My 15, 000 rupees that was deposited and disappeared without a trace, although my card was debited, but it was never credited to my Parimatch account. This raises valid questions as to what happened to my money. I have been provided with proof that the funds have been accounted for, but I do not see them in my account, and this causes serious concern and dissatisfaction. 100% scammers, I made a deposit of 3330 and won 6660, the next thing they did was block my withdrawal, so I emailed them and they said they need - " Selfie with 2 documents holding in hand: Aadhar card or PAN card (depends on the one you used during verification) and Paper, on which you should write your First Name, Last name, Date of your request, and “For Parimatch”."
I gave all the documents and selfie and they BANNED my account saying I did " suspicious gaming activity "
