Parimatch, for the years of cooperation.

                  I didn't expect this, but the director of the support department wrote to me immediately and said that he would personally look into my problem. He pointed out the reason for blocking my account, which I agreed with. After a pleasant conversation my account was blocked, and I for my part promised not to violate the rules of the site again.                     I would like to share my impression about cooperation with Parimatch Casino. I am quite an experienced player who has worked with a lot of casinos: from the most famous to small casinos. Recently, I had a Parimatch problem that they were never able to resolve. I won 20, 000 rupees by placing a bet on Mumbai Indians to win. I won. But my winnings never showed up on my balance. Talking to the support has not helped, they tell me that my bet is not shown in their system and that they are ready to refund me my money that I spent on the bet. But I want to get the amount of my winnings, not the money I spent on the bet!

                    As it turned out, the support staff read all the reviews posted on this site. It took half an hour, but after a long communication the support agent decided to credit the money for the winning bet to my balance.

                      The loading speed of the site is just unrealistically slow. Sometimes games just freeze. And sometimes I have to wait for 10 minutes to open the game I need! This behavior of the site very much spoils the overall impression of the casino. It will be easiest for me to go to a competitor, so that I will not use such difficulties during the game.                       Parimatch staff connected to my computer via Team Viewer to help. Alas, a large number of VPN programs were found on my computer. Because of the active VPN, my internet speed was too slow, which caused the Parimatch website to work intermittently. The customer support staff gave me some more tips on how to speed up my computer, after which we said goodbye to each other. My impression of the support was very positive.

                        I got all my accounts blocked

                        Hi. I will share my problem with everyone. At first I had one account on Parimatch site.                         Good afternoon. My account has been blocked. The reason for the blocking, which is indicated when logging into the account "Suspicious activity was detected on your account. Parimatch pays great attention to the safety of players, so your account has been suspended." But I didn't pass my account data to third parties. I just logged into my Parimatch account from my computer, which is located in the university library. Perhaps the blocking is due to the fact that this computer is used by many people?

                        Indeed, as I thought, the problem was due to the fact that too many Parimatch accounts were registered from my university IP. For this reason, the system added this ip to the blacklist. After talking to a support person, my account was unblocked. Now I can log into my account from my university IP address. They also apologized to me and assured me that the security system is designed to increase the level of security and privacy of players, but false positives are still possible in such situations.

                          I can't log in to my Parimatch account. I get an error that I entered the wrong login or password for my account. But I am sure that I am entering the correct data. Unfortunately, I have quite a large amount of money on my account that I would like to withdraw, but losing access to my account leaves me without my money. I don't know what I should do next and I definitely need help.

                            Parimatch is refusing my withdrawal request. They request my transaction history of my bank account. I have transactions that third parties should not know about. Why should I send my transaction history? I've sent all the necessary documents. But I haven't received any money in my balance yet. I have Rs 7000 in my account now which I can't withdraw.

                            The support agent assured me that my data, including screenshots, would not be transferred anywhere and was only needed to make sure that I was the real owner of my account and my bank card. I was also allowed to block out other transactions from the screenshots of my bank statement, and to show only the transaction related to my deposit on Parimatch.

                              Be careful before you start working with this casino. If you have a problem with withdrawing your winnings or depositing, your request will not be answered until a month later at the earliest. The customer service and technical support is not professional and is in a very bad situation in terms of ethical communication. I am unhappy that the technical support team never solved my problem.

                              My problem was fixed after all. Probably after I left this review. About the ethics of communication: I was assured that the support agent who consulted me was interviewed and promised that such situations will not happen again.                                 I have a suspicion that Parimatch are manipulating the slots. This has happened since I started making frequent deposits. I am sure you can no longer win after depositing large amounts to your balance. One time the game froze up. The second time the game didn't even want to start. This caused me to stop winning and it became disgusting. After that I decided to withdraw the remaining capital, but my withdrawal request was rejected. This is lawlessness and lawlessness.

                                When I contacted support, they advised me to use a different browser and to clear cache and cookies so that the games would stop freezing. These tips helped.                                   They are not interested in customer problems. I deposited money to my balance this morning and it is still not credited to my account. What kind of app is this where you can't deposit without problems. I have written several emails to the support team, tried to contact them but there is no response from their side. Worst experience.

                                  Parimatch support wrote to me and reassured me that such cases happen and that money is not always instantly credited to the account balance. And that a lot depends on the payment method chosen by the client. They asked me to wait another 24 hours. I waited - the money was credited to my account even earlier than 24 hours.

                                    Today I made one payment of 20k Indian rupees through Crypto, but it is still not reflected in my gaming account. Checked the bank statement - everything went through successfully. No one is responding to the mail.
