Yet i have not received my refund money.
These company is cheated to many customers.
Many innocent peoples are involved in it.
Their staff is not given proper reply.many times i went to sg highway office WESTAGATE bay many times.but they are not giving me refund.
So now i will file a case against them.under section defamation and fraud in police station against company staff and owner with name devyanshi Damor, darshan wadher, jignesh leuva, Sagar leuva. Was this information helpful? | 
Your problem is solved by park royal holidays and mail is send for the same, even you are agree for same over call on date 25th Feb 2023. Kindly resolved this from your side or else park royal holidays is authorized to take legal action against you for spreading wrong information on social media and consumer complaints.
Note: Evidence is share on mail kindly share conformation mail for same.
For that I am seeking damages against you for defamation and mental harassment I demand compensation which has been proved as my right.
For this i demand you to pay me compensation of rs.36000/-
