Address of manufacturing is udyogam agare, indore m. P. Please take necessary action on your duplicate brand. This company is cheating the consumers with fake products. This product looks like same as melody original chocolate. Children buy this fake chocolate and it may harmful to the health of the children. I request you to take necessary action.

I am a resident of varshamilan society located in andheri east and one of your branch is just across my building i understand everyone has to celebrate but at least book some auditorium for functions
Here this function takes place every year and they start around 5 playing loud music and the host yelling on the microphone why should we stay silent all the time

I bought a appy fizz bottle worth rs.10 160 ml and when i opened it to have a sip, it was smelling a like a dead rat and the taste was very filthy.. Incident took place on 11oct 2018 at 8pm... What will happen if anything wrong happens to me... Who will be responsible. It is a very famous product and a very lovely one. I didnt expected this from a so reputed company. The manufactured date was of 7 aug 2018 and the expiry perios was after 4 months...

I have got a pack of frooti from my friend recenly. And then my mom opened the pack and she was giving me one bottle. Bottle was not opened yet. And i saw that at the bottom of the bottle there is something like suspeded something i don't know what is it as we haven't opensd the bottle. I think u should let us know what it is. Because it's about our health.

Today, 16-7-18 I bought a tetra pack of Frooti from a Grocery shop in Janakpuri. While I was gulping it, I realised something strange. The taste of the drink was sour. Then I smelled it, and the smell as well was bizzare. I then checked the manufacturing date to be sure and it says “16/05/18 08:08:45 A”
“10/-GHZ 18136”
I tried calling your customer care number but my call wasn’t taken by anybody. I was asked to keep on hold and wait but eventually nobody answered. Then they asked me to record my message after the beep. I did so and hung the call.

I hope and pray that I don’t fall sick after having this because my mouth is all sour now. I had water after reaching home and there’s still sour taste in my mouth. I cut open the tetra pack to check inside. It smells really bad and tastes more bad. I can already something going wrong in my stomach.

I expect a reply and remedy for my bad experience.

I told the shopkeeper print prise is rs15 why you take more he told i take rs 5 is frizzing charge, this type shopkeeper run robbery from customers sir they spoil reputation of company and brand kindly take strict action against this so further this type of happen not done in further sir my name is m p vyas ex-judsial member bar council of gujarat.

I regularly buy 20 ltrs of bailley water at my home, yesterday i received the same i opened it and what i found is algie and small particles of mud in it.
Its not good at all from company's part. Company needs to take action against it, this is like playing with people's life. I want clear action against it. I have taken few videos of it which i can send it to you.

I got bailey packaged 20 litre jar highly contaminated with worms in it. I made a complaint at the customer care. They said some non technical person of their franchise who took sample from us but no response for a few days and after follow up the franchise owner is falsely saying that it’s not their water and they can’t do anything as it’s open. Whereas the shopkeeper named brijwasi agreed that it’s their bottle and their distributor also agreed the same. Pls help me and let others know the quality of bailey water

actually sir the case is like there is salesman in there company sushil kuma he doesn't no how to talk with owner's of the shop he never give the respect he forces us to buy to show display we tell him we don't want display discount and then too he force us I think parle company doesn't require advertisement because everybody knows you. there is not 1 shop there 2/3shops who actually fed-up from him but we have complaint to there agency but will taken action sir they only reply us like this because he is giving sales to them thats why they don't take action on him.
Please sir help us from this situation sir please now I have only hope from you..

Yesterday I bought frooti tetra pack from a general store, today I was pouring it in a glass to my younger daughter suddenly something like fungus came out, in juice there were green substance, my daughter is four years old she was going to drink it with straw but it was cold so I poured it in glass, thank God I have checked it timely otherwise it may had life thread to my daughter

I bought hide and seek biscuits for 30 rupees with paytm cashback of 15 rupees when i opened the packet i don't see any paytm code inside the packet please do the needful to get my cashback code you can mail me the paytm code or message me to my cell number

I am dire fan consumer of appy fizz buying all packs from local retailer near my home situated this shop next to sbi sakherbazar branch kol8 got shocked to inhaled the last night purchase of appy fizz from this shop 500ml three pet bottles when i tasted bitterly and somewhere peculiar smell not as fresh packs of appy fizz. Found mfd in 2014 and 2015 of these pet bottled by keventer kolkata and selling in 2017!!
The retailer denied his any hands and shows me the cartoon he purchased delivered by vendor of soft drink and also says all have been done by you and replaced only after your vendor takes back.
This is culpable offence doing knowing fully the impact of ill effect of consuming expired soft drinks or any edible by humen or pets. Pls initiate strong punitive action so that vendor retailer nexus to claim your brand value and consumer trusts.

