Patanjali Ayurved — order not received but payment done

On 7th March, 11:00 PM i created an order worth Rs 1060 and paid through Paytm.
The order was paid and created successfully.

But the order is not delivered to my home and not showing up under the orders page on the website.

According to Paytm :
Paid for order at patanjaliayurved
7 MAR, 11:00 PM
Order ID : [protected]
Transaction ID [protected]

Why did this happen? When will i get the order? Why is it not showing up at the orders page?
I have sent multiple emails to Patanjali, but they are not replying.
