I can't withdraw money to Skrill for the third day! Why do I have to wait so long? After all, on my part I have fulfilled all the conditions, I have verified my profile. If the problem is not solved in the near future, I intend to look for another betting company, since Parimatch is unable to fulfill its obligations.

I was contacted quickly by the company support. I didn't expect it to be so fast. The problem was the insufficient number of documents provided for verification. Everything uploaded and the money was credited to my Skrill account. Thank you!

    No one helps me with the constant delays in withdrawing money to my cryptocurrency wallet. I am communicating with Parimatch tech support for the third day. But there is still no solution to my problem. There are no contacts of the company's management on the site, there is no one to complain to tech support. I hope that after this review someone will finally pay attention to my problem.

      I passed verification in Parimatch. I deposited money and was immediately blocked. I contacted tech support, where they told me that only Indian citizens can play with them. Now I ask for my money back, but they ask me to wait. I do not recommend this bookmaker.

      They did return the money, but asked me to provide a photo of my passport to make sure that I was the one who registered the account. It's good that the money didn't stay on the game account, as I can't imagine how I would have been able to pay back the credit I spent.

        My Parimatch account was blocked. I provided all the necessary documents, went through the video identification procedure, but in the end I received a refusal to unblock my account. Email support service ignores my appeals, although earlier they responded almost instantly.
        Yesterday I was finally told that the support doesn't have information about the verification procedure and that another department is dealing with it. The most interesting thing is that the account is not just blocked, I can't even log in and see any profile information.

        I heard back from the customer verification department. They explained that not all documents were sent by me. I didn't know it was so important. I had to spend time and add other documents, but after that my account was restored. I hope this was the last time I was required to go through verification.

          I had problems with withdrawal of funds. I successfully passed the verification procedure by providing a photo of my passport and proof of my residential address. However, no one from the support service does not respond to my requests, and the money has not arrived to my account. Three days have already passed and I am still without funds. I am very worried about this situation.

          So far no one has responded to my emails, but the verification has been passed, I can use my account further. The money arrived on my card 2 hours after the verification was approved.

            Parimatch blocked my account. Later they reactivated it, but completely removed my winnings, leaving only the amount of my deposit. Where did my winnings go?

            Thank you to the customer support staff. The problem was in my browser, I had to clear cookies and browser cache as my previous balance was displayed for this reason.

              I was unable to withdraw my winnings. It started when I deposited Rs. 15000 in my account and bet it on an event with odds of 1.46. My bets turned out to be winning and I got Rs 7000.
              I have been playing on this site for about 2 years now and I have not had any problems previously. However, this time I was immediately asked to go through another verification process, which I went through back when I registered my personal account. I think it was just a way to deprive me of my money, to delay their withdrawal. I contacted the support service and blocked my game profile. I have doubts about the honesty of the bookmaker Parimatch.

              They wrote to me and introduced themselves as the customer service department of Parimatch. After a long conversation, the employee still managed to convince me to undergo additional video verification. After the verification, my profile was unblocked and the money in my account was not lost.

                Made two deposits of Rs 9000 and Rs 16000. Increased the balance to Rs 35000. Made a withdrawal request of Rs 30000.
                After that Parimatch asked for verification. I sent all the required photos, after which the account was blocked.
                I played without violating the rules of the game. The reason for the blocking could not give in technical support. You can draw your own conclusions.

                I managed to find out the real reason for the blocking. I had 3 accunts on the platform, which is prohibited by the rules of the site. The money was withdrawn, but with a small commission. The accounts have not been unblocked, as I understand, I will no longer be able to play in this bookmaker due to violation of the rules.

                  I found myself in a situation where my account was subjected to a 30-day verification. First I sent a photo of my passport and data sheet, after that I received an email notification about the beginning of this long verification. I just started playing on this site and have only spent 2 days here. While playing, I noticed an interesting promotion from Parimatch, and decided to try to rip off the kush. While playing, I won a good amount of 47000 rupees. But to my disappointment, after this winnings, the verification of my account started. Judging by the reviews of other users, who found themselves in a similar situation, you can wait indefinitely for the payout. Please take note of this review.

