Passport Office Bangalore — recruitment agency hold my passport

Dear sir,
I am submitted my passport for dubai job processing on: 23/06/2017 @ haseeb management services, bangalore. Their processing service is too bad am asking return my passport back but they are not return to my passport. I am calling every day this office but not replay to me genuine. I am innocent person me and my family very suffering & not sleeping every day i have all record and proof for against. Kindly guide to me how to recover my passport