We just purchased 2 bottles of frooti 1.2 ltr before 1 week, one bottle is opened after drinking half an glass my husband got fever at night, yesterday doctor confirmed that he is suffer from typhoid fever and liver infections which is come by some bacterial infection by drinking or by eating some bacterial food, then we check that he drink only frooti at that day, when we check bottle it has some uncommon things inside it which is not seen when bottle is packed, so for ur concern i'll tell you that there are some uncommon thing inside it like tissues and bunch of black thing, now he is very ill and we spend more than 10000 in 1week, we have both bottles with us with mfd date 03-04-17 and expiry is after 6months from this date, i also attached some pictures of the frooti pls look into this matter on immigiate basis.

this is frequent regular customer of parle appy fizz product.
on 25 June 2017 i purchased a product of parle agro named as appy fizz apple flavor from shop named MADHU BAHAR located at SAMNEGHAT locality near
GYAN PRAVAH library. the shopkeeper gave me bottle on which MRP is mentioned Rs.55 but he taken 60
and when i asked for the undue charge on cold drink, he gave me BS reason
kindly take an action on the dealer as well as the shopkeeper and on any person who is responsible in the act done by him
because it is direct looting from general public which is kind of an harassment.

I Purchased an appy from Reliance Fresh (Science City Branch, Ahmedabad) on the 24th reached home and opened it where i found a huge alge in it i have the sample preserved. See the photographs attached and the post link i have posted on a facebook page.

The frooti had a strange black liquid inside tasted like harpic or maybe something rotten.
The frooti was consumed by me & a family member.
As soon as we realised something is wrong with it.
We cut the pack & discovered a strange black liquid & black material piece instead of mango juice.

It should be penalised for producing such harmful products that can cost a life of person.

I bought mango frooti... Have smell and plastic type suspected material inside it.. Feeling very bad... Should i go to consumer court.. As i know parole agro as a good healthy products... To maintain consumer's faith and pride company should take serious note... If my kid drunk that one.. Who 'll be responsible... You r selling very low level products.. Do needful only money should not be the aim...

Restaurant over charged on

Bailey water bottle,
Mrp is 20 & they charged me 35 + service taxes (6% + 5%), which is 2.1+1.75 =3.85

Total they collected 38.85 just on packaged bailey water bottle, it's almost double price from company mrp

* before this incident, i had one soft drink sprite, in the same restaurant, which is around 200ml & they charged 50rs + taxes (6%+5%) *

How come they can charge over price, which already has mrp??

I have purchased Appy Fizz last night and I am suffering from stomach pain and vomiting since morning. I contacted doctor and took medicines, that costs me around ₹500.
After watching closely to the can I found that the Appy I had last night was not real product. I am attaching the pictures of the same product so that you can compare and identify the difference in real and fake product
Its very urgent to inform you that there are many shopkeepers selling this product in the market and there are many consumers who may suffer the same I did.
I have also forwarded a same mail to FSSAI and a letter to Institute of Food Security, Food Corporation of India, Plot No 87, Sector 18,
Gurgaon -122015(Haryana)
Please, provide some solution and assure me that this won't happen again with me and anyone else as your company is of good reputation in the market, therefore I hope there will be some strict decisions to be taken very soon.

I have only one complaint, and its that the Melody toffee manufactured by Parle is too chocolaty. Infact, its so chocolaty that I had one before appearing for an exam, and got so lost in the chocolatyness that I forgot to write my exam. I did not even realize when the test time ended and the instructor took my (empty) paper from me.

So, I failed my exam and my college kicked me out. Now I want Parle to reimburse my college fee for four years(250000 x 4), and also provide me a white collar job at their company, as I would have become a top notch professional had I not failed the exam due to Melody.
