[Resolved]  Park Royal Holidays Pvt Ltd — Worst Experience

I was given 3 star Hotel to stay in AMR, instead 4 or 5 star in the city.

Dirty room, VERY poor Service in the Hotel.

The worst part, the Park Royal Holidays did not pay the room charges to the Hotel & the Hotel was keep insulting/embarrassing me in front of the other Guests to reach out the Travel agent to settle the amount before check out.

I tried reaching out The Park royal Holidays customer care line since Saturday but didn't pick any of my call. I called almost 20 times as well as dropped an email but no response till now.

On the day of my check out date on MONDAY, the amount was not paid by PARK ROYAL HOLIDAYS, which led to conflict upon check out at reception of HK CLARKS INN AMR. The Reception team member mentioned that until you pay your full amount, we will not let you go out of the Hôtel, which was very shameful scenario for me in front of my family & other Guests. However, I paid the full amount & left the HOTEL, because was getting late.

I am very disappointed by PARK ROYAL HOLIDAYS, Dhananjay JI, I think you should look into this matter very serious.

Guys, Please refund my membership amount, I don't want to continue any membership with you.
