Parveen Travels — is this mercedes benz or local town bus?

Dear praveen travels,

Don't think i'm jobless to type a big complaint like these. Please read completely and try improving your service.

Yesterday 31.08.2018 1st time i have done booking from tirunelveli to chennai on your travels. The 1st experience was really a worst i have never seen this kind of problems in any other travel.

1, the bus was schedule to depart from tirunelveli at 11:20 pm. Due to the maintenance of the regular volvo bus, there was a sudden change in the bus. Mercedes benz bus arrived, that too 1 hour delay at 12:20 am. Benz means first thing comes to our mind is luxury.

But the bus which came is a big dust bin.in side the bus there was some odd smell and it was not clean. The ac vents on top of my seat 13 w, water was leaking. It was a sleepless night. The center air filter was full of dust.

2, in the night, since the driver was new on tirunelveli - chennai route, he is not aware of the roads i think. He crashed into the branches of a road side tree and the left rear view mirror was completely broken. There are totally 40 plus passengers in bus. Praveen travels, you are really not concern about the customers lives. But concentrating more on filling the bus. Even no emergency breaking hammer placed in the bus

3, due to lack of thirunelveli - chennai distance to the driver. The bus was not fueled with enough fuel.in the morning near chengalpet the bus ran out of fuel and stopped in the middle of the road. My question is how come a driver is unaware of the fuel level and stopped the bus (Is he driving a mtc bus). Even mtc buses wont be stopped like this. Wont there be a fuel indicator in a company like mercedes benz. Really shame on you.

The journey between chengalpet to vandalur took 30 minutes, ac was not switched on due to unknown fuel level. Because they have fill very little amount of diesel to reach the nearest fuel station. It was very much suffocating. We never paid to get this kind of service from a travels like you.

4, at last it was totally a worst experience in praveen travels and i will never ever make any bookings in your buses.

5, please give proper training to your drivers. Maintain cleanliness in buses. There is no difference between a government ac coach and your ac coach. Finally the bus arrived chennai - egmore at 11.00 am whereas the schedule arrival was at 7:15 am.

I wont say driver is bad he is very polite in speaking, in concern of customer safety praveen travels should give more training and different routes to all drivers. So that they will be aware of all the routes.
