It is really unpleasant when a large sum of money has accumulated on the account and there are problems with withdrawal. Earlier everything always worked clearly, and now suddenly there are such troubles.

Looks like the money never arrived on the card, but at least it went back to the Parimatch account. Decided to try to split the amount into several small transfers, maybe it will help to avoid further delays.

        Indeed, sometimes it can be difficult to understand the Parimatch application, even if it seems that everything should be intuitive. Perhaps it makes sense to simplify the functionality and make it more accessible.

          Delays in crediting money is something I've encountered more than once. Frankly speaking, it is quite unpleasant. There is an urgent need to rectify the situation with financial transactions. My faith that the money will eventually arrive in the account is starting to fade.

          Finally, the money did arrive. But the situation was certainly not meant to be this way. I wish that every time I could fully trust that the deposit to the account and withdrawal would go smoothly and without any unpleasant surprises.
          I have been facing the deposit issue since 31 days. Not yet added to Parimatch.

              From the first withdrawal, they immediately asked for photo documents. This is such a reliable site, isn't it? Why such a strange requirement for the first withdrawal? After all, nobody wants their personal data to end up in the wrong hands.

              I wanted to understand in more detail the rules and privacy policy of the site. I found out that such a procedure is a standard measure to confirm identity and fight fraud. Based on this information, I decided to send a photo. So far, everything is going smoothly. I am sure that my data and money will remain in safe hands.

                On 10.09.2023 money was debited from the card. But at the moment the money has not appeared. It seems like it won't even show up. That's great! I'm so pleased.

                    I have made a withdrawl of rs 6k on 2.9.23 and it's still pending firstly they told me to wait till 8.9.23 I waited and then they told me to provide bank statement I give them also but the are doing nothing whenever I ask them via email or chat support they r giving me same ans I.e., our export is working on ur issue and they need more time to solve it u will receive ur fund very soon. M I really need of cash please help me get my money. Parimatch India should Ban they are scamming people

                      It became noticeable to me that this bookmaker started to have problems with the processing of deposits and withdrawals. Earlier everything was at the highest level - promptly and without problems, but now I have to deal with long waits.

                              My 10 thousandth deposit from 29.08.23 disappeared without a trace. The funds were withdrawn from the card, but they have not been transferred to Parimatch. What is going on with my money?

                                  Once everything was at the highest level, promptly and without delays. But now even deposits and withdrawals have started to take a long time to process.                                     I was disturbed that my account was suddenly blocked. I feel completely shocked. Unfortunately, the support does not respond to my appeals, although I urgently need to unblock my account and get my money back. I don't know at all what to do in this situation.

                                    Deciding not to wait, I tried contacting them through their official social media accounts. I left a comment under their post about account problems. And surprisingly, they responded quite quickly, asking me to provide additional information in private messages. As a result, my account was unblocked quite quickly.

                                        With reference to the message made to Consumercomplaints.in on 6th Sep, 2023 I would like to inform you that the issue has NOT been resolved yet.

                                        Parimatch User ID is :[protected].

                                        I have made a Deposit of Rs 2, 00, 000/- (Two Lakhs) on 16th August, 2023 at 2:10 p.m with Transaction ID :[protected] to "KHODIYAR ENTERPRISE" whose A/C No. is [protected] and the Transfer was successful from the bank end but the amount didn't got added to Parimatch Account.

                                        It has been 27 DAYS but still the deposit didn't got added to Parimatch Account and neither it got refunded to my Bank A/C.

                                        Every time when I message PARIMATCH Customer Support, they inform me that "Be patient as the issue has been escalated to the Billing Department and will be resolved soon".

                                        From past 12 days they have been now informing that the Deposit has not been made to Parimatch.

                                        I sent all the documents that are with me for making them understand that it has been made to PARIMATCH only but now they are telling to contact Bank.

                                        Let me share you another thing that, on 15th August, 2023, i also deposited Rs 2, 00, 000/- (Two Lakhs) to PARIMATCH A/C with the same Beneficiary "KHODIYAR ENTERPRISE" with same A/C No. [protected] at 4:44 p.m with Transaction ID:[protected]. While that transaction got successful and ADDED to Parimatch Account.

                                        The Transactions with same Beneficiary with same A/C No. are done on 15th August, 2023 and 16th August, 2023. But the Transaction made on 16th August, 2023 still not added to PARIMATCH A/C and PARIMATCH is denying regarding the 16th Aug, 2023 transaction.

                                        I have shared the following documents :
                                        1. Transaction Slip - 16th Aug, 2023 (Not yet Added to Parimatch)

                                        2. Confirmation from Bank that the Amount has been successfully received by the Beneficiary Khodiyar Enterprise on 16th Aug, 2023 (Transaction ID :[protected].

                                        3. Transaction Slip - 15th Aug, 2023 (Added to Parimatch Account)

                                        **Waiting for my DEPOSIT since 27 days. Please help me out.
