I was planning to withdraw some of my funds from Parimatch. I wrote several times to technical support, but there were practically no answers. Through all available communication channels I got the same answer: "Wait, the money will come soon, we have technical problems". It's been a week now, and the money still hasn't appeared. Neither on my account nor on my card.

      It was quite frustrating to encounter difficulties when trying to fund my account. Strangely enough, some payment methods did not work at all, while others were blocked by my bank.

      In the end, it turned out to be possible to make a deposit via cryptocurrency. It was a new experience for me, and, in fact, the method turned out to be quite effective.

      m also having same problem since 2.9.23 till now not even a penny is credited from their site. while talking with their support team they said their export team is working day and night to solve my problem give them more time. this app is a completely fraud app dont trust this app

        The deposit of Rs 20000 was made 1 week ago, but till now the funds are not reflected in my account.

        All 20000 rupees were returned to my card. Parimatch support explained that there was a glitch in the system. I think I will try again, but this time with a smaller amount. I will test it when withdrawals and deposits are restored.

          My account was blocked due to fraudulent actions. I absolutely do not understand what fraudulent actions are we talking about? All my actions were limited to using the standard functions of the service: deposit, bet, withdrawal.

          I repeatedly wrote to support with a request to explain the reason for the blocking. Finally, I was told that the account was blocked because of simultaneous connection from different devices. I logged in through my brother's phone. Finally the account was unblocked

              Finally, the money is here. It's great to know it's my own money. Pleasantly surprised. However, it seems that Parimatch should be more thorough with the withdrawal and deposit processes.

                It is really unpleasant when a large sum of money has accumulated on the account and there are problems with withdrawal. Earlier everything always worked clearly, and now suddenly there are such troubles.

                Looks like the money never arrived on the card, but at least it went back to the Parimatch account. Decided to try to split the amount into several small transfers, maybe it will help to avoid further delays.

                        Delays in crediting money is something I've encountered more than once. Frankly speaking, it is quite unpleasant. There is an urgent need to rectify the situation with financial transactions. My faith that the money will eventually arrive in the account is starting to fade.

                            Deposited Money but still not added to Parimatch

                            With reference to the message made to https://www.consumercomplaints.in on 11th Sep, 2023 with Complaint ID : 3468150, i would like to inform you that the issue has NOT been resolved yet. The amount is still not added to Parimatch Account and neither it got refunded to my Bank A/C.

                            So I am writing once again.

                            My Parimatch User ID is :[protected].

                            I have made a Deposit of Rs 2, 00, 000/- (Two Lakhs)...

                            From the first withdrawal, they immediately asked for photo documents. This is such a reliable site, isn't it? Why such a strange requirement for the first withdrawal? After all, nobody wants their personal data to end up in the wrong hands.

                            I wanted to understand in more detail the rules and privacy policy of the site. I found out that such a procedure is a standard measure to confirm identity and fight fraud. Based on this information, I decided to send a photo. So far, everything is going smoothly.                               On 10.09.2023 money was debited from the card. But at the moment the money has not appeared. It seems like it won't even show up. That's great! I'm so pleased.

                                  I have made a withdrawl of rs 6k on 2.9.23 and it's still pending firstly they told me to wait till 8.9.23 I waited and then they told me to provide bank statement I give them also but the are doing nothing whenever I ask them via email or chat support they r giving me same ans I.e., our export is working on ur issue and they need more time to solve it u will receive ur fund very soon. M I really need of cash please help me get my money. Parimatch India should Ban they are scamming people
