My account blocked for withdrawals stating further verification.
I have submitted all the requited documents and I have been informed through mail and chat box to send the details again and again and I have sent whenever they required and still my account is not verified and I am unable to withdraw my winnings.
Sir my withdrawl 2140 amount in 16th March 2023 and 23:06 still not yet withdrawl and today date is 27 sir and parimatch is still not responding correctly it's 11 days over I need my amount and freebet as compensation of damage of Patience and mentally disturbed sir . And loyality.
I sensed 4000 in upi payment was successful I talk with bank and phone pay both but pari match are saying that money not recieve by merchant how it' s possible pls give my money in my pari match account or refund my money in my bank account

After I had passed the additional verification, my account was unblocked.
I used the Astropay payment system for deposits on Parimatch. I liked the speed and safety of this method. Although, I faced some difficulties when withdrawing my winnings through this system.
While using the mobile app I had some difficulties finding the right sporting events. Sometimes the page took ages to load, making the bidding process difficult. However, the overall impression of the mobile version is positive. It’s convenient and user-friendly.

After buying a new smartphone, everything has been working fine. The problem was that my device was old and could hardly handle the load from applications.
I use the imps payment system for deposits on Parimatch. I like that this method is quick and safe. But I experienced some delays when withdrawing my winnings. I’ve been waiting for any updates from the support team for more than 24 hours already.

Some of my friends complain that they don’t understand why their Parimatch accounts got blocked. Personally I have never faced this problem. I always play on the same device.

After I had contacted the support team, this problem was solved. The mistake was on my end.
Have deposit 5000 total amount is but deposit didn’t yet received every time customer support says (I am looking into your query, sir. Please give me a moment and wait for a while.) evey time same excuse
I had some problems with my Parimatch account, it got blocked when I tried to log in on another device. I contacted the support team very quickly but I haven’t received any reply yet.

They are total fraud always demanding same documents again and again it's already 3 days over till now i have not received my money
Do not trust this app. I have won 26, 620 more than 2000x . But while withdrawing they rigged transaction to fake name called UKRIANE war fund raise ànd moved to that account without taking my permission. I have withdraw so many time small amount, but when it comes big amount they rig system and credit to their own pocket. Biggest thief in the world. They know we can't do police complaint. I've been placing bets and playing slots here from time to time for about two years already. I've never had any problems with the withdrawals. I've heard that new payment systems were added. As usual, I tried to make my last withdrawal to my card, but it was delayed.
