Passport Office Surat — Pvr completed but Still don't arrive passport

My self irfan Mithani Riyazali. I have applied my passport for renewal on 9/08/2023. My file Number : SU01C[protected]
Since 23/08/2023 my police verification also completed but Still not received passport.
Almost 2 month completed. But still don't get my passport no one is given proper Answering call so many time I have done email also but not given proper answer.
Please let's me know when my passport will get.
