I've never seen an online casino where you make a deposit to your balance in order to place a bet on an event you've been looking forward to for so long, but you have to wait hours for your deposit to show up. They take advantage of this so that you lose money. These events go away and you are forced to bet on events you didn't plan on. The customer service acts like robots. They are constantly unable to help you in any way. Disgusting opinion of the cooperation!

This is amazing, but the problem was that my bank automatically rejects such payments. I had to use the services of my second bank, with which I cooperate. So Parimatch is not to blame here.

    When I tried to withdraw money from my Parimatch account, I was asked for documents. I immediately wrote an email to Parimatch security service. Security asked for a national ID card, I sent it. In addition to the ID, I sent them an email with a picture of me holding my documents in my hands. Parimatch then sent me an email that my account was blocked. Since I own a store selling tea, I provide free wifi to customers who come to my store. Therefore, my IP could be used to register Parimatch account by the visitors of my tea store. At the same time, the email address, debit card, e-wallet and the rest of the information belong to me. If you don't want to work with me anymore, please refund me from my account and then close my account. Now my account has been locked and I have not been allowed to withdraw any money. Please give me my money back.

    Parimatch customer service agents asked me from which ip address I use Parimatch application. As I understand, after this information they put my ip into white-list so that my account will never be blocked again.

      Hi, I am from India. I made a deposit 1 week ago. I won a couple of bets and when I tried to withdraw, the security stopped me and asked me to provide more information for verification.
      So far I have not been able to withdraw my money, the support staff is not helping me. There is literally nothing they can do, the only thing they are there for is to tell me to calm down and wait another day.
      The verification staff in general look like bots that don't help at all and answer you the same thing over and over again.
      They don't have the skills to respond to situations like this. So I feel like they just want to sit back and wait for me to forget about my problem so they can take my money.

      I decided to meet the Parimatch specialists' demands in order to withdraw my money after all. I had to go through additional verification, including video verification. So is all this necessary? I don't know. But now my account is verified and I can withdraw my winnings. Not a very pleasant experience, but it's better than if I couldn't withdraw my money.

        I have played with so many casinos and they all pay out winnings.
        But what about Parimatch? They will help you deposit in all kinds of ways, but what happens when you want to withdraw?
        They will block your account when you win. I want to withdraw my winnings but now I can't do it.
        Contacted customer service, they ask me to create another withdrawal request. But how can I do that if my account is blocked? Customer support always repeats the same useless words.

        It was only after this review that they helped me. The account was unblocked, after which I was able to get another application for withdrawal.

          Provide me with the only proof that I had more than one account! The funds are not credited to my account. Why do you say in every email that the funds have been credited to my account?
          I haven't received a penny. And what you say about me having multiple accounts, give me one proof and I won't ask you for anything else. Please help and understand my situation.

            Honestly, the Parimatch app is totally impractical, I always have problems depositing or withdrawing money. The bonus they offer is always a total mess. The customer service never works, no one answers. Honestly, this is not a good experience. Now I have Rs 50, 000 to withdraw but I have no way to withdraw it.

            I started looking for the same problem on the vastness of the Internet and came to the conclusion that it could be related to the fact that you need to try a different payment system. I can say for myself that this method worked.
            Just forget PARIMATCH. they are only making people fool.They have become a scammers

              I entered wrong account number.

              I have withdrawn Rs. 70, 000 on 02.03.2024 but I mistakenly entered wrong account number. Due to this I have not received the withdrawal amount. I have confirmed with the bank that the account number I provided does not exist. Now I am waiting for the cancelation. But when I write to Parimatch support, I don't get a satisfactory answer.               As far as customer service and support, I don't like the manner in which they communicate. It is unprofessional and disrespectful. You will find it extremely difficult to get answers to your problems. I always have a lot of problems with deposits and withdrawals and it makes me suspect that the company is manipulating my money. All I want is to finally be heard and have all the problems I have had with this casino resolved.

              I was contacted by another support person and helped me to solve my problem in my favor.
              Different agent gives different answers. Every time they come up with a new answer. They are scammers.

                I request you to finally give me my money back already!

