Mera naam kuldeep kumar hai . mai election dept hanumangarh town me work krta hu . mene aapke shoroom se venus s ke aapke slesmen mr ashok kumar se baat huyi hmne gadi bhi dekh li .or hamri deel bhi ho gyi . uske ashok kumar ne bola ki aapki gadi book krva dete h uske aapko hme booking amount deni hogi . mene kha ki kitni deni hai. usne kha ki kitni bhi kr do mene 5000 rs phon pey se company ke account me trnsfer kr deye . fir ashok kumar ne bola ki aapki gadi march ke 15 -16 date ko aa jaye gi mene kha ki hme gadi fist navratar yani 2 april ko leni hai tab kabhi bhi aa jaye billing krva lenge .mene uske hisab se bank loan ke liye apply krva diya . bank se dusare din loan krva liya .mene ashok kumar ko bola ki meri trf se sab kaam ok h bas aap jab gadi aaye jaye to bta dena
mene 15 date ko phon kiya ashok kumar ko to bole aapki gadi march ke last me aa jayegi mene kha koi baat nhi fir mene unko 28 ko phon kiya ki kya reposns hai tab bole ki aapki gadi aa rhi raste me hai mene kha kab pahuchne ka time hai tab usne bola ki m gadi ko trek krva rha hu kha tan pahuchi sir ji uske baad ho had hi ho gyi ki gadi ke leye to ese bol rhe jese koi mera aapki compny ke sath cort ko khel chal rha ho tarik par tarik de rhe jese m koi mujrim hu sir ji mene aapke senior se bhi baat ki unka koi achha respons nhi tha

HI I would like to bring this to notice that there is a fraud matrimonial organization running in jabalpur who plays with the sentiments of parents who are looking the Bride/Bridegroom. They assured my parents to help in searching out bride for my younger Brother but after taking money they put their phone in rejection mode and if you call from some other no. they will misbehave. They said you can make any complaint, they don't have any issue. They literally refused to help and the profile which they have sent that is also stolen from other website and which is nowhere related to our criteria. I would like to urge please take some action against this kind of organization who plays with sentiments which is their business. specially they are ruining Jainism name and they don't have any rights to play with it. We can not travel to jabalpur, I am really looking for the help/support from the people from this organization to stop this fraudulent matrimonial organization who is operating from jabalpur by Alok jain(As given in website) By Rajest Jain as told by the so called Customer service rep Aashish. I spoke to Aashish today and he was not in a mood to listen to my concern. I requested him that if I can speak to the owner of this firm and put my concern in front of him. He said he is out of town. Few min ago when I spoke to a rep on the same she told me he is on the way and will be coming here in 1-2 hours. Her name is Ankita. I am asking for refund since 8 months and previously they were telling that we cannot refund the money before 6 months and asked me to call after 6 months. When I called after 6 months they misbehaved and did not even listen to my concern and dropped the call continuously on me. This is very disappointing. I request the Consumer Forum to act on this and teach them a lesson so that other people are not caught in their trap. My profile I'd is MSP2233 and I had registered myself on this matrimonial site around 2 month back paying 3000 rupees and they had promised me to send me profiles and their details. But till now they have not helped me in any such procedures and rather don't pick up my calls and don't reply to my emails, whenever they pick my call they either misbehave or say that they haven't received any emails as such. We send request for 6 ids address they send only one or two. If we call more than 5-6 time they miss behave with us. Please help us sir
