After depositing, 2 hours have passed and the money has not appeared on the balance. I deposited money on my account because I planned to win on the match of my favorite soccer team. The match starts in 1 hour and I still have zero balance. Why do I need this money if I don't have time to make a bet?

A person wrote to me and introduced himself as a Parimatch support employee. He said that, unfortunately, in some cases it is necessary to verify the profile in order for the money to be credited to my account. I passed the verification and the money appeared on my account. Of course, it's a shame that I missed a match where I could have won a good amount of money.

    Deposited money Scam by parimatch

    How can anyone trust even with parimatch customer service when there are bunches of lier siting to serve us. Contacted them to resolve my problem regarding Missing deposited money even after transaction was successful. They told me to make another transaction with same amount to check credentials of my account and promised me tht he is taking responsibility of both of my transaction and it will hardly take 15 minutes for him to do so and...

    Please help me

    I am trying to deposit money (Rs 25 000) but it is not working. It says that there are not enough funds on the card. Although I have 25 500 rupees on my card now! I can't figure out what to do. I don't think it is the bank's fault!...

    Didn't do anything illegal, but I got my account blocked. Since yesterday I can't log in. When I try to log in, it says that my account has been accessed by third parties. I have not shared my password with anyone. How can I contact support to get an explanation? I used to love Parimatch, but after this case I am starting to be disappointed in them.

    My account was locked because it appeared that someone had picked up my password (I used a password that was too simple when I signed up). I had my account restored and my password changed. I was lucky that the attacker did not withdraw money from my account.

      I deposited 35, 000 rupees and won 50, 000. Withdrew two weeks, and then just blocked the account, said that I have two accounts, and now I can not enter at all and 50 thousand that I won, just disappeared, tech support promised that the money will withdraw, and then just blocked, how can you contact, does no one know.

      I sent an e-mail. They explained that according to the rules of Parimatch, it is forbidden to have two accounts. In my case I made concessions and put my money for withdrawal. But I will not be able to make bets at Parimatch anymore. It's good that I didn't lose my money.

        Help me. I'm trying to register on Parimatch, but I get an error that a user with the same email address already exists. How can this be? I certainly haven't registered on Parimatch before. Maybe it's some kind of mistake? I demand clarification.

        I was written to by a Parimatch support employee. As it turned out, some time ago I registered with them. Apparently, I completely forgot about it, as it was a long time ago. They helped me to restore access to my account so that I didn't have to register another one.

          I often have delays in paying out my winnings. Sometimes money from my account arrives to my card within 2 days, but sometimes I have to wait for 6 or even 7 days. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the bookmaker, but delays in payments are not pleasing!

          I was advised to use another way to withdraw money. I decided to try it. The withdrawal lasted 2 days. Not ideal, but I am satisfied with this indicator. If such withdrawal time will continue, I will be satisfied.

            Hi. A few years ago I verified my profile and added documents. Yesterday I got an email and was asked to verify again, without explanation. Explain why I have to re-verify if I have done it before? At the same time I cooperate with another bookmaker, but there is no such problem there.

            The problem was that my driver's license was about to expire. Instead of the driver's license I uploaded other documents confirming my identity. Why these documents were not requested from another bookmaker's office, I can't understand. But the main thing is that now there is no problem.

              Very very slooooow website

              The speed of the site in the evening is terribly slow. Sometimes you have to spend 5 minutes to make one bet! I come home from work very tired and open Parimatch to relax! Instead I have to wait 5 minutes each to place a bet. Do something already to make this stop!...

              I have been playing with Parimatch for a long time, before that I made withdrawals, there was no commission! And then suddenly win, I start withdrawal, from my money take off the commission of 1500 rupees, to which they say that it is a tax on the gain. How can this be?               I would like to complete the review. Guys from the Parimatch team contacted me and helped to solve the problem. As it turned out I had a minus on my balance. Thus, my bank charged me Rs.1500 as a loan interest charge. I apologize for blaming Parimatch for my problem.

