    Unbelievable, what a disappointment! After successful bets increased my budget by 6 times, and then I want to withdraw money - nothing comes out. How long can I wait? I really hope that all this will be resolved soon.

            It was very unpleasant to encounter problems with replenishment of my account. Some payment methods didn't work at all, and others were blocked by my bank.

              On 20th july I made the deposit of amount 3000 INR money was successfully debited from my account but in parimatch its status was showing as declined. After talking with customer care they asked me to share payment screenshot with time and bank statement. I had already shared the bank statement with them from 20th july to 31 july . I also mailed them and asked them everyday regarding my status but everytime they have only one answer that our billing department is contacting payment provider and we can’t tell you how much time it will take. I am fed up with them as I am waiting for my own money from last 1 month and now I cannot wait more. my player id is[protected]

                          They blocked my account, and not a word of explanation! I've been waiting for a response from support for 24 hours, although according to the terms they are obliged to respond in 48 hours. I hope that it will be possible to resolve this situation as soon as possible.

                                    I have done a withdrawal of 50000 from pati match on 28th July 2023 at 10:48 pm but still there is no proper response from them. So need to rise a complaint on them for this. They asked me to share the bank statement for 3 times I have done it and still in getting a response like our payment department is working on that there is no proper time frame for that you need to wait till when it is done.
