Order placed on patanjali website on 01-sept-2016 with order id 7602 as per paytm. Total bill of rs 766 paid at 11:01 pm via paytm wallet. Order placed with my email. No order confirmation/updates from patanjali received till now.

I have done this order in patanjali website 'http://patanjaliayurved.net/'. money was deducted from paytm wallet, however i have not got any email confirmation from patanjali's side that you have received this or not. Paytm cash txn id is paytm cash txn id [protected]

No response to email sent to '[protected]@patanjaliayurved.org'. Nobody picks up phone when calling patanjali customer care '[protected]'.

Paytm says
"we understand that your transaction at"patanjaliayurved"against order id 7062was not successful. However, your amount was deducted.

We have checked, the transaction is showing as successful in our system.in case you have still not received the desired services, please contact"patanjaliayurved"customer care. Or share merchant mail conversation screenshot that this order was failed at there end.

If payment/transaction failed (Amount debited from wallet) then the amount will be refunded to your wallet within 3-4 working days.

In case, if amount is not refunded to your paytm wallet within the mentioned time then please come back with the consent email from the merchant where it is mentioned that merchant has refunded the amount/transaction failed with the concerned order number.

And they say money is debited correctly, i need to contact patanjali directly. How am i supposed to contact patanjali when neither they respond to emails nor pick up phone as per details in their website.
Very disappointing experience.

Guys please wait for the order. It is very difficult I know. But that is how patanjali is taking orders. It does not update the order details rightly and there is no tracking option. It is little confusing but you will suddenly get the order at your place but make sure you provide the right address .!

    My suggestion to Patanjali is to go for alternative advertising so as to give direct benefit to the public instead of spending crores in different media advertising.I mean start offering one tooth paste free with every purchase of 1liter desi ghee.This way new product is automatically introduced with the existing product on the one hand and saving of customer on the other hand.
    Moreover, people want buying your product but feel they are even costly than the other branded in the market like your desi gee which is being sold at ₹450/Ltrs whereas ghee like Amul is available just at ₹380/Ltrs
    Pl cut your heavy advertising cost on some product likes arson oil and honey which has already been popular in the market and cut the retail prices of your overall products so that the benefits just not goes to selective people.
    I want this message to be presented to shri baba Ramdevji.

    Your Product "Desi Cow Ghee" is not as good as was starting of this product. The Quality of this product is now not batter than 'Amul Ghee' while your product rate is more than other Desi Ghee. So, pl. Improve it and don't break the Faith of Indian Customer that was established by Baba Ramdev.

Uske pass mustard oil aaya to bhai usne saara tel black me sell kiya.. Or him dukandaro ko kuch nhi diya.. Sir, aisa WO hmesa bar ek ksaath karta h..us per vishesh dhyaan dene ki jarurat hai... Sir ab boliye hum sirf ghee sell kare aise hmara dukan band hone ki position ho jayegi..or him garib admi kya karenge...aise baki distributer nhi karta h sirf yehi mahasay karte h..or mrp se bhi cher char karte hai...aaplog is per dhyaan de nhi to market kharab hoga...           Order placed on Patanjali website on 27-Aug-2016 with order id 5309 as per Paytm. Total bill of Rs 669.65 paid at 8:07 am via Paytm Wallet. Order placed with my email 'shashank.[protected]@outlook.com'. No order confirmation/updates from Patanjali received till now.

          I can understand that at times website can be down or malfunctioning, however nobody picking up phone at Patanjali customer care is really surprising. I am not letting my money go, even if requires me to register a case against Patanjali.

          No updates yet. No order delivery either. What kind of company is running in India. Govt does not care either. When taking tax they take tax immediately. When coming to consumer protection then we get zero in return... Ache din have really come...
          I make order no-5621 and did payment using paytm(Paytm Order #[protected]Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]-08-28 01:03:00 PM) on 28 Aug 16. There is no response till date. Even while tracking using Track Order link, not showing any thing. Please help me to resolve the problem

          I too have exactly same case . I do not know if we are all victim of the same thing. Pay using PayTM and order is gone missing.

            Subject : Adulteration found in Patanjali Cow’s Ghee.

            Dear Sir,

            I purchased 1 litre pack of Patanjali’s Cow Ghee from M/S Bansal Provision Store, Madhu Vihar Market, I.P Extension, Delhi 110092 on 8th June 2016 and found it to be adulterated with vanaspati ghee, the packet had 50% cow ghee and 50% vanaspati ghee. I have been using Patanjali’s cow ghee for the last two years but never found any complaint.

