We have purchased TETRA PAK FROOTie pack, inside we found very dirty bacterrial part which is worst and so pathetic.
my son got sick i have to admit him.
It is very poor quality, Please troubleshoot from your side, collect all frootie packed in this batch and date, other people or child may face same problem allover india. kindly take care and you have to be fine by government as you play with people health

We purchase an biscuits from shop of parle and we found biscuits having the PVC wire in the same.

My son eating the same, pls do it accordingly if he eat that food might be he get stuck in mouth any of chase get occurred, might be met with some any disease or might following any medical emergency,

I recently got this frooṭi from my relative. The date of manufacture is 11/07/16 time 13:32 lot no bn ghz 16193. It has a really really bad smell and really bad taste. Even the colour of frooṭi is different than usual. I request you to give me a desirable return or refund. Also kindly look into the matter as i can see lot of complaints by consumers regarding the same issue since last year. Its shocking to see such a big brand doing like...

I buy a lot of parle g biscuits .last time I had bought a 20₹ biscuits and there was something unusual .I saw living worm inside the pack. It's so ridiculous to see a moving object inside the pack. How the hell can't you maintain cleanliness for being such a routed company . Now the company is liable for not maintain cleanliness and serving contaminated food to customers. I have tried calling customer care but I think they are all dead, no response at all. I have included batch number and photos .

We would like to file an official complaint against the respected parties involved. We still have half the bottle of the sample with us.

The bottles of frooti purchased from city centre more megastore,
Were found to have a very high degree of some chemical which tasted that of detergent solution and resulted in a severe stomach ache and vomiting. We request the samples may be tested and the adulterant may be diagnosed, in the better interest of the society. Bottles weighed 1. 5litre and 600ml.

We purchased two Tetra pack Appy (250ml) on 25th April, When i had my first sip I felt some sticky substance in my mouth then I immediately poured it in glass and saw some rotten skin or may be rotten peel of apple in it. Product manufacturing date is 21 Feb 2015 I am also attaching Barcode and image of rotten substance found in the Pack I would request to take some strict action against this matter

This is to bring to your kind notice that we took the distributorship of Parle Agro Appy in May 2012.But in a very short spell the problem of leakage & damages arose.We approached Mr Parvinder Chauhan & RSM Mr N K Mundepi many times regarding it & for the claim of the same.But each time we didnot receive any favourable response from their ends.
Therefore, We have brought these facts to your kind knowledge & hope to do the needful in this regard .

