[Resolved]  Patanjali Ayurved — expiry goods replacement

I would like to inform you that I am running a small Retail Karyana Store at Partap Nagar, Amritsar, Punjab since 3 years under the name and style of Shiva Patanjali Karyana Store. I am too much dissatisfied with your distributor’s services. As per policy of Patanjali, If any of the product gets expired by date then retailer can ask the distributor to replace it or refund us the money. I have asked number of times to your distributor in Amritsar to get back or replace the expiry goods but no one is ready to take any action. All the Bills issued by distributors are available with me. I am unable to run my shop with those goods which has been crossed the expiry date. Rather the only source of my income is that shop.
This type of behavior and services of distributors is inducing me to take legal action. However, before any action I request you to take an appropriate action in this regard.
Hope, a necessary step will be taken by your side. I shall be thankful to you.

we are running the patanjali out let in bangalore in the name of R PRAGNA STORE, the distributor collected all expiry item from us past 4 months back but till now they didnot exchanged or refunded, they took that items only for new orders from our side, one more thing i got the rice bag 25kg manufaturing date is april-2018 and best before 24 months but now only it is full of insects i complained to the distributor but of no use iam having 5 bags please do the needfull
