In claim number nicdr2/197680/p-1 rs 42380 was not paid with reason maximum limit for available s. I + cb has exhausted. Even rs. 2464/- knee brace not paid.. Limit not exhausted in any category. This bill also includes first 10 days physiotherapy bill which was not paid. They do not pick phone and answer to query. How can claim limit got exhausted when they they passed next claim nicdr2/a07680/p-2 for 30500. But for deduction of 42380 i am not getting any answers despite sending them so many mails.

This claim is for senior citizen who does not have any source of earning still this company has done unnecessary deductions
