Parimatch is a good betting platform, but account suspensions are just terrible. The support team requests a lot of data and unblocking the account takes a long time.

The parimatch mobile app was not user-friendly. I had some difficulties when placing the bets and didn't have access to my account. Web-site works properly.

My Transaction Was Declined Rs 5000 on 31st January 2023 And Their Agents Told Me, Ur Transaction Declined And Same To Be Refunded 5 Business Working Days. Afterward I Took Daily Follow-Up With Them, And They Promised Me Your Funds In Safe Hand, Wait And Wil Receive Soon.
Now They Replied Me Your Funnd Credited In Different Betting Id. Now How Is The Possible They Could Credited My Refund Activate in Different ID Without Check Verified,

Its Total Fraudulent Activity And They Don't Want To Pay Money. I Have My Payment Recipt, Payment Dispute Complaint Number And Customer Support Chats And Email. Please Suggest Me.

There were some difficulties with my account, it got blocked. I had been on this site for a long time already and this was the first time I ever had a problem. Maybe it happened bacause I played from different IPs. I hope they will solve my problem and fix this in the future.

Pari match is a fraud company they are not refund my 3000 rs.. 1000 I deposit on 13 feb and 2000 on 16 feb and it is going to be 17 now in 2 hours. I have no idea where my money is.. Both times the amount is successful.. No issue.. But they are fraud liers.. I got no support from customer support.. I gave them all proof that they needed genuinely but no result. I just refund all my money as fast as they can

I had deposited 15000 in betting account. It's been 18 hours now that money has not reflected.i had deposited on "all about building " account via upi pay option shown on the site. The chat support is asking to wait and ending the chat if I ask more question and demand to know the issue. I am begging them on emails. No response. It's a huge money and i will be devastated if I loose that. It seems their payment provider is not responding them. How unsafe this is for players. Kindly help as I don't know where to ask for the help

I have been using parimatch sports account for few months.Suddenly they blocked my
account saying bank has claim on my deposit in parimatch. Parimatch asking me official
letter from bank (with logo, sign, stamp) stating bank has no complaint/claim for
parimatch.
Bank has given me written email statement that they have no claim from parimatch from
my account but parimatch is still asking for letter and Bank did not issue such letter. My
rs 3000 is blocked now.
complaint to parimatch license provider company. but parimatch is asking for same thing
again again.
I am in big trouble because of which loosing mental peace. My parimatch account no
