My name is Varun, I am from Faridabad Haryana, I have ordered 2 Coronil Kit via Patanjali App on phone. Below are Order Details

I would like to inform that order has been cancelled Automatically and no message for Order cancellation or refund has been sent to me. I have tried reaching the Online customer care number but it shows unavailable. I called Patanjali helpline number and staff who received the wasn't supportive, despite of providing help she was in hurry to drop the call without any solution. This is not a professional way to share customer Query, If customer wants to be associated with Patanjali for getting products. Please confirm me when i will receive my refund and how it will be refunded as i have done payment through my Debit card. Below are my contact Details, Kindly help to share my issue asap.

          Sir, still i am waiting for patanjali product which has been ordered through Order me app on 5th April 2021. very poor services. I promise i will not ordered further in future.
          kindly check your given tracking site indicating "no data foud in the tracking no". kindly arrange to give the correct information which has been varify by you. Honestely your "order me" services is very poor and did not incourage to do in future.

            I was taking patanjali medicine since last 1 month for acidity, but due to non availability of the doctor on time when I needed the most, I have to switch on to allopathic...now when I had gone to the store for returning the sealed medicine which I haven't used worth rs 1000, the store keeper refused to return, please help me...

                TICKET # GRC/[protected]] is closed without my feedback. No action has been taken. Repeatedly Patanjali store Nirmal Ayurved, Brahmand, Thane West 400607 is giving poor service. My name is Shanti Bhushan Singh, My contact number is [protected]. I am Swadeshi Samridhi card holder and using the card for purchase of average Rs 5000 of Patanjali goods in a month. I am regularly purchasing 2 to 3 litres of cow milk from the same store i.e. 60 to 90 litres in a month. Many times it happened that the store staff as well as owner telling that milk is finished. I have requested many times that please keep 2 to 3 litres of milk reserved for me. But store is taking it lightly and I face problem by searching Patanjali milk from other local market store.
                Kindly look into the matter. I am waiting for your reply and further course of action.

                  Hello sir/madam,
                  hello sir, i am using your product for more than 2years now and i really appreciate your hard work but my problem here is the store near me always denied to give me the recipe of my purchases and when i forced him to give me one i saw there was 60-70 rs extra as tax but i dont understand here, the product is already with the tax and gst what is this extra tax for ? and when i raised my question he was misbehaving and told me to get out of the store which i didnt liked it as all. I want you to look at this matter and get the solution asap, and also im attaching some image so that you have glimpse of my problem.I just want the explaination of that extra tax.Thanks

                      We purchased 3 product from Patanjali Chikitsalya om patanjali ( prop- Pushpanjali kumari) exclusive Patanjali product retail counter in Ashiana Digha Road, Patna-800025 retail counter. We went their due to trust we have for Patanjali we purchased 3 product with bill no. TI46737AAA2021 whose GST no. 10AHDPK5376P1Z3 on dated 26/03:2021 at 6:22 pm paid 450 after 1 half hour I went there to return one item as we already got it from other store and we don’t need it. We try to return 1 item but person was in customer service rude and clearly told Patanjali product can’t be return. I told him check it’s condition and I am providing your receipt it’s within 1 hour of sale then why we can’t return it. That retailer told us Patanjali product can’t be retuned as per Patanjali policy. We know Patanjali brand using since so many years but we don’t know it’s Patanjali policy not to return within said time frame.if product is in good condition and also providing receipt . I want to complaint against that retailer who is not doing proper customer service to Patanjali exclusive customer.Even in bill nothing mentioned that Patanjali will not return items if it sold. My email is [protected]@hot mail.com even we use Patanjali products in USA we never have any issue but that Patna -800025 retailer bringing down brand trust. Attaching receipt copy for registering complaint against said Patanjali exclusive outlet retail.

                          I have done shopping from the Patanjali Mega Store, Jhansi today at around 10.40 am. for Rs.1157/- and done the payment thru debit card. vide transaction reference (POS[protected] SUNDHA DISTRIBUTOR )

                          After billing I came out with my bag, at the exit gate the security asked me for the bill, showed the same and asked him what is the purpose of this? the security guard told me that he has to check the items of your bill.
                          I told him to check all the items 1 by 1 as per the bill, but he refused. So i told him that if you are not checking the items then what is the purpose of stopping the customer at exit ?
                          The security guard went inside and called all the staff members.
                          To them also i told that you should check all the items as per bill, at the exit.
                          One of them (staff seems to be the supervisor or store manager), very rudely replied that
                          1- "ab aap hame bataoge ki hame kya karna hai, hamne apna kaam kar liya, aap apna kaam karo"
                          2- "muje lagta hai ki aap ko koi personal dushamani hai kisi se"
                          3- "aap jaise log aayge to kar li hamne dookan daari"

                          Shocked with his absolute rude and arrogant behavior, i told him that i dont want the material and want to return it.
                          Again with the same attitude he replied
                          4 - "subha subha se maal bapis nahi hota, abhi koi return nahi hoga"

                          I kept all the items on the billing counter along with the bill, and again asked him when should i come to take my refund ? he said you come after 1 pm.

                          I left the store without the goods and bill.

                          Is this should be the approach of the store staff to behave and talk with the customers? Are they were appointed to talk rubbish and do "daadaagiri"?

                                My name is Vishal Kashyap, I have multiple health issues like hyperacidity, digestive issues, liver problems. It's been 2 months that I am taking medicine from your store address : SCO 8, 9 Opposite Delhi public school, Gazipur road, Zirakpur, punjab. [protected] Person sitting on the counter name Akash. Today I made a visit for my another health issue, where doctor gave my some diet to follow. Previously I already take multiple medicine of patanjali. Today when doctor gave the diet plan, when I came home I got confused on one thing, for which I called the number given on the sheet. Akash answered and said doctor who is busy with the patients, I said ok. After half n hr my wife called at the same number, then this guy Akash started complaining my wife that your husband always forget the procedure. When I called him asking why he said all this, he behaved so rude on the phone saying aap jaisa bewakoof Insaan nahi dekha jisko apni medicine yaad nahi rehti. Imagine there is a patient who already is facing health issues, and dealing with his health problems, and instead of support or service he get irrates and behave rudely And when confronted on this he says that you all the time call the doctor for such reason.

                                First of all last time I called the doctor when by mistake I took over dose of one medicine due to which my health went bad so I consulted her. After that I never did. And today I called the doctor only to confirm the diet plan which she shared with me. If a patient tends to forget things then you should understand. Every person is not the same. And if doctors cannot give service

                                And the most worst part. He threatened me saying don't you dare come at my store again'. If you have any problem come to me I will talk to you personally. Imagine the ki d of gunda he is.

                                I have checked this multiple times that this person behave rude with other customers too, when they raise any questions.

                                I am not going to this store anymore and I will make sure that I share the review as much with the public so no one should go to his store ever.

                                Very bad experience. Patanjali, you should check person before giving your franchise.

                                Please escalate this matter.