                    Registered in this bookmaker very long time ago, never had any problems, played little and rarely. Since with my other bookmaker's office there were problems during the deposit, I decided to deposit money to Parimatch. Until today everything was fine, I deposited and withdrew funds without any difficulties. This morning I make a request for withdrawal, after which my account is blocked. I have all verification, I have long confirmed my identity. Played always in pleasure, not for the purpose of enrichment. I play about 10 years in different bookmakers, but this is the first time I see such a thing. Parimatch, I am waiting for you to return my funds.

                    I got the same answer as everyone else: you used more than one account, which is prohibited by the rules of the game with Parimatch. The money was automatically credited to my card, but my account is blocked for life.

                      My account was blocked in the middle of November. Today I was informed about the need to go through video verification with Parimatch support. I was expecting a call, but it turned out that they sent an email to my mail asking me to follow the link to complete the verification. Unfortunately, I noticed this email much later.
                      Earlier I had been actively communicating with the company representatives via email, and no one had ever mentioned that verification would be done by clicking on the links. I had already sent all the required documents, including passport photo, earlier.
                      I am not against going through video verification, but I feel that the whole process has become unnecessarily complicated and confusing. I am beginning to doubt the effectiveness of all my efforts. I want my problem to be heard and finally solved.

                      I talked to support once again. For my sake they made an exception and performed the video verification at a time when I was free, not when it was convenient for the verification department staff. I am a little upset by such shortcomings in the company, but the main thing is that I managed to pass the verification and put the money for withdrawal.

                        On December 10, 2023 I had problems withdrawing funds from my account. Parimatch promised to solve this problem within 30 days, but it's already been the second month and the situation remains unresolved. Now the support tells me to be patient for a while, but they do not specify exactly how long it will take.
                        I've been playing at bookmakers for a long time and have never encountered any problems like this before. I don't know what to think about Parimatch and it raises serious doubts about their reliability.

                        The problem was that my bank blocked the transaction because it was suspicious. I had to spend a lot of time explaining the origin of the money to the bank, but the problem is over.

                          I have made withdrawal of 42100INR on 9th November.which 3 and ½ month ago.Its been 115 days over.I am contacting them continuously from 9th November to this day and Given my bank statement and updated bank statements plenty of times when they have asked.Even i given them official letterhead from bank also. But when i asked for my withdrawal they are only telling "Your request is currently being reviewed by our billing team. We are awaiting feedback"

                            I have deposited amount of 6700 in parimatch account and i have waited for 4 hours but my amount is not credited into parimatch account.then i mailed to parimatch support they replied me that there is some technical issue you will get the amount within 5 business days.after 5 days i didn't get my amount so i again mailed to parimatch support they aked my transaction details and account statement. I send all the details and they told that they didn't have the trasaction in their system but i have all the proof i have deposited only to parimatch account only.

                                Registered on the app, got a freebet, placed a bet and won Rs 15000. There was an account correction and all the winnings were taken away. Although in order to win back the bonus, I used my own funds. My impressions about the bookmaker are negative.

                                  Registered a couple of years ago in Parimatch. Didn't use my account for a long time. I decided to make bets for a couple of days. While I was losing, there were no problems. As soon as I won a couple thousand rupees, I was asked for verification. I passed the verification, deposited money, won, and I was immediately blocked. The bookmaker had 4800 rupees left. Now I don't know how to withdraw this money. There is no communication with me.

                                    A very bad experience o[censored]sing a bookmaker's office. Once, about six months ago (I don't remember the exact date), due to my own carelessness I accidentally created a second account. I was betting small amounts, ranging from Rs 5000 to Rs 10000. However, instead of merging both my accounts into one, they were blocked and I received a notification that I can no longer play at this bookmaker and create new accounts. This left a negative impression of Parimatch.

                                      I can't withdraw my winnings to my wife's card. Earlier I verified my card and withdrew money to it. Today I try to add my wife's card, but I get an error. I have already verified my account, so I don't understand what the problem could be. Do I need to provide my wife's documents to be able to withdraw money to her card?                                       Parimatch site support explained to me that I can withdraw money only to my bank card, as the profile registration and further verification was done in my name. They advised me to register a separate account for my wife if I want to withdraw winnings to her card.

                                        It is simply impossible to contact Parimatch support. I have some problems with my account and I need help. But I can't find technical support contacts.
