Parveen Travels — cheated by not giving booked seats

We did not get our booked seats on parveen travles while on the way to aluva - chennai we booked the seat no.41and 42actualy we can see a emergency exit door on the space of these seats. The bus operaters says that this is our new vehicle so please co-operate with us what will we do we pay the amount rs 3780 for two seats.
We have no any other way to travel to chennai at this time so we are still travelling on this bus by two local seats

On 11-5-18 i travelled in praveen corona sleeper from Chennai to marthandam .in that bus there is no proper a/c, then the dustbin is filled it cause bad smell in side the bus, we informed to the driver he didn't response for that .so i believe that u will take a proper action for this .thank you

Your buses running at hyundai unsafe to sit due to clamp ( very sharp edges) fixed for attaching screen many times torn employees hand its very very sharp
Many times Complainted no response
