Complaint marked as Resolved A person wrote to me and introduced himself as a Parimatch support employee. He said that, unfortunately, in some cases it is necessary to verify the profile in order for the money to be credited to my account. I passed the verification and the money appeared on my account. Of course, it's a shame that I missed a match where I could have won a good amount of money.
