I tried to recharge my balance for Rs 19, 000 but despite debiting my card, the money did not show up on my balance. In my account on the website, my money transfer has a status of "Pending" for the fifth day now. I have written to the email but have not received any response so far. I don't know what to do. Please help me.

Today I finally got a reply from Parimatch. It turns out that I had to go through verification. I sent the documents and in 5 minutes the money was credited to my balance.

    I have some questions regarding the speed of withdrawal. I have been regularly withdrawing large sums every month for a year now, and the waiting time is different every time. Sometimes it takes only 1 hour, and sometimes I have to wait for 10 days. Despite appeals to the support team, I still haven't been given a clear answer as to why this happens.

    I was contacted by the support team. They advised me to use a card from another bank to withdraw money. This time the money was withdrawn in less than 24 hours. Apparently, the problem was on the bank's side.

      I haven't placed a bet in a while and decided to log in to my account, which I haven't used for more than half a year. Imagine my surprise when I got an error that such a user was not found or was deleted! At the same time, there was still money on the account, albeit a small amount. What am I supposed to do with it now?!

        When u wanna withdrawal ur money they seem to reject
        Which mean u can accumulate ur asset on their page but u can’t take ur money out
        I was able to get my funds back through the assis tan ce of gavinray 7 8 gmail . com he placed a recovery of the funds and I got all that was held

          Withdrawal not yet received

          I had made an withdrawal of Rs 20000.00 on 29th January 2024 which is showing as successful.
          But I have not received any amount to my bank account.
          I have communicated with support more than 20 times ended up with no solution.
          Even I have sent mail with bank statement and mail reply from bank official ID stating that the amount has not been credited to my bank account.
          But still they are replying sMe answer...

          The robbed my money twice and denyl to pay me back

          I’ve done deposit against Parimatch they are denying and cancelled my deposit adn money deducted from my bank account however I’ve provided them every proof stil they denying to refund me my money back I want to file a case in consumer court against them I’ve send them more than 50 emails no result provided by them...

                    I managed to increase my deposit 3 times after successful bets, but faced a delay in withdrawing money.                               Interface problems: inconveniences with the display of some elements on the Parimatch site hinder comfortable use, and even after attempts to clear the cache the problem is not solved.
