It became noticeable to me that this bookmaker has problems with processing deposits and withdrawals. Earlier everything worked at a high level - quickly and without any problems, but now I have to deal with long delays.

It is good to see that the situation has now stabilized and the processes have become more predictable and improved. Nevertheless, delays still cause negative emotions and it is important that the bookmaker constantly works on improving the quality of its financial operations.

    My deposit never showed up, and even in cryptocurrency there was no refund for a full week from the date of deposit. I have questions regarding the reliability and responsiveness of the service. I hope that the problem will be resolved as soon as possible and I will receive my deposit to continue participating in betting and gaming on this platform.

    Great news: the last deposit has finally been successfully credited. This is nice, considering that the crediting issue has been resolved and my funds are now available in my account. I am now more confident and I can continue my betting and participation in games on the Parimatch platform. Thank you for resolving this situation, and I hope for a positive experience of further use of this service. Of course, if this problem is solved by the people from Parimatch with their own hands.

      I recently placed a bet on Parimatch, won a good amount of money, but when trying to withdraw the money I encountered a delay. The money never arrived to my account on time, and I had to contact customer support to sort out the situation.

          Some payment methods are unavailable, and processing others takes too long

          This is very annoying, especially when you have to use different methods for different transactions. Convenience and efficiency are important when dealing with finances, and such limitations are very frustrating. I hope that the company will improve the availability and speed of payment processing to provide a more satisfactory experience for users...

            Parimatch disappoints me. Earlier all transactions were fast, but now even deposits are not credited and this makes me dissatisfied. I hope that the company will be able to explain why this happens and will take measures to solve this problem. Reliability and efficiency are important for customers, and I hope that Parimatch will return to a better, more comfortable service for its users

            The money did come to my account. I contacted support and they assured me that all transfers would be completed and it was a temporary glitch in the system. I am glad that the problem was solved and I hope that such incidents will not recur in the future

              I am waiting for my money to arrive. Withdrawal from Parimatch account sometimes takes too long and I hope that my money will be successfully transferred to my card soon. I hope that the process will be completed successfully and without unnecessary delays

                These delays and problems with crediting money are already annoying. I expect reliability and promptness in service from Parimatch and the current situation disappoints me, very disappointing. Before I make a final decision to stop using the service, I hope that the solution to these problems will be considered by Parimatch. Otherwise, I think not only I will leave, but other users as well.

                  Having decided to break the amount into several small parts and withdraw it gradually, I was eventually able to successfully withdraw the money. This approach proved to be beneficial as it avoided possible restrictions and delays. In the end, all my funds were successfully transferred to my account and I can continue playing on Parimatch

                    I am having trouble depositing funds into my Parimatch account in India. Some of the provided payment methods were unavailable while others were blocked by my bank. This situation is making it difficult for me to bet on sporting events. Could you please consider regularly updating the list of available payment methods on your website? It is not always possible to find a convenient payment method.

                      Withdrawal not received But showing successful in the parimatch app.

                      I have made a withdrawal of ₹2000 on 1st November from parimatch account and it was showing that the withdrawal was successful but i didn't receive the withdrawal money yet and I have also contacted with the support team of parimatch and provided them with the all needed documents like bank statement and Account number but still I didn't receive the withdrawal money yet....

                      I paid 3500 Rs. on 23rd June 2023 to play game but till time not deposited.
                      I mail to Parimatch customer support so many times but till time problem not solved.
                      I sent Bank Statement so many times by mail but every time another customer support team member revert mail me we need Bank Statement.

                      I feel FRAUD with me and also feel Your service is very very very WORST

                      Please deposit my 3500 Rs. which were paid on 23rd june 2023 but till time not deposited.

                      Can i receive JUSTICE or not?

                        Account I'd[protected] I made a deposit of 800 on 13th Oct and as per parimatch that deposit got failed even from my side it was successful as per customer care they will refund the failed deposit after sending all the necessary screenshot of transactions and bank statement they are still asking for proof and till date nothing have been done totally fraudsters and scamming innocent people valuable money... Please see screenshot of my successful transaction.

They responded quickly and requested additional information in private messages. As a result, the account was unblocked quite quickly

                                  I made a transfer, but the funds did not appear. Don't repeat my mistakes, I don't recommend replenishing your account in Parimatch. Perhaps it is just a waste of money without sense.

                                    I am very frustrated that some of my bets on Parimatch are canceled due to data entry errors before making a deposit on the site. I try to check the information carefully, but I still encounter problems that lead to canceled bets.
