    After I noticed the problem with the bonus, I contacted support. They checked the information and confirmed the error in displaying the expiration date. They immediately compensated me 1, 200 rupees to my balance and promised to fix this bug.

        When I tried to activate the 500 Rs free bet, a message popped up saying "Promotion not available" even though I just registered.

        I wrote to support, they checked my account and found out that the promotion was indeed limited in time, but they did not notify me. In the end, they credited the free bet manually and apologized for the misunderstanding.

          I made an express bet on cricket with three outcomes, but the system took into account only one, ignoring the rest

          When I noticed that only one outcome out of three in the entire express bet on cricket was counted, I immediately contacted support. They checked the transaction log, acknowledged the error in the coupon design and returned the entire bet amount to the account. Plus they gave me a free bet as an apology - a trifle, but nice.

            I am user of online betting in parimatch after so many losses in parimatch. I win 73700 Rs in parimatch but when I try to withdraw my money they decline the withdrawal and error shows contact customer support.
            They cheated me.
            What I do I am tired to contact all customer support please help me
