Partha Dental Clinic — Re-implant

In 2019 and 2020, I got two implants done at Partha Dental, Madinaguda and they had given 10 years warranty for each implant. During October 2024, one of the implants got loosened.When I approached Partha Dental, the loosened implant was removed by the doctor, and I was asked to come after two months, ie., after the jaw bone is grown and suitable for drilling. They did not mention about charges and I was under the impression that it would be free of cost, due to warranty.
But, when I approached them on 19.01.2025, they told that the re-implant would be done on chargeable basis and that the charges would be Rs 20, 000 for implant +Rs 4000 for cap.
I request Partha Dental to consider carrying out the implant at free of cost, as it is under warranty.
