21/04/2023 12:17 10000/- and 21/04/2023 1:38 40000/- 2 of my parimatch deposits are still not reflected from last 6 days every time I’m contacting support getting same reply as billing department is working on it but they are not taking any action fraud company never play on parimatch

      My experience o[censored]sing Parimatch is generally positive, but I faced a problem of my account getting blocked, which caused some inconvenience. I had to contact the support team to resolve this situation.

          I had deposited 10000 rupees into my Parimatch account on 1st April 2023 at 1:14 PM. The money never came to my account and I was told it has failed numerous times times on email and chat and will be returned to my account. First I was told it will take 5 days, 5 days turned to 10 days and now even after 20 days I didnt get my money back.

            As upi payments were not going through, I decided to deposit money through Bank Transfer so after clicking on that option in parimatch website the account no. that was showing to transfer payment was

            after depositing 120000 on the same account its been over 20 hrs but still the payment is not reflecting.

            I have shared the deposit to numerous parimatch customer support guys but up to no resolve.

            if it will not be resolved soon I will commit suicide and put all blame on parimatch.

              As UPI payments are not going through, I decided to deposit amount through bank transfer. so after clicking on that option that account which was showing for making transfer was

              after making the payment and sharing the screenshot numerous times with parimatch support team still its not showing in parimatch account which is very very disappointing. If issue will not be resolved I will commit suicide and propel all blame on parimatch

                I've been using Parimatch for several months already and can say that this is a reliable bookmaker. However, the delay in the withdrawal of funds to the card caused some concern, I wish the process was faster.

                            I have deposited the money on 07th april of 5000rs. still the amount has not been credited to my parimatch account. Today is 8th day of deposit.

                            when our contact customer support, they are giving false information.
                            All agent give different information.
                            Like money will be refunded after 1 working day to your bank account, money will be credited to parimatch account, we have not received the payment. each and single day they fooled me and wasted my time..
                            Is there any way to file FIR against such company or raid the account holders which we have deposited money.

                              My amount of 600 300 each has been debited from my bank account. But dint receive in pari match. Evn the withdrawal amount of 4000 I haven't received. It has been 5 days for my deposit and 48+ hours for my withdrawal

                                  I have deposit amount 4000 Rs on 13th march'23 & it was successfully debited from my account but parimatch advised me that wait for 5 hours then again advised me for wait for 15 days then taking my bank statement & lastly told me that amount was not credited in parimatch account.
                                  i contacted my bank & bank advised me for complain against fraud by parimatch.
                                  parimatch digest my amount & they have well trained fraud worker.

                                    Almost 21 days passed but I didn't receive my 15000 rupees ammount which I was withdrawn on 23/03/2023 today is 14/04/2023 and now parimatch team told me that they paid my ammount on 23/03/2023 and give me a transection I'd but I share my Bank statement with parimatch and there Clearly shown that no single payment of 15000 rs was received by me with that particular transaction I'd.But they are not ready to help me.In that only one option available that which person made this transaction I'd he will file complaint against this.than I get my fund.

                                      My user id is[protected], two of my withdrawals rs 5000 and 15000 are stuck since 7th April. It shows success status since then, no money arrived in the account. Or else i really like parimatch as till now all the withdrawals i made were very fast and i like their user interface. But this has to sort.
