The bus driver and his co associate were shouting at us for being late while the bus stopped for dinner. Such poor service provided by your company. The driver was so harsh at us and we never felt like travelling in the bus till chennai. I hope you look into the matter and make necessary decisions. And also the lights were switched on till 8pm. It was so much disturbing that we couldn't sleep. Such a poor experience with your travels.
Bus info :- trivandrum to chennai bus. (3:30 bus from kazhakootam, trivandrum)

I want to make a complaint that in Parveen Travels they are serving supply to IRCTC water bottles to passengers. Who and how can Parveen Travels get central railways supply only water bottles on large quantities. Is someone selling on black market ?
