Dear sir Wrong Score show Parimatch application and Parimatch website that's reason my all bets Loss . I am bet 10 over under score is show 10 over 54 and my bets is 58 under 10 over. Scoring show Parimatch according this my bets is win but loss show my bets. I am telling parimatch said this is not company responsible wrong Score show application. This fraud sir wrong Score show then bets make Costumer this is fraud please refund my money

Have to wait 2-3 days before my winnings come to my app account.

I have made a Deposit of Rs 2, 00, 000/- (Two Lakhs) on 16th August, 2023 at 2:10 p.m with Transaction ID :[protected] to "KHODIYAR ENTERPRISE" whose A/C No. is [protected] and the Transfer was successful but the didn't got added to Parimatch Account.

It has been 21 days but still the deposit didn't got added to Parimatch Account and neither it got refunded to my Bank A/C.

Every time when I message them they inform me that "Be patient as the issue has been escalated to the Billing Department and will be resolved soon".

From past 7 days they have been now informing that the Deposit has not been made to Parimatch.

I sent all the documents that are with me for making them understand that it has been made to Parimatch only but now they are telling to contact Bank.

Let me share you another thing that on 15th August, 2023 i also deposited Rs 2, 00, 000/- (Two Lakhs) to Parimatch A/C with the same Beneficiary "KHODIYAR ENTERPRISE" with same A/C No. [protected] at 4:44 p.m with Transaction ID:[protected]. While that transaction got successful and added to Parimatch Account.

The Transactions with same Beneficiary with same A/C No. is done on 15th August and 16th August, 2023. But the Transaction made on 16th August, 2023 they are denying.

I have shared the following documents :
1. Transaction Slip - 16th Aug, 2023 (Not Added to Parimatch)

2. Confirmation from Bank that the Amount has been successfully received by the Beneficiary Khodiyar Enterprise (Transaction ID :[protected].

3. Transaction Slip - 15th Aug, 2023 (Added to Parimatch Account.

Request for the resolution.

I noticed that the odds for certain games are too low. It feels like Parimatch purposely lowers the odds for quite popular events.

After registering on Parimatch, I started to be actively "flooded" with advertising messages and e-mails. It is already annoying, and I would prefer the company to be less intrusive in its attitude.

My account was blocked due to fraudulent activity. What fraudulent actions? All I did was to use the functionality of the service: deposit, bet, withdrawal. If this is fraud, then Parimatch are fraudsters, not me.

Often make bets on Parimatch and everything was super. Only last month constant failures in withdrawals and deposits. Many people have already written about it.

I have been using this betting site for a long time, everything was fine, but now my deposit hangs. Support has not yet decided to answer me. So I am writing a complaint here.

A total disappointment - technical glitches happen at the most inopportune moments. Recently, when I tried to place a bet on a match, the system started to freeze and the bet failed.

Betting on Parimatch in India is getting more and more difficult, plus trying to withdraw with constant glitches. I even got used to it. It is difficult to understand the Parimatch app. It seems intuitive everything should be clear, but no. I think it is necessary to make the functionality easier.

The Parimatch mobile app used to work like clockwork, but now it's just malfunctions. It is very annoying that questions are not answered. I am also waiting for an explanation as to why this is happening.

I made a deposit using net banking IMPS. After my deposit i activated the deposit still no money reflected ..
Amount Was Rs.15000. I tried chatting and they keep on telling that it will be done.

There is just some kind of problem with Parimatch support. My deposit has been hanging for a few days now, and none of them even contact me. I wrote them a question, but there is no answer. I am very dissatisfied with this attitude.

I'm so anxious to get my money. You have no idea. You withdraw from your Parimatch account, you sit and wait for a miracle. When they will come to the card. Only I need not a miracle, but my money!

Since 23.08 I have not received anything from the money I withdrew from the account. Honestly, I would be willing to wait a day, maybe two, but this is too much!

I wanted to withdraw some of my money from Parimatch. I wrote several times to the technical support and there is no answer from them.

Through all communication options they answer the same thing. Wait, the money will come, we have technical problems.

A week I'm waiting, the money as was not, and no. Not on the account, not on the card.

I would like to know if I can get my money????? I deposited Rs 35, 000 and I don't even see a trace of that amount. Where is my money?

On 25.08.2023 the money was withdrawn from the card. As of today, there is no money. Looks like it won't be. Great! I'm very happy.

Deposited 10000 rupees, payment went through, money in account. Made a few bets, everything was fine. Withdrew, money came to the card. Made a deposit of 50000 (I was as sure as possible about the next bet). Except that 50000 is not on the account. Just not. It's the fourth day. I did not make a bet, the game went through and I would have won.
