Registered on the app, got a freebet, placed a bet and won Rs 15000. There was an account correction and all the winnings were taken away. Although in order to win back the bonus, I used my own funds. My impressions about the bookmaker are negative.

The support was sorted out, found a solution. I will continue to play with Parimatch, the negativity has been smoothed out. There are questions about the service itself, but the guys from support have no questions, they communicate respectfully, you can feel the desire to help the client.

    Registered a couple of years ago in Parimatch. Didn't use my account for a long time. I decided to make bets for a couple of days. While I was losing, there were no problems. As soon as I won a couple thousand rupees, I was asked for verification. I passed the verification, deposited money, won, and I was immediately blocked. The bookmaker had 4800 rupees left. Now I don't know how to withdraw this money. There is no communication with me.

    I was told that my account was blocked due to the use of third party betting automation software. This is the reason why I can't access my profile. I did not know that such programs are banned.

      A very bad experience o[censored]sing a bookmaker's office. Once, about six months ago (I don't remember the exact date), due to my own carelessness I accidentally created a second account. I was betting small amounts, ranging from Rs 5000 to Rs 10000. However, instead of merging both my accounts into one, they were blocked and I received a notification that I can no longer play at this bookmaker and create new accounts. This left a negative impression of Parimatch.

      Agreed with the support of the site that of the two accounts I will leave the one that I choose the main, and the second profile is finally blocked, because the presence of two accounts violates the rules of the site =(

        I can't withdraw my winnings to my wife's card. Earlier I verified my card and withdrew money to it. Today I try to add my wife's card, but I get an error. I have already verified my account, so I don't understand what the problem could be. Do I need to provide my wife's documents to be able to withdraw money to her card? I am waiting for a solution to my problem.

        Parimatch site support explained to me that I can withdraw money only to my bank card, as the profile registration and further verification was done in my name. They advised me to register a separate account for my wife if I want to withdraw winnings to her card.

          It is simply impossible to contact Parimatch support. I have some problems with my account and I need help. But I can't find technical support contacts. Judging by the reviews, the support staff here help players. Contact me finally, I'm not going to wait forever!

            For some reason I am not allowed on the Parimatch site. Is the site inaccessible for certain regions? I saw an advertisement on Facebook, decided to register, but I can't do it because the site is inaccessible. This is some nonsense and a waste of your time! It is better to avoid such bookmaker offices!

            They wrote to me and asked me what country I was living in. I explained that I don't live in India now, but I have Indian citizenship. In response to this the guys from technical support told me that the Parimatch site is available only for players from India. It's a pity, but now I know the reason why the site doesn't open.

              I place bets in the Parimatch mobile app. I noticed that if I place bets in the application, I sometimes get hang-ups. Unlike the computer version of Parimatch, where I never had such problems. I use the Parimatch app on my iPhone 11, iOS 16.3. Because of these freezes I missed several profitable bets! Now who will give me back the money I didn't earn because of a crooked mobile app!

              I was contacted and asked to clarify all the details regarding my problem. In addition, they advised me to reinstall the Parimatch app and update the iOS version to the current one. I don't know what helped me, but the freezes in the app stopped.

                Yesterday I noticed a typo in the odds (it was obvious that the odds had nothing to do with reality). I made a bet, got the winnings. Today I go to my account, but it is blocked. I wrote to tech support, but they told me that my account cannot be unblocked. Please unblock my account.

                    Trying to place 5 bets at the same time, but I can't do it. Tell me what could be the reason. Before that I put 3 bets in one day, no problems. But yesterday I tried to put 5 bets, and nothing comes out. I have never met such a thing, although not the first year I work with bookmakers.

                    The support person informed me that there was not enough money in my balance to place so many bets at one time. I topped up my balance with another Rs. 5000 and the problem disappeared.

                      I don't understand how to withdraw the bonus money I received for my first deposit. I deposited Rs 30, 000 and received Rs 3, 000 bonus money. This site is not clear at all about the bonus terms and conditions. Why do I have to read the site rules EVERY DAY to understand how I can withdraw my bonuses!!!                       I have read the rules of the site. To withdraw bonus money, you need to fulfill certain conditions. I thought that bonuses can be withdrawn even without betting. This is my fault for not familiarizing myself with the rules of withdrawing bonus money. The problem is not relevant, but later I will complete this review if someone will be interested in the result.

                        Can you explain me why my account balance is not updated immediately after a winning bet? Sometimes it takes several hours to see your winnings. This is not always convenient, especially when you plan to make another bet, but you don't know what your current balance is. I use the Parimatch site via Google Chrome for my computer.

                          Good afternoon. My account was blocked. The reason given by the Parimatch staff "When depositing funds to your account, a bank card with stolen status was used". However, I deposited funds with my own bank card. Please unblock my account. I believe this was an unfortunate mistake. I wrote to technical support a couple of hours ago, but I haven't received an official reply from Parimatch yet. I am duplicating my message here as well to solve this problem as soon as possible.

                          I solved the problem with Parimatch support. It turns out that at the moment of deposit transaction, the card was temporarily blocked by my bank, as the transaction seemed suspicious to them. The problem was solved with the bank and Parimatch. The next payments will be made accurately.

                            It is impossible to win with deposits less than Rs. 15000. You need a big financial cushion not to nullify your deposit on your first bets. I still can't get the bonus money for the first deposit.

                              Payments last 5-6 days. I don't understand the reason for delayed payments, tech support answers once in 2 days. I can't withdraw the whole amount from the balance, only 70-80% of the deposit. I hope that by contacting here, my problem will finally be heard.

                                I play in Parimatch on my computer and in the app on my phone. When I make a deposit via the app, I don't receive an SMS from the bank with a confirmation code. I have to go to Parimatch through the site to deposit funds to the balance. It is a bit inconvenient. Is it impossible to fix it at last?

                                We wrote from the technical department of Parimatch. Asked to describe the problem in detail. They promised that in the next version of the application the problem would be fixed. It's been less than a week, a new version of the application has been released, now SMS come. It's cool that the app is being improved. By the way, they transferred 1000 rupees to my balance as an apology.

                                  I tried to recharge my account for Rs 25000 but only Rs 12000 was credited. I can't understand where the other 13000 rupees went, although the card shows that the entire amount was debited. Where is my money? I demand that all the money I deposited in my account be credited back to me immediately!
