I deposited 5000 rupees. The money was taken from my bank account, but my Parimatch account is empty. Why it is so they can't say.

My account has been under verification for the second week already. I sent them all the photos they asked for and now I don't understand how long I have to wait.

Is Parimatch support alive? I've been writing to them for several days already but nobody replies.

I made a withdrawal on 21/11/2022 and waited for 3 days as their customer support team ask me to wait for 48 hr to complete the withdrawal process stating that it will be credited to my account 100℅ but at last when the time frame of 48 hr get over they decline my withdrawal from their end. Therefore I made a withdrawal again through IMPS as I got no option but now they are asking me to wait for 5 more days. Please look into this matter as the Parimatch support team has been lying to me from before.

I want to withdraw the money from my account. I've already gathered a pretty large amount there. I haven't been able to complete withdrawal for three days already.

Net banking imps or UPI method for withdrawal not available in parimatch but for deposit they are available i want parimatch to available these options in withdrawal

I have deposited 10000 INR in parimatch account via netbanking on 12 Nov 2022. After contacting team they ask me few details like transaction deatils etc. I have provided all details and team from pari committed me that 17 Nov 2022, i will get my refund, however after many time chasing with Pari team no one is bother to refund my money. I think this is the way they fool all customers

I have contacted them through every support channel and they asked me to mail the documents so I mail the document many times as they asked but still they are asking me to send them in better quality. I sent them Aadhar card photo in HD quality (even though a blind person could see it) but they said to send it again in better quality. I don't even understand which quality they are talking about, I send them in each picture format but they decided not to verify. Now they are asking me to send more details about the transaction I made for the deposit. I deposited through the Paytm wallet and it is obvious that Paytm doesn't provide the banking details. When I made the payment it was sent to "SAFEXPAY" and now they are asking it should be in favor of Parimatch. It seems total fraud to not approve the account. They are good until you make a loss. .
