Hi,

I bought Patanjali Anardana goli on 4th Aug. When i opened it at home, surprise that the seal was broken and content was less.

I went to return the same to the shop(PS Mega Store) but they were reluctant to take it back stating that they have receive the same as-is.

Attaching proof of purchase and seal broken product.

Please take serious action against the offenders.

I have ask for divya medoharvati medichine to patangali medichine store kharadi bypass. (Shreeyash sales mega store kharadi pune,) on date aug 2 2017. But bymistake they given divya medha vati. Due to busyness i have not cross check the medichine, after 5 min i have checked after billing, they are not agree not exchange, and told this is not our policy.. What kind of policy they mentaing it is confusing us.. Even in small mistake customer lose money.. After several request they also not agree. This is too much, patangali is now fully commercial like mnc. Simply ramadeviji maharaj crying swedish and fool people like this..

I purchase aloe vera juice plain from sri sai sewa sadan, vivek vihar, delhi 110095 on 18th july 2017which batch no :- n - age1700511 mfg date 06/17 & exp date 11/17 but it taste is very sour
(Khatta) and kadwa. When i went back to shopkeeper, he told me that citric acid is high volume in that bottle and also advice me to call your center. I called callcenter on 20th july. At your end replied, we call back within one week but no call came from your side.

I am a regular customer of patanjali washing soap but there have been multiple instances where the soap quality was so poor. It produces no form at all and seems to be completely useless. When asked shopkeeper to take it back; he started misbehaving and refused to take the product back.

Let me know where to return those prodcuts. I have hard earned money which i cannot lose on inferior quality products of patanjali.

What a same that brand like patanjali will make cheat in metro city new delhi ghitorni 30 u people makes a big chitting racket who do not affraid to make public fool.
I dont think any outlet can do fraud without there superiors patanjali.
I am a regular user o[censored]r product from last 10 month approx rs 5000 is my monthly billing.
But i am not aware about billing that a brand like patanjali can do frauds in billing
Luck by chance i have check a bill.
Of rs.2328 vide bill no s/3810.
As i check total mrp of all product is rs 2255.
How could u people charge rs 73. Extra from a single user.
While calculating all over india its a big billions cheat.
Now ur channel partner accepting this fraud and saying its system software error

I have bought patanjali amla pickle on 15/06/17 : batch no. Ba16_341 from patanjali sawdeshi vahan. It is seedless pickle but one day while having my dinner i found something hard in it after noticing it clearly i found that it is a small piece of stone. It hurted my trust over the patanjali products. The remaing pickle has kept as it is thinking that it might be harmful for health.

Hi, i'm from bangalore. I bought 200g dant kanth toothpaste, when i opened the toothpaste i found sugar crystals, some other ingredients inside it and even with all my power i am not able to squeeze it out.
When i approached the store where i bought the toothpaste, he is not responding properly or replacing it.

I am typing this mail because of some indiscipline of patanjali products sales officer mr. Sukhbir sangwan ([protected])... I am distributor in meham (Rohtak)... As the aggrement of patanjali distributorship with sales officer sukhbir sangwan.. I have already given demand draft to mr sukhbir sangwan for distributorship of patanjali products in meham... But distribiutorship has been given to any other party without giving information to me. I have spent a lot of money for patjali products distributorship.. Patjali is trustful brand then how can patjali do wrong with me... I want strictly action with sales officer mr sukhbir sangwan... I want the answer of this question... Otherwise i have to complaint about this matter to consumer court... It was disrespectful for me... I can not tolerate of such kind of insult with me... Please take possible actions against him as your goodwill be harmed by this sales officer...

We have purchase honey 500grm As batch no-cm 711 mfg date 08 2016 and instruction is best before use one year .today it's 11 month we found sugar with honey . ask to shop keeper about this he advise this complaint online. We show this bottle today to shop keeper. Hence we complain online as per his advise . kindly do the needful at the earlies .we hope positive reply.

After using above products my hair fall increases and itching start in one day after use. I selected product to care my hair but it didn't work at all. I thought my dandruff problem will be solve but not at all. So kindly improve the quality of product so that other also don't face such issue. I am using product since 5 months but no positive result...

I am using pitanjali make tooth paste since quite some time, before launching of advance i used normal toothpaste, after launching of advance i started using same since its good compare to normal paste,
Recently i have purchased 2 pack of advance paste which found faulty and material used on it of normal paste, kindly check at your end and confirm us.. Since am loyal customer of pitanjal products.

I bought a amla murbba of 1kg from patanjali store in pune city (Spandan Ayurvedic in pune 411001). I found that product was already unsealed and it is unconsumable as it is rotten. I went back to store for refund/replacement. But now the owner of that shop is refusing to replace/refund and he told me to contact customer care and get it replaced from there. I contacted the customer service centre of patanjali the employee has filed my complaint and told me that they will replace/refund the item in minimum 7 days. The owner of that shop misbehaved with me. I want you to take strict action against that shopkeeper and help me in refunding/replacing my product as early as possible.

Found plastic piece within nutty delite biscuit while eating it today morning[protected]. I really don't know the consequences becoz i regularly buyer of patanjali products & eating same biscuit since 6 months back. Now really the qualities are degrading day by day of patanjali products since they started outsource the manufacturing. Kindly find attached snapshot.

I have raised a complaint about violating govt. Rules and exploitation of the common man to the patanjali ayurveda ltd at their customer care site i. E. [protected]@patanjaliayurved.org also i have tried a lot to contact on customer care no. Given i. E[protected] on dt. 23/06/2017 but till date i have not received any reply and their customer care no is out of order.

Ramdev baba a well known social activist and the ideologist of "bharat swabhiman" is doing such type thing is very imbarsing.

You are requested to give the coverage to this this so that it would be corrected.
