They blocked my account, and not a word of explanation! I've been waiting for a response from support for 24 hours, although according to the terms they are obliged to respond in 48 hours. I hope that it will be possible to resolve this situation as soon as possible.

I had to go through verification, send them a couple of photo documents and the account is working again. Thanks to the support, but the work could have been faster.
My deposit 34000 not credited 9th june i deposited they told me per day wait 2 month plus gone my player id[protected]. Fraud gaming website don't use....
Apparently, I'm not the only one who encounters withdrawal problems. I was thinking of making a deposit, but now I doubt it. Negative reviews about the site are embarrassing.

Looked at the reviews more closely and noticed that most of the negative reviews are related to deposits or using multiple accounts. I decided to give it a try, so far it has worked out well.
My withdrawal of 50000 was not credited to my bank account from past 25 days
I have done a withdrawal of 50000 from pati match on 28th July 2023 at 10:48 pm but still there is no proper response from them. So need to rise a complaint on them for this. They asked me to share the bank statement for 3 times I have done it and still in getting a response like our payment department is working on that there is no proper time frame for that you need to wait till when it is done.
This is not the first time I have encountered delays in crediting money. Not the most pleasant feelings when you fix the work with finances. I don't believe that I will receive money on my account.

I was transferred 150 RS to parimach account but it successfully debited in my account and credited in Reciver account, when immidietly contacted customer support they said your amount is credited to receiver account, we will refund it within 5 days, if I ask now customer support team telling ur account is not credited to their account.. even I sent them proof of transaction utr number
