Parveen Travels — bus cancelled (by travels) still refund amount not credit | |
Dear sir/madam, I have booked a praveen bus on 06/11/2017 from chennai - vizag bus timing was 5.30 p. M. Through via.com but bus got cancelled (By travels) so i have checked with customer care they said money will be refunded next day but till now i haven't got credit and they are not providing proper details. Please help me out in getting my amount of rs.867 with penalty charges for the mental agony caused to me. Was this information helpful? | |

We are the passengers of PARVEEN travels to Tirupathy. Paying such a big amount as 3000 per head SPENDING 36000 for our family, we are waiting in the queue from 5 in the morning to get the ticket. What a shame! Waste of money, time and energy. So please don't prefer PARVEEN TRAVELS for any sake. 😢😥
