Yesterday morning a person who introduced himself as a Parimatch support person wrote to my email. I was told that Parimatch is currently running a promotion, according to which if I deposit at least 41, 000 rupees by the end of the day, I will get a bonus equal to the amount of my deposit. I was also sent a QR code which took me to the payment system page where I deposited Rs 62, 000 (which was my last money). Since then the money has not appeared on my balance. I wrote to support, whose contacts I found on Parimatch's website, but they told me that Parimatch had no stock and that no one from the company had contacted me. Now I don't know what to do, and I don't understand when the money will arrive to my account.

It was horrible, but as it turned out, I was dealing with scammers. Accordingly, the money was sent to the scammers. Unfortunately, I won't be able to get my money back, although the real Parimatch support agents advised me to contact law enforcement. Perhaps I will do so, but from now on it will be hard for me to trust people. And this is a lesson for all players: be more vigilant and careful, as there are many dishonest people who will do everything possible to enrich themselves at your expense.

    Parimatch has repeatedly cancelled my withdrawal requests stating maintenance issue no matter what type I used. I tried bank transfer option and I tried AstroPay option but they keep denying my request and not stating anything except try again later for over a month now. They accept my deposit but deny my withdrawal, I won a sum of over 1.7 lakh rupees they are holding hostage

      They are scammers! I tried to deposit $120 to my balance, but the money was not credited to my account even though I did everything according to their instructions! I wrote to Parimatch tech support and sent all the proof, but the money was still not credited. I have bet thousands of dollars, but if my problem is not solved now, I will definitely look for a replacement for this casino, because I will never accept such an attitude to myself. I am contacting Parimatch management and asking them to credit my money to my balance. I have done everything right. I have all the evidence that you are not able to refute.

      After a long time of communication with support, I managed to find common ground with them. As a result, the money was credited and 50 freespins were added to the bonus balance. Way to go!

        I don't like that Parimatch has so few games from Spribe provider. Because of this I have to play at other casinos where these games have always been available. Many times I wrote to support Parimatch, but I was told that the games will be added soon. For now I have to settle for Plinko and Aviator. It's a shame, because I really like Parimatch casino, I like the speed of withdrawals, I like that they often give freespins and bonus money.

          HI. I tried to make a deposit of Rs 16 500. At first the payment failed because I entered my bank card details incorrectly. During the second attempt I did not receive SMS with confirmation code. After the third attempt, the money was charged from my card but I received some error notification that my payment could not be verified. The money still hasn't appeared on my account balance. I don't know what could be the reason, because I'm sure I set the correct limit on my card, I also entered all the card details without errors. Please contact me and help me with my problem.

            Tried to deposit Rs 20, 000 into my account using my card but the money has not been credited to my balance even though I have done everything correctly. Contacted support but no response. I am writing here as I expect the support staff to see my problem and help me.

            The customer support staff contacted me and asked me to provide them with more detailed information in the form of the date and amount of the payment, the number of the bank card from which I tried to deposit, and also asked me to provide a document confirming my identity. After these actions the money was instantly credited to my account without any delays.

              Tried to withdraw the winnings that were received thanks to the freespins received for my first deposit. Instead, got a message that in order to withdraw this money, I need to wager it to the tune of Rs. 15000! This is some kind of disrespect to the player. I am not satisfied with Parimatch casino.

              I familiarized myself with the rules of withdrawing bonus funds. As it turned out, the fact that bonus money had to be wagered was warned at the stage of account registration. I did not pay attention to this information. From now on I will know about it, but for myself I made conclusions that it is better to play only with real money.

                The casino is not bad, very convenient site design, a lot of games from well-known providers. But I need help now, I wrote to support to see if they can help me solve my problem with withdrawal. I read the reviews here and do not understand who to believe: the casino or all these people who write here. The problem is that my withdrawal status is executed, but the money has not arrived on my credit card. Parimatch support replied that they sent a request to the payment system and asked me to wait for a response. But it's been 24 hours and still no answer. I have resigned myself to the fact that I will not see my money.

                After another 48 hours, I was contacted by employees of Parimatch's finance department. It turned out that I had mistakenly entered the details of my old bank card, which had long since expired. I created a new withdrawal request, specifying the correct details. The problem has been solved.

                  I've been with Parimatch for 6 years, I haven't had a single problem in that time. But recently there has been some chaos. I have been waiting for more than a week to withdraw my winnings. At first the money was in processing for a long time. Then the withdrawal request was approved, but the money has not arrived on the card. I'm sure that if I contact the casino support, they will tell me that it's my fault, and the casino is not guilty of anything. This is the way to wait forever for my money to be withdrawn! It's just crazy.

