Passport Office Surat — Counter C granting zone not working parallel with Counter A &B

Counter A & B working on time since 8.30 am. but counter C start to attaining after 10. am. due to this visitors numbers are increasing, everybody seating without maintaining social distance. also who completed verification before 9 am. they have to wait more than 1 to 2 hours.

i am requesting management to improve system for better service.