                Parimatch, please confirm my withdrawal or refund the funds back to my playing account, I request you very much. It has been 3 weeks since I placed a withdrawal request for Rs 21000.                 I used to be a regular client of Parimatch, but at some point I was asked for documents for verification.
                I sent photos of my documents, including my passport. For some reason, I received a reply that my documents were not authentic. Although I used the same photos to go through verification on other reputed sites.
                Although everything was fine for about a year, they just blocked my winnings and still no response.
                I think the problem is that they just don't want to pay out my winnings. Overall, would not recommend to anyone. Total disappointment.

                As it turns out, it was my fault. My passport had expired, but I didn't know about it. I took a photo of my driver's license and sent it to Parimatch - in the morning the verification was successfully passed.

                  The verification team has not responded to messages for a week now. This is too disappointing, as I was planning to get my winnings on my card today to buy a gift for my wife for our wedding anniversary. And without going through verification I can't withdraw my money. I will never rely on Parimatch again. Thanks to the support team my holiday is ruined.

                    I made a payment but the money was not credited to my account, I wrote many emails to the Parimatch team and they promised that the responsible specialist is already working on my problem. I don't know how many days these specialists are working on solving my problem, but I'm already tired of waiting. Worst app and worst customer service.

                      One of the most dishonest casinos I have ever seen. I deposited 15, 000 Indian rupees on my deposit but even after 24 hours I still haven't received my money in my gaming account. Support tells me every time that the experts are working on my problem. There is no normal technical support and neither is there any solution to my problem. I am also going to publish a Facebook post and ask the relevant authorities to revoke your casino license.

                        Terrible service. I created an account with Parimatch and added some funds to my account. I placed a bet on some basketball sporting events and won. Then I tried to withdraw my money. I was asked to email some documents to the verification department and I did so. Since I emailed the security department, I have not received any response, not even an automated message that the email I sent was received by them. My money has been left in your casino and I want to retrieve it. Please allow me to withdraw my funds.

                          I deposited Rs. 6200 a month ago but still nothing has been credited to my account. I wrote to customer support and they created a ticket describing my problem.
                          My ticket says, "Your request is being processed by our experts. As soon as we receive any information, we will inform you immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience".
                          I don't understand why my deposit is delayed for more than a month? I want to hear an explanation from the management of Parimatch.

                            I am a Parimatch player for a long time now. But today I decided to deposit Rs 15000 in my account. I mistakenly entered wrong account id while depositing. I immediately contacted Parimatch customer support.
                            They reassured me and told me that the support agent will reject my recharge request.
                            An hour later the support agent rejected my old request. I'm trying to top up my account again, but I get an error that such an ID doesn't exist!
                            So how is this possible? Does someone besides me have access to my account?
                            The payment date is 06.03.2024 and the transaction time is 22:21. Please help me find my transaction.

                            I got help from the Support team of Parimatch. The money was credited to my account. But now it is better to double check your ID when depositing, because otherwise you can be left without money, and your money will be credited to someone else's account.

                              This is some kind of misunderstanding. There are methods of depositing money, which at the same time are not available for withdrawal. That is, you can use this payment method to deposit money, but you will not be able to withdraw your winnings to it. Such a clever trick allows casinos to force their players to keep their money on the platform without being able to withdraw it in a convenient way. Please stay away from such casinos.

                                Yesterday morning a person who introduced himself as a Parimatch support person wrote to my email. I was told that Parimatch is currently running a promotion, according to which if I deposit at least 41, 000 rupees by the end of the day, I will get a bonus equal to the amount of my deposit. I was also sent a QR code which took me to the payment system page where I deposited Rs 62, 000 (which was my last money). Since then the money has not appeared on my balance. I wrote to support, whose contacts I found on Parimatch's website, but they told me that Parimatch had no stock and that no one from the company had contacted me. Now I don't know what to do, and I don't understand when the money will arrive to my account.

                                It was horrible, but as it turned out, I was dealing with scammers. Accordingly, the money was sent to the scammers. Unfortunately, I won't be able to get my money back, although the real Parimatch support agents advised me to contact law enforcement. Perhaps I will do so, but from now on it will be hard for me to trust people. And this is a lesson for all players: be more vigilant and careful, as there are many dishonest people who will do everything possible to enrich themselves at your expense.

                                  My advice is to be careful

                                  I registered an account on this site today. I went through email confirmation, then phone number, then I uploaded my documents to go through verification, but just after placing my first bet of Rs 2000 (bet was a losing bet), they penalized me and reduced the odds on all odds on cricket.
                                  It turns out that the penalty was received without any reason. What else to expect. My advice is to be careful with this site and take care in advance...
