I have been using the services of Parimatch for a long time and previously had no problems. However, now, when trying to withdraw funds, they seem to have disappeared. There is no money on my card and it does not show up on my account either. This situation is a serious concern and I hope that the company will be able to resolve this problem promptly and return my funds. I am sure that Parimatch does everything possible to solve such situations and I am waiting for my funds to be restored.

Complaint marked as Resolved Three days is quite a long time to process a deposit, especially in this day and age when the wait is reduced to a minimum. However, the good thing is that the money finally arrived and I can now actively bet again and enjoy the game. I might take a short break though, to avoid similar delays in the future and to make sure my experience remains comfortable and trouble-free.