                  I contacted the support of my bank. It turned out that my payment was blocked because the withdrawal amount was quite large. Parimatch support advised to split the withdrawal amount into 2 parts. I did so - it worked.

                    Good afternoon. I registered a new account, because I can not access my old account, I forgot my password. Won some money, created a request for withdrawal. In the end, I was withdrawn only the amount of my deposit, and the amount of my winnings was burned. Surprisingly, my wife has 8 accounts, and she withdraws winnings from each of them! But for some reason my accounts are blocked along with my winnings!

                    A support agent contacted me and explained that according to the company rules it is forbidden to register more than 1 account for each family member. As an exception, I was allowed to withdraw the amount of my deposits, but I am not allowed to withdraw the winnings, as I have violated the company rules. Next time I will pay more attention to reading all terms and agreements.

                      I would like to leave a complaint about Parimatch Casino. I am cooperating with them for the first month. I decided to try with 20, 000 rupiah to start. Thanks to my strategy, I managed to win another 12, 000 rupees, which is not a bad result for me. But as soon as I put my winnings for withdrawal, access to mine became restricted. Now I can't place new bets, I can't top up my balance and, accordingly, I can't withdraw my money. I appeal to Parimatch administration: approve my withdrawal request and unblock my account

                        I'm trying to deposit money to the balance, I specify the amount and the code from SMS, but I get an error. I can't understand why the transaction doesn't go through.                         As I expected, I was contacted by Parimatch and told to call the hotline of my bank Axis Bank. They explained to me that the problem was in the wrong CVV code. I tried again, having specified CVV code correctly - the payment went through. I am grateful to Parimatch support, as always on top!

                          I have been working with Parimatch for more than 3 years. Since yesterday I can't log in to my account, because when I log in it says it's blocked. I wrote to support, but I can't get a clear answer as to why my profile was suspended. To be honest, I did not expect this from Parimatch after such a long period of cooperation. If I broke the rules - tell me about it, I have the right to know. I am very dissatisfied with the work of the support team and the company in general. How can I trust them after this?

                          A day later I was contacted by e-mail and the reason for the blocking was explained. The blocking was due to the fact that I had registered another account for my own convenience to minimize risks. But I didn't take into account that having two accounts on the site is prohibited by the rules. The technical support team asked me to choose the main account (they unblocked it), and the second account is now permanently deleted. I hope not to make such unfortunate mistakes again, and let my mistakes become an example for other players.

                            Hi. I'm trying to withdraw my first winnings (it's my first time with Parimatch), I need to upload documents.                             I had no hope that they would help me. Nevertheless, I was contacted by support and explained what alternative documents I could upload to the site to confirm my actual residence address. Now I have already put my money for withdrawal, I will wait for it to be credited to my bank card. It's nice that they didn't ignore my problem, but politely explained how to proceed. I will continue to work with Parimatch.

                              I am annoyed by the constant platform freezes, especially at the moment when making a bet! It is very inconvenient and really pisses me off. How to contact support - I have no idea. But something should definitely be done about it, otherwise it's just impossible to play!                                 I can't withdraw money to Skrill for the third day! Why do I have to wait so long? After all, on my part I have fulfilled all the conditions, I have verified my profile.                                   No one helps me with the constant delays in withdrawing money to my cryptocurrency wallet. I am communicating with Parimatch tech support for the third day.                                     I passed verification in Parimatch. I deposited money and was immediately blocked. I contacted tech support, where they told me that only Indian citizens can play with them. Now I ask for my money back, but they ask me to wait. I do not recommend this bookmaker.

                                    They did return the money, but asked me to provide a photo of my passport to make sure that I was the one who registered the account. It's good that the money didn't stay on the game account, as I can't imagine how I would have been able to pay back the credit I spent.

                                      My Parimatch account was blocked. I provided all the necessary documents, went through the video identification procedure, but in the end I received a refusal to unblock my account. Email support service ignores my appeals, although earlier they responded almost instantly.
                                      Yesterday I was finally told that the support doesn't have information about the verification procedure and that another department is dealing with it. The most interesting thing is that the account is not just blocked, I can't even log in and see any profile information.

                                      I heard back from the customer verification department. They explained that not all documents were sent by me. I didn't know it was so important. I had to spend time and add other documents, but after that my account was restored. I hope this was the last time I was required to go through verification.

                                        I had problems with withdrawal of funds. I successfully passed the verification procedure by providing a photo of my passport and proof of my residential address.
