Patanjali Ayurved — Order no. 51803 not delivered | |||
I placed an online order (Order no. 51803) for divya swasari coronil kit qty-2 on their app "order me" on dated 15.07.2020. But till now even when the stipulated time has been passed my order is not delivered yet. I called their customer support no. more than 100 times in last 3 days but nobody is picking the phone. I also send several msg on their whatsapp no. Given in the app and mailed on their official email id but no response given by them. My order status is showing in the app that your order has been picked up by "xpressbees couriers" awb no.[protected] but when i tracked my order on xpressbees website it's showing that regarding dispatch that customer not available and mobile no not available and customer refused to accept. They are giving false information and they have not tried to deliver product at destination. Now xpressbees courier has returned my parcel to Patanjali Ayurveda. They are suggesting contact the client for any further enquiries about the shipment. Now, what a customer can do in this helpless situation when all efforts to contact the company are failed.
