Notifications

Notifications of winnings have stopped coming to my e-mail. It used to be convenient to track my winnings, now I have to go to the site every time. How long will this outrage continue. Why can not just hire professional developers!???...

I play in Parimatch on my computer and in the app on my phone. When I make a deposit via the app, I don't receive an SMS from the bank with a confirmation code. I have to go to Parimatch through the site to deposit funds to the balance. It is a bit inconvenient. Is it impossible to fix it at last?

We wrote from the technical department of Parimatch. Asked to describe the problem in detail. They promised that in the next version of the application the problem would be fixed. It's been less than a week, a new version of the application has been released, now SMS come. It's cool that the app is being improved. By the way, they transferred 1000 rupees to my balance as an apology.

    I tried to recharge my account for Rs 25000 but only Rs 12000 was credited. I can't understand where the other 13000 rupees went, although the card shows that the entire amount was debited. Where is my money? I demand that all the money I deposited in my account be credited back to me immediately!

    In two days the money was credited to my balance. I can't understand why there was such a delay. But I advise Parimatch to keep an eye on such situations to prevent them.

      Money not credited in my friends account

      i had requested many times
      [protected] sumit singla This is my parimatch ID and I had withdrawn and Rs.7500 on 27 October 2023 but I didn't received any money in my account I have been providing such details like statement and all the screenshots but you guys are keeping me playing and making excuse again again and again today I am sending statement till date 21 February 2024 it's the updated statement kindly check the statement...

      I made my first deposit, placed one bet and won more than 10 thousand rupees. But when I tried to make a withdrawal, the money didn't arrive even on the third day. This scares me a bit, especially after reading reviews about withdrawal problems. I want to believe that the problem will be solved in my favor and Parimatch specialists will finalize the system of winnings withdrawal.

      On the advice of an employee of the support department of Parimatch, I contacted a representative of my bank. It turned out that the money had been blocked by the bank because of suspected money laundering. I had to provide the bank with information about the origin of this money. They said that in the future such transactions would go through without problems.

        My Rs 12000 deposited in my balance was blocked a few days ago. I have tried to contact the support team but still no response. I hope the support staff will pay attention to my requests for help.

        I didn't pass verification and that was the problem. I didn't know that I had to send a photo of my documents to be able to bet and withdraw money. The money was unblocked and the problem is over.

          Crediting money to the game deposit - instantly. Withdrawal of money began to last 5-7 days. Sometimes there is a feeling that it is done on purpose so that I withdraw my winnings less often. Why before the winnings could be credited to the card in 1 day, and now I have to wait longer.

          I was contacted by thesupport departmentof Parimatch. They advised to withdraw money through a crypto-wallet to reduce the withdrawal time. So I did so.

            To be honest, it pisses me off that payouts come a few days late. I created a withdrawal request the night before yesterday. Today is coming to the end of the day, but the money is still not on my bank card. Why do I have to wait so long?

            A support employee advised me to choose another option for withdrawing money. The speed of withdrawal of winnings depends on the chosen method. Some Indian bank cards do indeed receive money with a big delay.

              Parimatch has been quite consistent and efficient in getting deposits credited almost instantly.
              The problem I'm facing now is with some of these deposits not getting credited.
              Twice today I had deposited INR 4000 each and both showed as successful from my end but didn't get credited.
              Moreover they push the issue saying come after 5 hours (never have I got funds credited in these 5 hours once they don't get credited within 10 mins).

              Next they ask you to wait for 5 business days. I mean who are they to hold your money for 5 days. There have been a instances where I've waited for 20+ days but given up.

              Now today 2 deposits of INR 4k each have not got credited. They're support centre responds but They're useless... they send us template messages as most of the users would know. If you ask them something technical, they have no response and tell you "Be patient"... like seriously??

                Anyway, I won a decent amount of 8000 thousand rupees, but I didn't go through card verification. Eventually, when I tried to log into my profile, the website page won't load. Why didn't anyone tell me that the card needs to be verified before winning? If I had known that I would have verified the card first and only then placed the bet. The impression of the company is spoiled.

