Passport Office Ghaziabad — On hold without any reason

We applied for reissue of passport of our son - Prakshaal Jain (File no. GZ[protected] dt. 06.03.023). While checking the status, we get to know that is has been put on hold without any communication.
We reached helpline number also but get no resolution.
