Why can't I verify my profile? Yesterday I sent a request for verification, uploaded all the necessary documents, but my profile still has the status "Not verified". Where can I go to speed up the process of verification of my profile?

    Trying to place 5 bets at the same time, but I can't do it. Tell me what could be the reason. Before that I put 3 bets in one day, no problems. But yesterday I tried to put 5 bets, and nothing comes out. I have never met such a thing, although not the first year I work with bookmakers.

    The support person informed me that there was not enough money in my balance to place so many bets at one time. I topped up my balance with another Rs. 5000 and the problem disappeared.

      I don't understand how to withdraw the bonus money I received for my first deposit. I deposited Rs 30, 000 and received Rs 3, 000 bonus money. This site is not clear at all about the bonus terms and conditions. Why do I have to read the site rules EVERY DAY to understand how I can withdraw my bonuses!!! The site is exactly created for PEOPLE?

      I have read the rules of the site. To withdraw bonus money, you need to fulfill certain conditions. I thought that bonuses can be withdrawn even without betting. This is my fault for not familiarizing myself with the rules of withdrawing bonus money. The problem is not relevant, but later I will complete this review if someone will be interested in the result.

        Can you explain me why my account balance is not updated immediately after a winning bet? Sometimes it takes several hours to see your winnings. This is not always convenient, especially when you plan to make another bet, but you don't know what your current balance is. I use the Parimatch site via Google Chrome for my computer.

          Good afternoon. My account was blocked. The reason given by the Parimatch staff "When depositing funds to your account, a bank card with stolen status was used". However, I deposited funds with my own bank card. Please unblock my account. I believe this was an unfortunate mistake. I wrote to technical support a couple of hours ago, but I haven't received an official reply from Parimatch yet. I am duplicating my message here as well to solve this problem as soon as possible.

          I solved the problem with Parimatch support. It turns out that at the moment of deposit transaction, the card was temporarily blocked by my bank, as the transaction seemed suspicious to them. The problem was solved with the bank and Parimatch. The next payments will be made accurately.

            It is impossible to win with deposits less than Rs. 15000. You need a big financial cushion not to nullify your deposit on your first bets. I still can't get the bonus money for the first deposit.

            I will add that I received the bonus money after verification. But I still advise you to play with large sums to feel more confident. This way you can place many bets, and one profitable bet will help to cover several losing ones.

              Payments last 5-6 days. I don't understand the reason for delayed payments, tech support answers once in 2 days. I can't withdraw the whole amount from the balance, only 70-80% of the deposit. I hope that by contacting here, my problem will finally be heard.

                Notifications of winnings have stopped coming to my e-mail. It used to be convenient to track my winnings, now I have to go to the site every time. How long will this outrage continue. Why can not just hire professional developers!???

                UPD: My inattention was to blame. When I received emails from Parimatch, I clicked on the "Unsubscribe" button. All notifications stopped coming. In the account settings I found how to keep only important notifications.

                  I play in Parimatch on my computer and in the app on my phone. When I make a deposit via the app, I don't receive an SMS from the bank with a confirmation code. I have to go to Parimatch through the site to deposit funds to the balance. It is a bit inconvenient. Is it impossible to fix it at last?

                  We wrote from the technical department of Parimatch. Asked to describe the problem in detail. They promised that in the next version of the application the problem would be fixed. It's been less than a week, a new version of the application has been released, now SMS come. It's cool that the app is being improved. By the way, they transferred 1000 rupees to my balance as an apology.

                    I tried to recharge my account for Rs 25000 but only Rs 12000 was credited. I can't understand where the other 13000 rupees went, although the card shows that the entire amount was debited. Where is my money? I demand that all the money I deposited in my account be credited back to me immediately!

                    In two days the money was credited to my balance. I can't understand why there was such a delay. But I advise Parimatch to keep an eye on such situations to prevent them.

                      Money not credited in my friends account

                      i had requested many times

                      I made my first deposit, placed one bet and won more than 10 thousand rupees. But when I tried to make a withdrawal, the money didn't arrive even on the third day.                           Crediting money to the game deposit - instantly. Withdrawal of money began to last 5-7 days.                             To be honest, it pisses me off that payouts come a few days late. I created a withdrawal request the night before yesterday. Today is coming to the end of the day, but the money is still not on my bank card. Why do I have to wait so long?

                            A support employee advised me to choose another option for withdrawing money. The speed of withdrawal of winnings depends on the chosen method. Some Indian bank cards do indeed receive money with a big delay.

                              Parimatch has been quite consistent and efficient in getting deposits credited almost instantly.
                              The problem I'm facing now is with some of these deposits not getting credited.
                              Twice today I had deposited INR 4000 each and both showed as successful from my end but didn't get credited.
                              Moreover they push the issue saying come after 5 hours (never have I got funds credited in these 5 hours once they don't get credited within 10 mins).

                              Next they ask you to wait for 5 business days. I mean who are they to hold your money for 5 days. There have been a instances where I've waited for 20+ days but given up.

                              Now today 2 deposits of INR 4k each have not got credited. They're support centre responds but They're useless... they send us template messages as most of the users would know. If you ask them something technical, they have no response and tell you "Be patient"... like seriously??

                                Anyway, I won a decent amount of 8000 thousand rupees, but I didn't go through card verification. Eventually, when I tried to log into my profile, the website page won't load. Why didn't anyone tell me that the card needs to be verified before winning? If I had known that I would have verified the card first and only then placed the bet. The impression of the company is spoiled.

                                  I realized what my mistake was. I use a VPN. That's why the Parimatch site was not detecting my country correctly. I added the Parimatch site to the VPN exclusion list to be able to place bets.

                                    I give it four stars for the beautiful website design and user-friendly interface. But the ads... There are too many of them. Advertising when you first enter the site, advertising while you make a bet, advertising while creating a withdrawal request. I already pay my commission for using Parimatch services. How many more ads should I see?

                                    In support I was told that this is not an advertisement, but special offers from Parimatch. This advertising cannot be disabled. I installed AdBlock, now there are no ads.
