Please refer to the captioned matter, I ANIL GIDWANI am userconsumer of PATANJALI ATTA BISCUITS since Last 3 years.
During last one year PATANJALI had lost the quality control on your precious valued aforesaid product. I HAD GOT DIFFERENT QUALITIES OF NAMKEEN ATTA AND ELAICHI CREAM BISCUIT DURING Last one year.
Many a times it's under baked. If the ATTA BISCUITS ARE not properly baked then it no where gives the proper taste. AND IN NAMKEEN IT GIVES BAD OIL SMELL
I presume it is not being produced at your own plant instead it is being produced by out sourcing system perhaps.
Customer if loves company then he makes complaint other wise he (CUSTOMER)THE indifferent person moves on to other product.
Perhaps you will appreciate consumer feedback and will look into the complaint and complainant.
