Identity verification. I already thought I lost all my money. Lost so many nerves. But now everything is in order, the money came to me in full. Yes, identity verification is good. Now I understand that my account and the money on it are safe.

      My account has been blocked due to fraud. There's no clarification from the support. Although, I didn't do anything.

      They replied to me and resolved the situation. I sent several photos to verify my identity and now I can use the account as before. In general, I agree with PM's rules and now I can be sure that I won't have such problems anymore. Although technical support could be faster.

                              I had an interesting situation. At first, my brother played on Parimatch. We have similar names and the same surnames. Because of this, they didn’t want to complete my withdrawal, they said that I used several accounts. But then the problem was solved and I never faced it again.

                                The first time I tried to withdraw money, I faced some difficulties. I had to send a lot of pictures with documents in my hands in order to complete my first withdrawal. After that, I didn't have any problems.

                                      My withdrawal is pending from long time. And chat bot dont help much . This is very unfair trade with user. Because their deposit juts work fine . But always issues with withdrawal. This app is not all user friendly
