I made a deposit, but the funds did not appear. Don't repeat my mistakes, I don't recommend depositing in Parimatch. Perhaps it may seem like losing money without sense.

The funds eventually appeared. Sometimes it can take some time before they appear in the account, sometimes it can take 3-4 days.

      The Parimatch mobile app used to work fine, but recently problems and malfunctions started, which is annoying, especially when questions are not answered. I am also waiting for an explanation about this situation.

      To solve the problem, I decided to reinstall the mobile app. Sometimes malfunctions can be caused by installation or update issues. Everything is working fine now.

        I noticed that the odds for some games seem too low on Parimatch. Sometimes you get the impression that the company deliberately lowers the odds on popular events.

          After signing up for Parimatch, I started to be bothered with excessive promotional messages and emails, which started to get annoying. I would prefer the company to be less intrusive in its attitude.

              My withdrawal amount of 11000 which I made on 11/10/2023 and which got approved is still not credited to my account..I have sent them my account statement like 8 to 10 times but still they are not able to resolve the issue

                  Selected UPI as the deposit method however Instead of depositing Rs. 5000 i hv mistakenly deposited Rs.4000, money is deducted from my account but i did not get the refund of Rs. 4000 yet. Tried contacting the customer support through email and chat, provided bank statement also, but no luck

                        I often make bets on Parimatch, and until the last month everything worked perfectly. However, the last month brought constant failures in withdrawal and replenishment of funds. A lot of people also write about it.

                                    First withdrawal - and immediately a request for a photo with documents. This raised my questions about the reliability of the site. Why such a strange procedure for the first withdrawal? I even started to worry about the safety of my data and funds.
