Dear Sir/Madam,

We found bunch of dead insects in a tetra pack of
"Frooti" purchased for our kids.
We poured the content in a glass and found many insects floating on the drink, we had to cut the pack and check it,
attaching image for your reference.

It's very dis heartening that the kid would have consumed it if given directly from the pack with straw.

Look in to this matter as pack was not puffed nor it was damaged /leaking from any side.

We fail to understand how insects can get in to the sealed pack ?
Quality of product is really questionable here and that of the drink liked &
consumed by children. More than quality its a serious matter if children face any adverse effect by consuming such sub standard product.

I'm a owner of Dhasmesh store. I have taken frooti tetra pack in bulk one of the tetra pack was about to drink. I was taking a sip but I couldn't take it as there is some congession I thought. So I just cut the pack from upper side Nd open the pack in order to check the problem.. I got astonished when I saw there was a big insect inside the pack. I just puked after seeing. I want to raise a complaint against these kind of irresponsible behaviour. This is such a ignorant behaviour while packaging the juice. This may create food posioning, diarahhea etc.

Dear (Sir)
We are running a supermarket In vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum from sept.28th 2020 and “THARAVADU ENTERPRISE” are the distributor which supplies Frooti and Appy, we wish to complain about the same distributor and the issue which we faced. We are complaining because the dealing and behaviour from the distributor was very arrogant poor. They are not replacing the damaged/expired products at the right time, and also they are not willing to gave as credit note. Whenever I contact them and raise our issue they are replying very silly and irresponsibly. Its been almost a month and 3 supply, but still no replacement or damage settlement given to us. Payments are always made as ready liquid cash at the time of supply. Still the are behaving like this. The are also not accepting cheques/neft/googlepay payments and they are adamant that they only need liquid cash at the time of supply, which may not be possible every time as no shop owners will carry liquid cash. Whenever our representative call they are replying with silly excuses. Overall they need liquid and ready cash at supply and are not willing to settle damage/expiry and are responding very badly. We came to know that so many complaints are raised against “THARAVADU ENTERPRISE”, and they are the only distributor available in this area, and we don’t have any other option. Kindly and with immediate effect company has to take appropriate action against this complaint as we shop owners are facing very bad treatment from this distributor.
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted “THARAVADU ENTERPRISE”, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.

Non payment of Rain water harvesting works done in Krishna Engineering college, Ghaziabad (UP) (one of their CSR projects).
In spite of number of phone calls and emails no body is reverting our emails from Ghaziabad unit.
Also tried contacting their so called Business Partner Registration and persons in Escalation Matrix including Schauna and Alisha Chauhan, nobody is reverting our emails.

We are not receiving delivery of Fizz bottles and Frooti packets for over a month. There isn't any fixed schedule for them such that we can take sufficient amount of products from them, sometimes the time period between two deliveries would be 2 weeks and sometimes it is exceeding a month too. And when we contacted the seller, he was very rash with us over mobile and since then he's not delivering us the product. And this is the main reason behind evolution of many duplicate brands that represent Fizz so closely. Please try to ensure that this doesn't happen anymore.

And the taste was so worst
And felt like it was just water
And the substance is left and stick to bottle itself if this is your quality your not called brand and why the hell ads you show on televisions with famous celebrities
If you have any rating system you cannot even 1 star not even half star

We Have a whole sale shop, so we sell cool drinks too, in which we have few boxes of App fizz, Today morning at 6:30am, a 10Rs(MRP) bottle of Appy Fizz busted to our roof and ceiling was damaged, so i would like to take action as the products are not properly packaged. and we want to know under property damage what will be the resolution for this issue. My concern is about property damage and what if more than 1 bottle busts out and damage is more?. Please take action immediately.

Yesterday I bought half litre bottle of appy Fizz, the moment i opened the bottle the foam was continuously coming out of the bottle and taste was very different and very different and rubbish ... I spitted out the sip i have taken from the bottle .. color of the liquid was also very dark and different.

I am a regular buyer of parle hide and seek biscuits. Recently i bought some packs of the same and when i opened it i saw small granule like thing on choco chips of the biscuit. It was small white granules like thing on all the biscuits. I have no idea what that is if anyone knows about the same kindly let me know.

Dear sir,

I brought half liter frooti mango drink for my 4 year old daughter on 17-august-20 from manoj general store, laxman vihar phase 2, street number 01, gurgaon, haryana – 122001. The manufacturing date is mentioned on bottle as 26-jun-20.

My daughter drink the same frooti, it was sour, very smelly and decomposed. She informed me for the same, and i tasted and sniffed the same, it was worst.

This frooti mango drink was very risky for my daughter and others kids. I will never use this product and never recommend it to others. I will forward this information to others also.

I phoned several times on customer care number ([protected]) but nobody responded.

Kindly do needful or suggest to me for the next step, so that we can save the health of our childrens.

Hi...I got a call from the Consumer cell of Parle Agro and Mr. PS Singh, Ambala on 19-Aug-20 in morning with reference to my complaint - sour, very smelly and decomposed FROOTI.

Mr. PS Singh suggested that keep the same batch number sealed pack bottle of 500 ml Frooti Mango Drink for future reference.

I go to the same shop on 19-Aug-20, at 8:15 pm at the Manoj General Store for the same things. He allowed me to search the same batch bottle from his FROOTI kartoon. When I was searching the same I saw one bottle in different size and shape and the drink was not filled up to the mark like other bottles in the same FROOTI kartoon.

When I was searching the bottle that time I got a call from Mr. Tejendra Singh from Ambala that he is coming on 20-Aug-20 for a collection of samples from my purchased bottle. I confirmed my address and informed him also that I am searching the same batch bottle. When I was reading the batch number of one bottle, Suddenly one incident happened that I heard a blast near by me, a different size and shape bottle blasted, at the same time I informed Mr. Tejendra and made a video for the same incident which is sent to Tejendra on whatsapp.

I informed Mr. PS Singh also for the same incident, video also sent to him. I have call rerecording for the same.

My purpose is not any single personal benefit. I want you to find out who is the culprit for the same WORST DRINK which is mostly used by our childrens in our country.

My daughter is well after taking a sip of FROOTI because I was around her which I have complained about on 18-Aug-20, but I don't want to spoil the health of other childrens also in our country due to that type of drink.

Kindly do the needful and find out the culprit one and rectify the problem and make sure it will not happen in future. Please save the health and life of our lovely & innocent childrens.
