Patanjali Ayurved — Bad behaviour of local shop owner. | |||
Very rude behavior... This Shop owner and his family members are very rude. They force you every time to buy biscuits, because they will not have change..that's OK, but how come they don't have change every time. And What would one do if they don't eat patanjali's biscuits... But even that's also OK..main issue is, they talk very rudely as if they are owner of the company..and people have to listen to all the bull because there's no other shop in this area and patanjali company doesn't care about it. Your shop has posted Sign "No exchange and No refund"
Sometime by mistake we buy different product and like to return for exchange or credit can b issued.
Mostly all shops are computerized so it will b easy to store the data. shop can assign any membership number to their regular customers.
some conditions can be applied. just like 7 days time limit proof of purchase and so on.
I feel your shop representatives should b customer friendly.
Otherwise people will buy from Big Bazaar and other similar stores and local store will loose the business.
One more suggestion ..you can issue Patanajli cash card.
