The Parimatch team has updated the live section. Now bets are processed faster, and the odds are updated almost instantly. Betting has become much more convenient.

            I placed a bet on an express, but one of the matches was cancelled. Instead of a refund for the cancelled match, they simply cancelled the entire coupon. This is completely unfair

            They explained to me that the cancellation of the entire express was due to a technical error in the system. They apologized for this and refunded me the funds for the cancelled match, and also offered a betting bonus as compensation.

                  The odds in the live section are updated with a big delay. By the time the bet is accepted, the numbers have already changed, and this is simply unacceptable.

                      It takes too long to credit funds to your game account. Yesterday I topped up my account via UPI, but the money only appeared after 6 hours. This is unacceptable for a platform of this level.
