    On Parimatch, there are many options of account replenishment. But none of them work. Why is that?

    Parimatch support suggested calling the bank. I called and they said that nternet withdrawal limit was too low or something like that. I didn't really understand that but asked to increase the limit. Now everything is working. The money is already on the Parimatch account, I’ll try to withdraw crypto, I think it’s worth it.

      Well, it was over after a couple of days. There were some small problems, but now everything works stably. As I was informed by support, it happens just one time because of the large amount of withdrawal, but now my account is safe and available. If anyone faces the same problem, tou can be sure that everything is alright, it's just a standard procedure. I also noticed the option of crypto withdrawals. Now I'm trying to figure it out.

        I had been using Parimatch app for more than half a year with no problems, but now it is crashing all the time. It is just closing. Have you experienced anything like that?

        I also checked comments here and on other sites. I tried to clear my phone. Now it's working like before, without crashes. I also read that it's possible to withdraw money to a crypto wallet. Nowadays it's useful.

After **-** days of playing, I want to withdraw my money, but they are not letting me withdraw my money in my bank account. They are giving option to withdraw in cryptocurrency only. I contacted support but not giving me answers. I need help

            If I understand it correctly, withdrawal can take up to 48 hours to be completed. Why have I been waiting for the fourth day already?

            A day later, I received a call from the bank. They asked about a transfer of 40, 000 rupees. I confirmed and now everything is fine, I received the money. I even withdrew cash, it feels safer. Maybe I should have withdrawn in crypto. Next time.

                    I was using parimatch from last one year many time i got into trouble for deposit and withdrawal but the amount was little so i did not post a complaint but last time i deposited big and withdrawal big i face terrible experience in big amount i make withdrawal on 4/12/22 by netbanking their timeframe is 48 hours its now almost upto 5 days but still they are replying same as first day you will get soon still the same answer i dont know i get my money or not but i will post everywhere my problem to save someone using parimatch
                    Any update ?
                    My money also stuck as no withdrawal options coming

                      1. I had made a deposit of Rs 19999 on 31st Oct 2022 and my account was blocked and I was unable to place bets

                      2. Later during night my deposit amount of Rs 19999 has been deducted and upon submitting the proof they unblocked my account by my deposit was not reversed

                      3. Later they told me that a deposit of Rs 20000 made on 29/03/2022 has been withheld by my bank and asked me to bring a letter from bank

                      4. I have sent whatever details they have asked and now they are not responding and again I have to restart the process from the beginning

                      5. I have been a user since 2+years, This has been disgusting experience... It has been 30+days, more than 100 mails,

                      They are purposefully cheating me by making me stuck in a loop

                      Guys be careful before making big deposits, you'll be stuck like me

                      Check the date and time of my Rs20, 000 deposit its exactly matching with their transaction history, even my bank has confirmed that my money has been transferred to them
                      But they are blatantly trying to cheat me...

                      Here you can clearly see, they have accepted that my deposit of Rs 20000 made on 29 March 2022 has been received by them
                      later they asked me my bank statement, bank confirmation letter regarding the transaction status also

                      Now at last again they have started sending me blank mails, I have to start from the beginning they are doing it purposefully (did it many times)

                      They are neither sending me the letter nor reversing my amount, even though I have provided them with bank statement, UPI transaction ss, bank approval letter stating that there are no complaints or claims against this transaction...

                      But they are sending this - 'The amount was written off because the bank sent us sent a request saying that you didn't make this payment. These funds were compensated for a lost claim'

                      Their resistance to provide proof itself proves that they are cheating me

                                      I made a withdrawal on 21/11/2022 and waited for 3 days as their customer support team ask me to wait for 48 hr to complete the withdrawal process stating that it will be credited to my account 100℅ but at last when the time frame of 48 hr get over they decline my withdrawal from their end. Therefore I made a withdrawal again through IMPS as I got no option but now they are asking me to wait for 5 more days. Please look into this matter as the Parimatch support team has been lying to me from before.

                                        The bank couldn't process this transaction. Thanks to the Parimatch support for their help. They suggested to check with the bank. I I divided the withdrawal into several parts and now I have all the money.
