[protected] is my profile Id in Parimatch.Parimatch has made a fraud with me by not giving my withdrawal of rupees 3500 which I withdrawn on 14th November 2023. Since 14 days I continuously sending multiple requests and messages to parimatch customer support but they are just making me fool, by saying "we have sent request to our specialist, billing department and you have to wait."more 60 tp 80 times I reached to them in 14 days and they gave same answers to me which made me absolutely frustrated and harrassed badly.

I visited the official social media page of Parimatch and sent them a private message where I described my problem in detail. To my surprise, after a few hours I received a reply and the company staff requested additional data to solve the problem. A little while later, the money was refunded to my account. After this not-so-pleasant experience, I plan to use this method of contact again if necessary. I don't think it will always work though.

After much communication with support, finally the money came through. All they said was 'wait, the money will come soon', finally it did. Received the full amount and it is the most genuine high. Although I was a bit disappointed by the uncertainty from the support side, I can now confidently say that my funds are fine. However, I would like to see more serious and informative communication from Parimatch to avoid such inconveniences in the future.
