I had made a withdrawal of Rs16577 on 10th of April. I have emailed parimatch customer care for several times then one final day they have given one reference number to check with bank people.Then bank bank people asked me following details.
1. Last 4 digits of your Account, Debit card Or Credit card used for making transaction.
2. Transaction Date and Amount.
3. Date and Amount refunded by the Merchant.
4. Mode of refund (NEFT/IMPS/UPI etc.) used by the Merchant.
5. Refund reference number and invoice number, if any available, sending sender bank details
6. Merchant confirmation mentioning account details to which refund was processed.
After I mailed parimatch people to send these details they are not responding.
I withdraw 15000 INR on 23/03/2023 but after 1 month passed didn't get that ammount. Now parimatch support team told me that they already sent my money but I show them my bank account statement from 1 month there is not any single transaction of 15000 rupees. PARIMATCH support team also sent me 2 different different transaction I'd for one single transaction....
Hi I made three withdrawals on[protected] amounting 75, 000/-, 35, 000/-, 30, 000/- respectively
They are showing in my app that it is successful
But it has not credited in my account
Their support system is saying to wait till 02/05
I fell to understand why are they creating so much problem for the customer
I want them to clear my matter as early as poosible

Lots of fraud is happening, need to file complain un consumer court
The selection of sporting events and odds are at a high level among the bookmakers in India, however, the process of withdrawing money to the card took several days, which caused some disappointment.
50000 of my parimatch deposits are still not reflected from last 6

I'm having difficulties using this service for sports betting, delays in depositing and withdrawing funds. I am betting here not for the first day, before everything was very fast.
My experience o[censored]sing Parimatch is generally positive, but I faced a problem of my account getting blocked, which caused some inconvenience. I had to contact the support team to resolve this situation.

Due to the fact that I played on the same PC with a friend, our accounts had to be additionally verified.
Money not deposited and not returned to my account
I had deposited 10000 rupees into my Parimatch account on 1st April 2023 at 1:14 PM. The money never came to my account and I was told it has failed numerous times times on email and chat and will be returned to my account. First I was told it will take 5 days, 5 days turned to 10 days and now even after 20 days I didnt get my money back.
120000 deposited but its not reflecting after 20 hours
As upi payments were not going through, I decided to deposit money through Bank Transfer so after clicking on that option in parimatch website the account no. that was showing to transfer payment was

My issue with the delay in withdrawing funds was related to the change in the payment system. It has been solved now.
It seems like a normal bookmaker with a good selection of bets and a user-friendly interface. Although I faced a problem, my account got blocked, which caused some inconvenience.
I've been placing bets for several months already. I like their wide range of sporting events and high odds. However, recently I've faced some difficuclties with withdrawal of money.