Cheating and Fraud by ParleAgro Company and its Distributor from Bardoli, Gujarat I Mahaveer Jain, from Surat have been cheated by Parle Agro & its distributor, Kunal in Bardoli. My Complaint is about a payment cheque of Rs 19689 which has bounced last year. This cheque was arranged to myself (Mr Mahaveer Jain) on 25th Apr 2013 by ParleAgro Company through its Distributor Mr. Kunal (having mobile # [protected]) from Bardoli, Gujarat on behalf of the goods delivered by myself, Mr Mahaveer Jain from Kamrej, Surat on instruction from ParleAgro Employees Mr Mithilesh Sharma from Ahmedabad, Ranjit Dutta & Ajay singh from Surat. Though 1 year has passed, Neither Kunal nor ParleAgro Employees have resolved this and arranged for payment though the cheque has bounced. I can send copy of bounced cheque. In Dec 2013, I escalated the issue to ParleAgro Mumbai office and I got a call from Umang from Mumbai office. Spoke to Umang couple of times who kept lying that issue would be resolved by Jan 2014 but it was never resolved. Umang then tried to pass on the issue to Nirav from Parle Agro, Gujarat who has been abo[censored]ely ineffective in bringing any resolution and absolutely wastes time without any resolution. He shrugs off any responsibility and mentions that he is not able to bring any resolution, inspite of repeatedly being explained that is been now 1 year and 3 months to receive money. Kunal, Distributor in Bardoli, is an abolute liar and fraud whose cheque bounced last year and everytime he mentions a future date since 15 months and does not gives any money back. It is absolutely the responsibility of Parle Agro to arrange my Payment. THIS IS REALLY SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOUR FROM BRAND LIKE PARLE AGRO AND EQUALLY SHAMEFUL ARE BEHAVIOUR OF ITS EMPLOYEES IN TREATING CUSTOMER GREIVANCE. I am the owner of the daily needs shop situated at Raipur, Chhattisgarh. I am selling Parle Agro products like Appy, Frooty, Appy Fizz for last 3 years. In March 2013 I bought 6 cartons of 200 ml. tetra pack of Jan. 2013 manufacturing date. For some reasons I could sell 3 cartons of the appy and 3 cartons are expired in July. I cant sell the expired product so I requested the sales executive Mr. Joyeb to change the expired stock to the fresh Appy stock so that I can sell new fresh stock, but the executive refused to change the stock as well as billing the other products (like appy 250 ml pet) also. He said he is not able to give fresh stock of Appy 200 ml stock. I said to him he can give me pet bottle also but he refused. I have then complained his senior Mr. Javed, but he also refused to change the product. I have sent the email to the Parle Agro Company several times about this problem but they did not reply. I have lodged two complaints on 14 july2012 and 22july 2012 to customer care of parle agro. The company has not bothered to respond to my complaints. Following is the transcript of the complaint send to them: i have purchased a 2 lt bottle of frooti, batch no and date mfg 14. 06. 12 etm m11 from a local grocery shop at vasundhara, ghaziabad, u. P. The drink has a strange odour which usually emanates from expired or rotten products. I have not consumed it and have kept it for your inspection. If you have more product of same batch it would be wise to remove them as they could be health hazard.
Your toll free no are worthless as i have been trying them for last 15 days with no response. We expect more from a reputed company like parle.

Hi ,

I had purchased a bottle of Frooti 1.2 Litres (MRP Rs 50 17:25 MFG 24/01/11 ETM M07 Bar code:[protected] few days ago from West Delhi. It was a sealed bottle and we had consumed around 2 glasses and when we poured the third glass , a thick black material came out from it which was very disgusting . I am concerned about the consequences of the two glasses that we had drink earlier and very frustrated with the quality of this product.
We had been consuming Frooti from years but was never aware that their quality levels are so low and unhygienic.

I am mailing you to make you aware about their Poor quality levels and to highlight to others keeping in view of public health as we are serious about this issue. The bottle is with us and you can check that if you want. Its a breach at their end as the seal of the bottle was opened by me.

Dear Sir,

I reside in Kota & often travel to chittorgarh because my brother is working there. There is a place Bichor on the way to Chittorgarh on NH-79, there is a shop viz., "Somani Sweets & Restaurant" on the highway itself. They always use to sell cold drinks bottles above MRP & that's too Rs 5 above on 500 ml pet bottle. Yesterday, also I bought Frooti 500ml fro this shop & the MRP was Rs.25 & he charged Rs.30 for it. Many times I fought with the owner of the shop about this, but he is least bothered about it. He clearly tells, I will sell it at this price only, if you don't want to buy it, pls do not.
I want to compalint of this shopkeeper, pls suggest me about the department where I should complaint.

2 Loss due to sickness(cancelled Confrmed Train tickets),Mentally pressure(for attending Meeting),Physically inactiveness in Peak business season)=15000

Companies stand (By Mr Alok ,Business Development Manager,parle)
1.as pack is open we are not responsible.
2.we are making lacks of packs and why ur pack is only contaminated or infected
3as a company policy we only give fresh juice pack.

Recently I had purchased a glass bottle of Maaza 200 ml from Bandhan Sweets , Riddhi Siddhi building, Sector-3, New Panvel . The price (MRP ) printed on the bottle was Rs.9/- but when i gave the shopkeeper Rs.10/- he refused to give my remaining 1 Rs. and further went on to explain that
Rs. 1 was towards cooling charges.

Hence i request you to kindly take this shopkeeper to task so that consumers are not taken for a ride.

I have left distributarship but companies employe are not co - operating with me for removing my present stalk, claim, damage&credit given to market so please i kindly request you to pay attention in my matter.