                Have made deposit transaction 2 days ago using paytm transfer and transaction was successful but money wasn't added in to my parimatch account and I contacted customer service more thn 10 times until now and each time getting automated response from them. I started using this site recently. After withdrawal of one 50, 000 transaction and one 70, 000 transaction, I'm facing this issue while depositing money and they are showing me steps how to depositing money. Well if I wasn't aware of depositing money thn how could I able to deposited earlier and how could I withdraw. I will wait two more days for my fund and thn I will go to consumer court and I will make sure government will block this site if they can't even resolve simple error tht too from their side. I am uploading photo of my deposit transaction of 18000 which went Missing even after transaction was successful.

                Guys there is too much blunder with parimatch, even customer service sucks. I will post everything after 24 hours with all conversation screenshot if it is not getting resolved within time frame they gave.
                who are you to talk when you scammed people in Canada so who are you to talk? give people their money back in Canada. Samir Khan is also a money scammer himself and he only tell lies just to get money from people. People are suffering in Canada cause you owe them money so give people their money back Samir Khan. People are struggling in Canada cause you owe them money stop being so immature and give their money back.

                  When registering, the activation code does not come to my e-mail. Tried 3 different email addresses, but nothing helped. Who had the same problem? Maybe I need to use a VPN? Searching the internet did not solve the problem, apparently I am the only one with this problem.

                    It's the fifth day I can't pass the verification process. I sent all the documents required by Parimatch website support. They reply that there are still not enough documents for verification. Until the verification is confirmed, I will not be able to withdraw my winnings. To be honest, I am already a bit tired.                     Uploaded my driver's license photo, my profile now has a "Verified" status. The problem was that my passport photo of my face looks shabby. Because of this my account did not want to be verified.

                      Hi. I made a deposit, but the funds did not arrive on my account. For three days I communicated in the support chat and provided all the proofs of payment. However, each time I was told to send some more documents. In the end, they simply replied that I made a deposit less than the minimum amount and closed the chat. After that I corresponded with technical support for another day, providing all the proofs and screenshots of the bank statement, but the support staff just stopped replying. I will use the services of your competitors.

                      I got an email from a person from Parimatch. It turned out that my bank split the payment into 2 parts. After a call to the bank support, the money was credited to the account at once. It's clear why the deposit amount was less than the minimum.

                        It's not the first time I play with Parimatch. At first everything was fine, there were winnings, albeit small. But today something unreal started! I make bets, refresh the page, and there are no bets at all! Thank you that at least the money is not deducted from the balance! I did not expect such bugs at such a well-known bookmaker! I don't want to play with you anymore, I've had enough.

                        I read on the internet that in such situations it is recommended to update the browser to the latest version and clear cookies. I did. Some of this helped. Now the bets are displayed in my personal cabinet at once.

                          I have been playing here for a long time, registered 4 months ago. Everything was fine, although sometimes money was not withdrawn immediately, but within the norm. However, in the last 2 weeks the situation has become catastrophic. Withdrawal lasts 5 days. Once in a while the money was returned to my balance. But today something incomprehensible happened. After two losses in a row, I put a bet to increase and won. However, when I logged into my account, this bet was not counted, and the money just remained in the account. How is this possible?

                            I tried to recharge my balance for Rs 19, 000 but despite debiting my card, the money did not show up on my balance.                               I have some questions regarding the speed of withdrawal. I have been regularly withdrawing large sums every month for a year now, and the waiting time is different every time. Sometimes it takes only 1 hour, and sometimes I have to wait for 10 days. Despite appeals to the support team, I still haven't been given a clear answer as to why this happens.

                                I haven't placed a bet in a while and decided to log in to my account, which I haven't used for more than half a year. Imagine my surprise when I got an error that such a user was not found or was deleted! At the same time, there was still money on the account, albeit a small amount. What am I supposed to do with it now?!
