[Resolved] Patanjali Ayurved — Items Missing In the Order Order # : [protected] | Order Date :[protected] | |
I had placed an order on 09 June 2021 with Order # : [protected] of value Rs.2409, I Received the order on 15 june 2021, But to my surprise i see that there were many items missing in the box, But the invoice list pasted on the box shows all items ticked, Which is however impossible to fit in this size box. The Box weight as per Blue Dart is 6 kg where as if all the items were present in the box it should be around 9-10 kg Why is Patanjali being such a reputed brand doing this ?? I have contacted the customer care by call and email, The only response they give is a refund of 140 has been initiated which is nonsense, The value of missing items is around Rs. 500 Was this information helpful? | |
