Made a deposit, placed a bet and at the beginning everything was great. I won more than 30 thousand in one bet. But when I decided to make a withdrawal, the money has not arrived on my card for 5 days already. This causes me serious distrust, given the reviews about withdrawal problems. I hope that the situation will be resolved and I will get my winnings, because it is my money.

Complaint marked as Resolved Finally, after a long communication with support, the money came. I received the full amount and that's awesome. Although was a bit disappointed by the uncertainty in communication with support, now I am sure that my funds are safe and they don't want to cheat. I hope that Parimatch will improve their performance to avoid similar situations in the future.
