I had difficulties contacting the support team at Parimatch. My deposit was blocked for several days and I never received any response from them despite the request I sent. I am deeply annoyed by this attitude.

Complaint marked as Resolved After not receiving a response for a few days, I decided to try an alternative way of communication. I visited the official social media page of Parimatch and sent them a private message where I described my problem in detail. To my surprise, after a few hours I received a reply and the company staff requested additional data to solve the problem. A little while later, the money was refunded to my account. After this not-so-pleasant experience, I plan to use this method of contact again if necessary. I don't think it will always work though.
