Once everything was at the highest level, promptly and without delays. But now even deposits and withdrawals have started to take a long time to process. I am, of course, interested in what caused such variability in the process? I would like to understand what exactly is the problem.

    I was disturbed that my account was suddenly blocked. I feel completely shocked. Unfortunately, the support does not respond to my appeals, although I urgently need to unblock my account and get my money back. I don't know at all what to do in this situation.

    Deciding not to wait, I tried contacting them through their official social media accounts. I left a comment under their post about account problems. And surprisingly, they responded quite quickly, asking me to provide additional information in private messages. As a result, my account was unblocked quite quickly.

      Yes, it seems that I am far from the only one who faces difficulties in withdrawing money. I was considering making a deposit before, but now I have doubts. I am puzzled by the negative reviews about this site - they cause some anxiety.

      Having sorted out the reviews in more detail, I noticed that most of the negative comments are related to problems when depositing or using multiple accounts. Nevertheless, I decided to give Parimatch a chance and try it myself. So far, everything is going smoothly for me.

        With reference to the message made to Consumercomplaints.in on 6th Sep, 2023 I would like to inform you that the issue has NOT been resolved yet.

        Parimatch User ID is :[protected].

        I have made a Deposit of Rs 2, 00, 000/- (Two Lakhs) on 16th August, 2023 at 2:10 p.m with Transaction ID :[protected] to "KHODIYAR ENTERPRISE" whose A/C No. is [protected] and the Transfer was successful from the bank...

        Dear sir Wrong Score show Parimatch application and Parimatch website that's reason my all bets Loss . I am bet 10 over under score is show 10 over 54 and my bets is 58 under 10 over. Scoring show Parimatch according this my bets is win but loss show my bets. I am telling parimatch said this is not company responsible wrong Score show application. This fraud sir wrong Score show then bets make Costumer this is fraud please refund my money

            Amount deposited but not added to Parimatch account

            It has been 21 days but still the deposit didn't got added to Parimatch Account and neither it got refunded...

            I noticed that the odds for certain games are too low. It feels like Parimatch purposely lowers the odds for quite popular events.

              After registering on Parimatch, I started to be actively "flooded" with advertising messages and e-mails. It is already annoying, and I would prefer the company to be less intrusive in its attitude.

                My account was blocked due to fraudulent activity. What fraudulent actions? All I did was to use the functionality of the service: deposit, bet, withdrawal. If this is fraud, then Parimatch are fraudsters, not me.

                I wrote to support many times to explain the reason for the blocking. They said that there was a simultaneous connection from different devices and the system blocked the account. I logged in via a friend's phone) The account was unblocked.

                      A total disappointment - technical glitches happen at the most inopportune moments. Recently, when I tried to place a bet on a match, the system started to freeze and the bet failed.

                        Betting on Parimatch in India is getting more and more difficult, plus trying to withdraw with constant glitches. I even got used to it. I try to withdraw, but constantly there are delays in the transfer, lack of answers from the support team. Of course, it's good that the money either comes after a few days or is returned to the account, but still.

                            The Parimatch mobile app used to work like clockwork, but now it's just malfunctions. It is very annoying that questions are not answered. I am also waiting for an explanation as to why this is happening.

                                There is just some kind of problem with Parimatch support. My deposit has been hanging for a few days now, and none of them even contact me. I wrote them a question, but there is no answer. I am very dissatisfied with this attitude.

                                After not getting an answer to my question for a few days, I decided to try another way. Going to the official social media page of Parimatch, I sent them a private message describing the problem. Surprisingly, after a few hours, they replied to me and asked me to provide additional data to resolve the issue. Shortly after that, the money was returned to my account. I will try again.
