I have registred with parimatch and deposited around 32 lakhs abaove in the past 3 days and played after win i was requested withdrawal for 49999 on 13/03/2022 22:26 via net banking as of thier terms and condition for withdrawal time frame is up to 48 hours .while im trying to senidng mails and request via live chat but htere is no use simply dropping time frame message and disconnecting chat im waiting from last 1 hour to connect live chat but no use simply loading live chat wait few seconds message appear but morethan 2 hours also same issue, when i sent mail simply replying expert will working on the issue but who expert what they r working for what they woring if your system is clear then why need to work.i request 48 times via mail but simply killing my mils but wthdrawl nto processed .

this is one of the biggest fraud site in india to make trouble to customers.dotn go for this for IPL and other sites..

I have deposit 100000 thorough netbanking but not reflecting now it was on 18/2 and 20/2

I made a deposit of 5000 to my gaming account but the amount was not added to my gaming account and it was debited form by SBI account. Its already been 20day and the amount is still not credited back.

On 19 Nov 21 an amount of 800 rupees transaction made from my bank account and not been received by beneficiary..14 business days completed but not refunded to my bank account

They holded my winnings around 58000rs . they are really pakka frauds .

they are taking our deposits without any problems, but for withdrawing our money they freeze our account panel .

I opened a betting account with parimatch on 8th Sept 2020 and made a deposit of 1000 INR. Since then I haven't been using the account. Then, on 5th of Sept 2021, I made a deposit of 50000 INR. I deposit 500 through netbanking 17/5/2021 and also debit my hdfc bank account debit by ATOMMGALLA
But still now not added my parimatch betting id and also not added my bank account.
I also complaining to the customer care but no response.

Amount deducted from my account in sbi and accepted by times of money but not transferred to my parimatch account on 14th May 2021...
