Uncomfortable, long and confusing account verification process. I had to provide a lot of personal information and it took a long time before they finally approved my account. I have never encountered such difficulties on other betting platforms before.

Complaint marked as Resolved I looked at the FAQ on the site, prepared all the documents at once and submitted everything at once. I waited a couple of days for a reply, now everything is fine. On the one hand it is done once, but a few days is too long when there are so many options for bids.