                I read that the site rules state that in order to avoid delays in withdrawing money, verification procedures should be carried out immediately after registering a Parimatch account.

                  I'm trying to enter the site, but it won't let me in. It says that Parimatch is not available in my country. But I live in India. How can I access the site? I need help from an expert.

                  I realized what my mistake was. I use a VPN. That's why the Parimatch site was not detecting my country correctly. I added the Parimatch site to the VPN exclusion list to be able to place bets.

                    I give it four stars for the beautiful website design and user-friendly interface. But the ads... There are too many of them. Advertising when you first enter the site, advertising while you make a bet, advertising while creating a withdrawal request. I already pay my commission for using Parimatch services. How many more ads should I see?

                    In support I was told that this is not an advertisement, but special offers from Parimatch. This advertising cannot be disabled. I installed AdBlock, now there are no ads.

                      After depositing, 2 hours have passed and the money has not appeared on the balance. I deposited money on my account because I planned to win on the match of my favorite soccer team. The match starts in 1 hour and I still have zero balance. Why do I need this money if I don't have time to make a bet?

                      A person wrote to me and introduced himself as a Parimatch support employee. He said that, unfortunately, in some cases it is necessary to verify the profile in order for the money to be credited to my account. I passed the verification and the money appeared on my account. Of course, it's a shame that I missed a match where I could have won a good amount of money.

                        How can anyone trust even with parimatch customer service when there are bunches of lier siting to serve us. Contacted them to resolve my problem regarding Missing deposited money even after transaction was successful. They told me to make another transaction with same amount to check credentials of my account and promised me tht he is taking responsibility of both of my transaction and it will hardly take 15 minutes for him to do so and...

                        Please help me

                        I am trying to deposit money (Rs 25 000) but it is not working. It says that there are not enough funds on the card. Although I have 25 500 rupees on my card now! I can't figure out what to do. I don't think it is the bank's fault!...

                        Didn't do anything illegal, but I got my account blocked. Since yesterday I can't log in. When I try to log in, it says that my account has been accessed by third parties. I have not shared my password with anyone. How can I contact support to get an explanation? I used to love Parimatch, but after this case I am starting to be disappointed in them.

                        My account was locked because it appeared that someone had picked up my password (I used a password that was too simple when I signed up). I had my account restored and my password changed. I was lucky that the attacker did not withdraw money from my account.

                          I deposited 35, 000 rupees and won 50, 000. Withdrew two weeks, and then just blocked the account, said that I have two accounts, and now I can not enter at all and 50 thousand that I won, just disappeared, tech support promised that the money will withdraw, and then just blocked, how can you contact, does no one know.

                          I sent an e-mail. They explained that according to the rules of Parimatch, it is forbidden to have two accounts. In my case I made concessions and put my money for withdrawal. But I will not be able to make bets at Parimatch anymore. It's good that I didn't lose my money.

                            I was written to by a Parimatch support employee. As it turned out, some time ago I registered with them. Apparently, I completely forgot about it, as it was a long time ago. They helped me to restore access to my account so that I didn't have to register another one.

                              I often have delays in paying out my winnings. Sometimes money from my account arrives to my card within 2 days, but sometimes I have to wait for 6 or even 7 days. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the bookmaker, but delays in payments are not pleasing!

                              I was advised to use another way to withdraw money. I decided to try it. The withdrawal lasted 2 days. Not ideal, but I am satisfied with this indicator. If such withdrawal time will continue, I will be satisfied.

                                Hi. A few years ago I verified my profile and added documents. Yesterday I got an email and was asked to verify again, without explanation. Explain why I have to re-verify if I have done it before? At the same time I cooperate with another bookmaker, but there is no such problem there.

                                The problem was that my driver's license was about to expire. Instead of the driver's license I uploaded other documents confirming my identity. Why these documents were not requested from another bookmaker's office, I can't understand. But the main thing is that now there is no problem.
