I often bet on Parimatch and have not encountered any problems before. However, the last month has brought constant failures in withdrawals and deposits, and many other users also report the same problems. Hopefully the company is responding to the feedback and will take steps to fix these glitches.

After trying to withdraw funds to another card, I found that the process went very quickly. The money appeared on the new card in just a couple of hours, which is much better than the previous 3 days of waiting. This is a really positive change, and hopefully similar efficiency will continue in the future.

      I deposited Rs 5, 000 into my Parimatch account and never got it back to my account. Although the amount is not very large, disappointed that I lost money just by transferring it. Parimatch give me my money back! I am waiting for a day. It's not serious

      All the money was returned to my Parimatch account. Made a couple more bets, won a little more than 13k. Tried to withdraw from the account and everything worked out. The whole amount came to my card

        Despite the fact that the money never arrived on my card, I noticed that it returned to my Parimatch account. To increase the chances of a successful transaction, I decided to try splitting the withdrawal into several smaller amounts. It worked.

          In India, there were some problems with depositing funds to my Parimatch account. Some payment methods are not available and this creates inconvenience when placing bets. It would be great if Parimatch would consider adding new convenient payment methods to make the process easier for users.

            After a long period of active use of Parimatch services, suddenly there were difficulties. When I tried to withdraw my funds, they just disappeared. On the bank card there is no this amount, and in the account it is not visible. What could be the reason?

            4 days is quite a long time to process a deposit, especially in this day and age when speedy transactions are valued. But the main thing is that the money has finally arrived and I am ready to use it for active betting again.

                The problem with the delayed payment of winnings on Parimatch was unexpected, especially for such a large platform. I am now questioning whether to continue using this platform. Hopefully my Rs 13000 will be returned.

                    For a week now, the money has not arrived to the account. A lot of comments also indicate problems with withdrawal of funds. I hope that the situation will be resolved, otherwise I will look at other betting services.

                      After contacting Parimatch support, the problem with withdrawal of 15, 000 was quickly resolved. Some documents and passport were missing. The process was unblocked and I safely received my funds. I am very pleased with the promptness of the support team.

                              28/11/2023 Withdraw separately Bkash BDT 1400 & Nagad BDT 1100 Tk.
                              Parimatch showed me the notification bell icon where withdrawals are successful, But when I check my Wallet there is no money. 2 withdrawals are waste. When I contacted Parimatch about this, they said to submit an up to date wallet PDF statement copy. I submitted but they didn't respond. When 2 days passed their argument to resubmit updated PDF copy. They daily waste statement time our & tell me to submit another update PDF Copy.
                              I submitted all the documents that they required. But they were rolling with me. When I want proof from them like my document, they cut the chatting line. What services? Please, nobody can try to register their scam site. They are scammers.

Parimatch has not given me my withdrawal even after 24 days .more than 125 times I have sent messages to them .I submitted my complaint in consumercomplaints.in but it's also taking to much time to resolve my issue.

Frustrated from parimatch customer support is continuously going on.As after 39 days my 3500 withdrawal is still pending, which I withdrawn from my gaming Id[protected].more than 150 times I have contacted parimatch customer support on chat, shared bank statement to them more than 4 times but no use of that.they situation is became worst.I think I have lost my 3500 withdrawal.And this is biggest harrasment done by parimatch customer support.

                                        I made a deposit of 20000 on 29/11/2023 at 20.56 pm via phonepe my account was debited and transaction is successful but my gaming account was not credited. I am continuously talking with their support agents but all are lying. It's been 7 days now and company claims that money will be refunded in 1 business day. They are frauds and cheaters in all way. This is the most useless gambling website I have ever encountered.
