Parimatch is not providing withdrawals after bet wins.In their app it shows that withdrawal is successfully processed but even after10 days withdrawals are not credited in account.. they don't even reply back regarding the withdrawal in their support mails... totally Fraud company...i had my 2 withdrawals of Rs 8400 and Rs 54700
.

None of the withdrawals got credited in my account... please do something to get it credited if it's a genuine company...

    To be honest, it pisses me off quite a bit at Parimatch that information about current bonuses and promotions is not always available. I just crave to be up to date with all their new offers and get the most out of every promotion. It would be just great if they would make all this information clearer for all players.

      It's just a nightmare having to contact chat support at parimatch. Every time I need help urgently, they just ignore me or reply after years. It's so annoying when no one is appreciative.

        I honestly found the Parimatch India interface quite confusing, especially for those who are new to sports betting. I got a bit lost trying to find the right type of bet and place my bet on their website.

        Spent more time on the site experimenting with different features and sections to better understand how the interface works. Tested different navigation paths and looked for certain features to improve my familiarity with the platform.           I think some of the odds for sporting events on Parimatch were a bit lower than on competing platforms. I would be happy if they offered more competitive odds to attract more players.

            It took them a few days to process my withdrawal request and there were concerns about the reliability of this platform. Not the most pleasant impression of the process of receiving winnings and betting in general.

            I wrote to support and they gave me a link to the FAQ. In general, it says that withdrawal can take a few days. So now I am more calm.

              The odds for some events on Parimatch were very low. I was confident in the team's success, but they offered such low odds that the bet was unnecessarily risky. Why don't they offer more attractive odds?

                Horrible customer service at parimatch. I encountered a problem in my account and tried to contact their support. But got only automated responses and no specific help. Just ignoring users!

                I used the live chat on the website to immediately contact a support representative to discuss my problem. I clearly and thoroughly stated the nature of the problem and my dissatisfaction. Although the responses were initially automated, after my insistence on speaking to a real representative. The problem was resolved. Thank you for at least apologizing.

                  Uncomfortable, long and confusing account verification process. I had to provide a lot of personal information and it took a long time before they finally approved my account. I have never encountered such difficulties on other betting platforms before.

                  I looked at the FAQ on the site, prepared all the documents at once and submitted everything at once. I waited a couple of days for a reply, now everything is fine. On the one hand it is done once, but a few days is too long when there are so many options for bids.

                    I had some serious problems with their website. The pages were loading very slowly, and as a result I lost a good opportunity to make a profitable bet on soccer.

                      I expected more from the service. The last time I placed a bet, the site was slowing down and almost not working. I had to spend a lot of time to place a simple bet.

                      Used the mobile app instead of the web version. The app has a more optimized interface and is more stable. The mobile app helped me to avoid problems with brakes and malfunctions that occurred on the web version. I also tried accessing the site via VPN and the lags were much less.

                          I often see restrictions on the maximum amount of bets, which are insufficient for experienced players who want to make larger bets. Personally, I do not like it.

                          I had to adapt my betting strategy, taking into account the limits on the maximum amount of bets. Instead of one big bet, I made several bets on one event or spread my bets over different events. The betting strategy allowed me to work within the maximum amount limits. But still not very pleasant.

Followed regular updates and information about special promotions so that I don't miss out on more exciting bonus opportunities. Subscribing to the newsletter helped me to keep up to date with all new promotions and get information about special offers for regular users. As it turned out the bonuses were quite good and I just missed them.

                              Already several times I have faced the fact that Parimatch limits the size of my bets. This is a bit frustrating, especially when I want to bet on some interesting event, and the restrictions do not allow me to bet in the desired amount.

                                The security system at Parimatch is quite strict, and this is good to some extent. However, I had to face moments when additional documents were required to confirm the identity. This takes too much time to confirm the account.

                                  I don't really like that Parimatch regularly applies restrictions to my account. I understand that they try to prevent fraud, but often blocking happens for no apparent reason. I often withdraw large sums of money, and my bets are big, yes I win more than I lose, but is it fraud?

Protecting my account from unauthorized access and increase trust from Parimatch. Improving the security of my account influenced Parimatch's decision to lift the restrictions.

                                        Recently ran into a problem at Parimatch when I accidentally placed an incorrect bet without understanding certain aspects of the rules. Unfortunately, it was impossible to cancel the bet and I had to lose my money. It would be useful if the system would provide an opportunity to correct mistakes before the end of the event.

                                        I contacted Parimatch technical support to find out if there is a possibility to cancel the wrongly placed bet and correct the error. I gave them detailed information about what happened and explained my situation. Technical support explained that once a bet is placed, they cannot provide an opportunity to cancel or change it. Now I will just be more careful the next time I place a bet.
