2 times - 10000 INR not refunded by parimatch

I have deposited 10000 INR in parimatch account via netbanking on 12 Nov 2022. After contacting team they ask me few details like transaction deatils etc. I have provided all details and team from pari committed me that 17 Nov 2022, i will get my refund, however after many time chasing with Pari team no one is bother to refund my money. I think this is the way they fool all customers...