            The batch no. of the packet is JQ1815, March 2016. I had also made a complaint telephonically on 17th June 2016 & the complaint no. is 12. But no reply has been received so far.

            Please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible. Consumers should not be given adulterated products and it is a big crime. I will be forced to move to court if my concern is not attended to.

              I am a regular user of Patanjali Products. Recently, I purchased 500 gm Honey. To my utter surprise, the material inside has totally solidified & looks like sugar. Attached photos of sealed bottle / jar. Patanjali is advertising on TV that they r the only Company which offers pure honey whereas other Companies give sugar water. My case is totally contradictory to Patanjali's tall claims. I was not expecting this & am totally disappointed & dejected on being cheated.

                    I have been buying the coconut oil (Edible) for my therapy. However each time i buy the shopkeeper gives a bottle which is not sealed/packed and therefore it becomes difficult to know if the product is unadulterated.
                    Please let me know if the product (Plastic bottle) is ever sealed or it always comes in not sealed condition. Similar is the story for aluvera gel where again the seal is never there and quantity cannot be trusted.
                    Please let me know if the seal is never there or is it the trader who is giving wrong information.

                      After 2 weeks, i was finally able to login. but sometimes i see my order in order history while sometimes it says no order found. this is absolutely frustrating.

                      No one is picking up customer service helpline number. i've sent multiple email to [protected]@patanjaliayurved.net,
                      [protected]@patanjaliayurved.org but i got server not responding error and hence email delivery was failed.

                        On the behalf of all retailers from ranchi, jharkhand.. I have to inform you that there is extreme monopoly of the ranchi super stockist and distributor. Mr chavi vermani is the super stockists and his son varun vermani is the distributor. These guys are exploiting ranchi market. Many distributors and retailers complained about them but they are too rich to take any action against them.

                          I am regular user of patanjali products but to my utter surprise i found a long black hair (Probable animal tail hair) in the biscuit i chose to eat. This hair has broken the trust which i had for your product.. Finding hair in biscuit is simply an example of failure in maintaining quality product. I am sorry to say that downfall has started. Baba ramdev's assurance of providing quality product without milawat needs to be maintained. I am keeping this biscuit for examination by any person. Pl avoid to play with the health of people who use and trust this brand.

                            I bought a 500 gms cow ghee of patanjali from satvik bazaar subhash nagar invoice no. 6248 attached on[protected]. The Ghee was rotten and dark brown in colour. I complaint the shopkeeper, he said, he can't replace the box, better you complaint on customer care no. or mail to company onwebsite. I dialed the complaint no.[protected] but nobody responded. To no help at all I am writting to you with photographs and bill copy attached. Let see what consumer rights can do with such a big name companies.

                              I had made an online transaction at patanjaliayurved.net for an amount of 610 rupees through my paytm account. The details of the operation are reflected below:
                              Paid for orderpatanjaliayurved order #5130paytm cash txn i'd : [protected] timing 06:09:44 am[protected]
                              Rs 610

                              Money was debited, but there is no confirmation of order reflected in my account at patanjaliayurved.net, worse if the fact that the order section page appears empty. I am not too sure where my money is as paytm management has claimed that the transaction was successful from their system. Please send me the products as soon as possible or else refund the money. There is no history available in the website. I could not contact through telephone number given in the site. There is no reply for the email also. How can i track the status.
                              I urge patanjali group to ensure kindly that the money is debited back to my account and also make a system where customers like me don't have to face difficulties in ordering from their website.

                                Did on line purchase for rs 935.00 20/08/2016. Payment through paytm and i got confirmation from them. So far no order confirmation from patanjali. Sent two mails to customer care. Web site is not working properly. No response from customer care phone. I am a regular buyer. Now i realized about their attitude to customers. I collected their contact nos, most of them not answering, if some one pick they will tell another no call. I need order confirmation or refund.
                                On log in ihave noticed the order is in history with ref 4380 & 4081.

                                    Amount deducted from paytm wallet (Rs. 540 but order not placed.)
                                    I have ordered on 11th august 2016.

                                    Please help me to get this product. There is no response till now. Please send me the products as soon as possible or else refund the money.                                         In spite of making frequent calls at the patanjali provided customer care number, i. E.,[protected] there hasn't been a response as the phone only rings. I also wrote an email citing the above problem but haven't received any reply from them.

                                        I urge patanjali group to ensure kindly that the money is debited back to my account and also make a system where customers like me don't have to face a plethora of difficulties in ordering from their website.
